Treba li vam još koji recept za slatko, imamo jedan stvarno dobar. Toliko je dobar da vam ga preporučujemo čak i ako vam više ne treba recepata za slatko. Predomislit ćete se.

Riječ je o keksima od prhkog tijesta s finim punjenjem od maka. Otkrili smo ih na Instagramu feeding_art iza kojeg stoje dvije sestre, Inga i Liliy, koje možete pratiti i na istoimenom blogu. 

Keksi s makom i limunom

Sastojci:

Prhko tijesto:

300 g glatkog brašna

170 g maslaca

100 g šećera

vanilin šećer

1 jaje (M)

naribana korica jednog limuna

Punjenje:

110 g mljevenog maka

2 velike žlice šećera

50 ml mlijeka

malo ruma 

naribana korica jednog limuna

1 velika žlica soka od limuna

Priprema:

Zagrijte mlijeko, dodajte ga mljevenom maku, šećeru i aromama te dobro promiješajte i pustite da se ohladi.

Umijesite prhko tijesto od navedenih sastojaka, umotajte ga u prijanjajuću foliju i ostavite ga da neko vrijeme miruje u hladnjaku.

Oblikujte 24 jednake kuglice, svaku kuglicu na dlanu pritisnite, tako da se dobije glatka površina pa na nju stavite žličicu nadjeva te stisnite tijesto sa svih strana kako bi se zatvorilo u kuglicu. Lim za pečenje obložite papirom za pečenje, poredajte kuglice pazeći na razmak jer će se tijekom pečenja raširiti. 

Pecite u predhodno zagrijanoj pećnici na 175°C oko 15 minuta. Ostavite da se malo ohlade pa ih pospite šećerom u prahu ili ih uvaljajte u njega.

Treba li vam još koji recept za slatko, imamo jedan stvarno dobar. Toliko je dobar da vam ga preporučujemo čak i ako vam više ne treba recepata za slatko. Predomislit ćete se.

Riječ je o keksima od prhkog tijesta s finim punjenjem od maka. Otkrili smo ih na Instagramu feeding_art iza kojeg stoje dvije sestre, Inga i Liliy, koje možete pratiti i na istoimenom blogu. 

Keksi s makom i limunom

Sastojci:

Prhko tijesto:

300 g glatkog brašna

170 g maslaca

100 g šećera

vanilin šećer

1 jaje (M)

naribana korica jednog limuna

Punjenje:

110 g mljevenog maka

2 velike žlice šećera

50 ml mlijeka

malo ruma 

naribana korica jednog limuna

1 velika žlica soka od limuna

Priprema:

Zagrijte mlijeko, dodajte ga mljevenom maku, šećeru i aromama te dobro promiješajte i pustite da se ohladi.

Umijesite prhko tijesto od navedenih sastojaka, umotajte ga u prijanjajuću foliju i ostavite ga da neko vrijeme miruje u hladnjaku.

Oblikujte 24 jednake kuglice, svaku kuglicu na dlanu pritisnite, tako da se dobije glatka površina pa na nju stavite žličicu nadjeva te stisnite tijesto sa svih strana kako bi se zatvorilo u kuglicu. Lim za pečenje obložite papirom za pečenje, poredajte kuglice pazeći na razmak jer će se tijekom pečenja raširiti. 

Pecite u predhodno zagrijanoj pećnici na 175°C oko 15 minuta. Ostavite da se malo ohlade pa ih pospite šećerom u prahu ili ih uvaljajte u njega.

Treba li vam još koji recept za slatko, imamo jedan stvarno dobar. Toliko je dobar da vam ga preporučujemo čak i ako vam više ne treba recepata za slatko. Predomislit ćete se.

Riječ je o keksima od prhkog tijesta s finim punjenjem od maka. Otkrili smo ih na Instagramu feeding_art iza kojeg stoje dvije sestre, Inga i Liliy, koje možete pratiti i na istoimenom blogu. 

Keksi s makom i limunom

Sastojci:

Prhko tijesto:

300 g glatkog brašna

170 g maslaca

100 g šećera

vanilin šećer

1 jaje (M)

naribana korica jednog limuna

Punjenje:

110 g mljevenog maka

2 velike žlice šećera

50 ml mlijeka

malo ruma 

naribana korica jednog limuna

1 velika žlica soka od limuna

Priprema:

Zagrijte mlijeko, dodajte ga mljevenom maku, šećeru i aromama te dobro promiješajte i pustite da se ohladi.

Umijesite prhko tijesto od navedenih sastojaka, umotajte ga u prijanjajuću foliju i ostavite ga da neko vrijeme miruje u hladnjaku.

Oblikujte 24 jednake kuglice, svaku kuglicu na dlanu pritisnite, tako da se dobije glatka površina pa na nju stavite žličicu nadjeva te stisnite tijesto sa svih strana kako bi se zatvorilo u kuglicu. Lim za pečenje obložite papirom za pečenje, poredajte kuglice pazeći na razmak jer će se tijekom pečenja raširiti. 

Pecite u predhodno zagrijanoj pećnici na 175°C oko 15 minuta. Ostavite da se malo ohlade pa ih pospite šećerom u prahu ili ih uvaljajte u njega.
