Iako svi pizza majstori diljem svijeta eksperimentiraju s različitim dodacima i okusima, jedan od njih stvorio je ekskluzivnu i egzotičnu pizzu koja je postala najskuplja na svijetu do sada, piše portal NRI vision, prenosi net.hr.

Pizza se zove "Louis XIII", a za nju ćete izdvojiti više od 12 tisuća dolara iliti oko 87 tisuća kuna i pravi se u Italiji. S razlogom nosi titulu "najskuplje pizze na svijetu", prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Njen recept je osmislio Renato Viola koji se smatra jednim od najpoznatijih svjetskih pizza chefova, a "Louis XIII" sadrži neke od najrjeđih i egzotičnih sastojaka koje možete zamisliti!

Promjer pizze je 20 centimetara. Cijeli tim priprema je na licu mjesta, a uključuje pizza chefa (Renato Viola), sommeliera (specijalista za vina) i još jednog kuhara koji je pripremio sastojke prije sastavljanja pizze.

Osim pribora za jelo iz ograničene serije, uz pizzu ide i konjak koji se najbolje slaže s egzotičnim dodacima i okusima. Chef Viola kaže da je većina sastojaka iz Francuske i Italije.

Mozzarella di bufala, sir napravljen od mlijeka domaćih talijanskih bivola, daje ovoj pizzi prepoznatljivu vlažnu i sirastu teksturu. Najskuplji sastojci pizze su jastozi pripremljeni i pečeni u konjaku. Osim toga u nju idu: tri vrste egzotičnog kavijara, mediteranske vrste račića i ružičasta sol ručno ubrana iz rijeke Murray.

Pizza se prodaje u Agropoliju u Salernu. Zbog posebnih sastojaka i pripreme, koja uključuje pripremu i odmaranje tijesta 72 sata unaprijed, potrebna je prethodna najava.

Podsjetimo, ranije smo pisali o jednoj pekarnici na Hvaru koja je nadmašila baš sve cijene ove sezone sa jumbo-pizzama koje prodaju po 400 kuna. Na Facebooku od srpnja ove godine osvanuo je račun te pekarnice koja je naplatila dvije jumbo-pizze 800 kuna.

Iako svi pizza majstori diljem svijeta eksperimentiraju s različitim dodacima i okusima, jedan od njih stvorio je ekskluzivnu i egzotičnu pizzu koja je postala najskuplja na svijetu do sada, piše portal NRI vision, prenosi net.hr.

Pizza se zove "Louis XIII", a za nju ćete izdvojiti više od 12 tisuća dolara iliti oko 87 tisuća kuna i pravi se u Italiji. S razlogom nosi titulu "najskuplje pizze na svijetu", prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Njen recept je osmislio Renato Viola koji se smatra jednim od najpoznatijih svjetskih pizza chefova, a "Louis XIII" sadrži neke od najrjeđih i egzotičnih sastojaka koje možete zamisliti!

Promjer pizze je 20 centimetara. Cijeli tim priprema je na licu mjesta, a uključuje pizza chefa (Renato Viola), sommeliera (specijalista za vina) i još jednog kuhara koji je pripremio sastojke prije sastavljanja pizze.

Ako ste se propustili šokirati ranije, ponovit ćemo - u najobičnijoj pekarnici na Hvaru jumbo pizza stoji 500 kn! Pričali smo s vlasnikom: ‘Nije ti pljačka to...‘

Osim pribora za jelo iz ograničene serije, uz pizzu ide i konjak koji se najbolje slaže s egzotičnim dodacima i okusima. Chef Viola kaže da je većina sastojaka iz Francuske i Italije.

Mozzarella di bufala, sir napravljen od mlijeka domaćih talijanskih bivola, daje ovoj pizzi prepoznatljivu vlažnu i sirastu teksturu. Najskuplji sastojci pizze su jastozi pripremljeni i pečeni u konjaku. Osim toga u nju idu: tri vrste egzotičnog kavijara, mediteranske vrste račića i ružičasta sol ručno ubrana iz rijeke Murray.

Pizza se prodaje u Agropoliju u Salernu. Zbog posebnih sastojaka i pripreme, koja uključuje pripremu i odmaranje tijesta 72 sata unaprijed, potrebna je prethodna najava.

Podsjetimo, ranije smo pisali o jednoj pekarnici na Hvaru koja je nadmašila baš sve cijene ove sezone sa jumbo-pizzama koje prodaju po 400 kuna. Na Facebooku od srpnja ove godine osvanuo je račun te pekarnice koja je naplatila dvije jumbo-pizze 800 kuna.

Iako svi pizza majstori diljem svijeta eksperimentiraju s različitim dodacima i okusima, jedan od njih stvorio je ekskluzivnu i egzotičnu pizzu koja je postala najskuplja na svijetu do sada, piše portal NRI vision, prenosi net.hr.

Pizza se zove "Louis XIII", a za nju ćete izdvojiti više od 12 tisuća dolara iliti oko 87 tisuća kuna i pravi se u Italiji. S razlogom nosi titulu "najskuplje pizze na svijetu", prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Njen recept je osmislio Renato Viola koji se smatra jednim od najpoznatijih svjetskih pizza chefova, a "Louis XIII" sadrži neke od najrjeđih i egzotičnih sastojaka koje možete zamisliti!

Promjer pizze je 20 centimetara. Cijeli tim priprema je na licu mjesta, a uključuje pizza chefa (Renato Viola), sommeliera (specijalista za vina) i još jednog kuhara koji je pripremio sastojke prije sastavljanja pizze.

Ako ste se propustili šokirati ranije, ponovit ćemo - u najobičnijoj pekarnici na Hvaru jumbo pizza stoji 500 kn! Pričali smo s vlasnikom: ‘Nije ti pljačka to...‘

Osim pribora za jelo iz ograničene serije, uz pizzu ide i konjak koji se najbolje slaže s egzotičnim dodacima i okusima. Chef Viola kaže da je većina sastojaka iz Francuske i Italije.

Mozzarella di bufala, sir napravljen od mlijeka domaćih talijanskih bivola, daje ovoj pizzi prepoznatljivu vlažnu i sirastu teksturu. Najskuplji sastojci pizze su jastozi pripremljeni i pečeni u konjaku. Osim toga u nju idu: tri vrste egzotičnog kavijara, mediteranske vrste račića i ružičasta sol ručno ubrana iz rijeke Murray.

Pizza se prodaje u Agropoliju u Salernu. Zbog posebnih sastojaka i pripreme, koja uključuje pripremu i odmaranje tijesta 72 sata unaprijed, potrebna je prethodna najava.

Podsjetimo, ranije smo pisali o jednoj pekarnici na Hvaru koja je nadmašila baš sve cijene ove sezone sa jumbo-pizzama koje prodaju po 400 kuna. Na Facebooku od srpnja ove godine osvanuo je račun te pekarnice koja je naplatila dvije jumbo-pizze 800 kuna.
