Bjelanjak od jajeta sve je popularniji među ljubiteljima zdrave prehrane. Ne samo što ne sadrži kolesterol, već ima i niz drugih pozitivnih svojstava.

Osim proteina, bjelanjci su odličan izvor riboflavina i selena, a u samo jednom jajetu srednje veličine bjelanjak sadrži čak 54 mg kalija i 55 mg natrija, navodi gloria.hr.

Unatoč vrlo raširenoj predrasudi da jaja debljaju, ona su zapravo idealna hrana za osobe na dijeti. Jedina mjera opreza je, prema mišljenju nutricionista, izbjegavanje konzumacije prevelike količine žutanjaka. Bjelanjak sadrži samo 17 kalorija, dok ih cijelo jaje ima 71.

Visoko kvalitetni proteini prisutni u bjelanjku su savršeni za osobe koje se bave sportom jer pomažu u izgradnji mišića. Za one na dijeti, korisno je znati kako bjelanjak potiče osjećaj sitosti te daje energiju koja dugo traje. Istraživanja pokazuju da konzumiranje jaja za doručak pomaže u smanjenju reakcije organizma na porast razine šećera u krvi nakon obroka. Bjelanjak je i izvor kalcija, te se ‘bori‘ protiv visokog krvnog tlaka. Visok udio ribloflavina, ili vitamina B2, u bjelanjku pomaže metabolizmu da potroši nepotrebne kalorije i masti, potiče obnovu crvenih krvnih stanica i djeluje kao antioksidans jer sprečava štetno djelovanje slobodnih radikala. Odgovarajući unos riboflavina smanjuje rizik za pojavu anemije i srčanih i krvožilnih bolesti.

Bjelanjak od jajeta sve je popularniji među ljubiteljima zdrave prehrane. Ne samo što ne sadrži kolesterol, već ima i niz drugih pozitivnih svojstava.

Osim proteina, bjelanjci su odličan izvor riboflavina i selena, a u samo jednom jajetu srednje veličine bjelanjak sadrži čak 54 mg kalija i 55 mg natrija, navodi gloria.hr.

Unatoč vrlo raširenoj predrasudi da jaja debljaju, ona su zapravo idealna hrana za osobe na dijeti. Jedina mjera opreza je, prema mišljenju nutricionista, izbjegavanje konzumacije prevelike količine žutanjaka. Bjelanjak sadrži samo 17 kalorija, dok ih cijelo jaje ima 71.

Visoko kvalitetni proteini prisutni u bjelanjku su savršeni za osobe koje se bave sportom jer pomažu u izgradnji mišića. Za one na dijeti, korisno je znati kako bjelanjak potiče osjećaj sitosti te daje energiju koja dugo traje. Istraživanja pokazuju da konzumiranje jaja za doručak pomaže u smanjenju reakcije organizma na porast razine šećera u krvi nakon obroka. Bjelanjak je i izvor kalcija, te se ‘bori‘ protiv visokog krvnog tlaka. Visok udio ribloflavina, ili vitamina B2, u bjelanjku pomaže metabolizmu da potroši nepotrebne kalorije i masti, potiče obnovu crvenih krvnih stanica i djeluje kao antioksidans jer sprečava štetno djelovanje slobodnih radikala. Odgovarajući unos riboflavina smanjuje rizik za pojavu anemije i srčanih i krvožilnih bolesti.

Koliko je zapravo zdrav bjelanjak i što sve sadrži

Bjelanjak od jajeta sve je popularniji među ljubiteljima zdrave prehrane. Ne samo što ne sadrži kolesterol, već ima i niz drugih pozitivnih svojstava.

Osim proteina, bjelanjci su odličan izvor riboflavina i selena, a u samo jednom jajetu srednje veličine bjelanjak sadrži čak 54 mg kalija i 55 mg natrija, navodi gloria.hr.

Unatoč vrlo raširenoj predrasudi da jaja debljaju, ona su zapravo idealna hrana za osobe na dijeti. Jedina mjera opreza je, prema mišljenju nutricionista, izbjegavanje konzumacije prevelike količine žutanjaka. Bjelanjak sadrži samo 17 kalorija, dok ih cijelo jaje ima 71.

Visoko kvalitetni proteini prisutni u bjelanjku su savršeni za osobe koje se bave sportom jer pomažu u izgradnji mišića. Za one na dijeti, korisno je znati kako bjelanjak potiče osjećaj sitosti te daje energiju koja dugo traje. Istraživanja pokazuju da konzumiranje jaja za doručak pomaže u smanjenju reakcije organizma na porast razine šećera u krvi nakon obroka. Bjelanjak je i izvor kalcija, te se ‘bori‘ protiv visokog krvnog tlaka. Visok udio ribloflavina, ili vitamina B2, u bjelanjku pomaže metabolizmu da potroši nepotrebne kalorije i masti, potiče obnovu crvenih krvnih stanica i djeluje kao antioksidans jer sprečava štetno djelovanje slobodnih radikala. Odgovarajući unos riboflavina smanjuje rizik za pojavu anemije i srčanih i krvožilnih bolesti.
