Priprema:

Zagrijte pećnicu na 180 stupnjeva. Kalup za kruh obložite papirom. Izrežite dio kartona koji će vam služiti kao pregrada.

Miksajte omekšani maslac sa šećerom. U ovoj je fazi pripreme važno intenzivno miksati, kako bi tijesto bilo prozračno. Sve što dolazi nakon toga miješa se samo kratko vrijeme.

Dodajte jaja jedno po jedno - kad se jedno dobro umiješa, tek tada dodajte drugo.

Dodajte brašno i dio mlijeka, promiješajte pa ubacite orašaste plodove i ostatak mlijeka.

Sada odvojite dio tijesta i dodajte mu kakao i žlicu mlijeka pa miješajte dok ne postane homogeno.

Stavite karton i u jedan dio uz pomoć žlice ubacite smeđu smjesu, a u drugi svijetlu. Izvucite karton

Pecite 50-55 minuta, a zatim čačkalicom provjerite je li kolač gotov.

Za glazuru pomiješajte jogurt, šećer u prahu (o količini će ovisiti gustoća) i cimet. Prelijte preko ohlađenog kolača pa ga ukrasite trešnjama.

Malo sam ga doradila i mogu reći da savršeno paše uz topli džem i kuglicu sladoleda", poručila je gastroblogerica koja nam je spremno ustupila recept za svoju lijepu (a kladimo se i vrlo ukusnu) slasticu. Priprema:

Zagrijte pećnicu na 180 stupnjeva. Kalup za kruh obložite papirom. Izrežite dio kartona koji će vam služiti kao pregrada.

Miksajte omekšani maslac sa šećerom. U ovoj je fazi pripreme važno intenzivno miksati, kako bi tijesto bilo prozračno. Sve što dolazi nakon toga miješa se samo kratko vrijeme.

Dodajte jaja jedno po jedno - kad se jedno dobro umiješa, tek tada dodajte drugo.

Dodajte brašno i dio mlijeka, promiješajte pa ubacite orašaste plodove i ostatak mlijeka.

Sada odvojite dio tijesta i dodajte mu kakao i žlicu mlijeka pa miješajte dok ne postane homogeno.

Stavite karton i u jedan dio uz pomoć žlice ubacite smeđu smjesu, a u drugi svijetlu. Izvucite karton

Pecite 50-55 minuta, a zatim čačkalicom provjerite je li kolač gotov.

Za glazuru pomiješajte jogurt, šećer u prahu (o količini će ovisiti gustoća) i cimet. Prelijte preko ohlađenog kolača pa ga ukrasite trešnjama.

Mramorni kolač s kriješvama koji se savršeno slaže uz topli džem ili kuglicu sladoleda

Sezonu trešanja treba proslaviti. Najbolje domaćim kolačem. Poput ovog iz slatke kuhinje Tonke Radić Čobanov! "Znate one kolače koji vas odmah asociraju na djetinjstvo. Na obiteljska okupljanja, nedjelju... To vam je za mene mramorni kolač. Malo sam ga doradila i mogu reći da savršeno paše uz topli džem i kuglicu sladoleda", poručila je gastroblogerica koja nam je spremno ustupila recept za svoju lijepu (a kladimo se i vrlo ukusnu) slasticu. Tonkin mramorni kolač

Sastojci:

  • 250 grama glatkog brašna
  • 1 prašak za pecivo
  • 1 prstohvat soli
  • 250 grama vrlo mekanog, ali ne i otopljenog maslaca
  • 200 grama šećera
  • 4 jaja sobne temperature
  • 170 grama šećera
  • 250 grama orašastih plodova (ja sam koristila badem, lješnjak i indijske oraščiće
  • 125 mililitara mlijeka
  • 4 žlice kakaa
  • 1 žlica mlijeka

Sastojci za glazuru:

  • 2 žlice grčkog jogurta
  • šećer u prahu
  • malo cimeta
  • trešnje za ukras

Priprema:

Zagrijte pećnicu na 180 stupnjeva. Kalup za kruh obložite papirom. Izrežite dio kartona koji će vam služiti kao pregrada.

Miksajte omekšani maslac sa šećerom. U ovoj je fazi pripreme važno intenzivno miksati, kako bi tijesto bilo prozračno. Sve što dolazi nakon toga miješa se samo kratko vrijeme.

Dodajte jaja jedno po jedno - kad se jedno dobro umiješa, tek tada dodajte drugo.

Dodajte brašno i dio mlijeka, promiješajte pa ubacite orašaste plodove i ostatak mlijeka.

Sada odvojite dio tijesta i dodajte mu kakao i žlicu mlijeka pa miješajte dok ne postane homogeno.

Stavite karton i u jedan dio uz pomoć žlice ubacite smeđu smjesu, a u drugi svijetlu. Izvucite karton

Pecite 50-55 minuta, a zatim čačkalicom provjerite je li kolač gotov.

Za glazuru pomiješajte jogurt, šećer u prahu (o količini će ovisiti gustoća) i cimet. Prelijte preko ohlađenog kolača pa ga ukrasite trešnjama.
