Na Odjelu za mlade Gradske knjižnice Zadar, održana je Uvodna konferencija projekta „Jačanje STEM vještina u osnovnim školama u Zadarskoj županiji – STEM COUNTY“.
- S ponosom mogu reći kako je STEM pristup učenju u Zadru postao uobičajena praksa, kojom se djeca potiču na razmišljanje, istraživanje i povezivanje različitih područja u postupcima rješavanja zadataka. Ovim projektom povećat će se vještine učitelja i učenika u našim školama, modernizirati školski prostori te jačati razmjena znanja i iskustava u STEM-u. Veliki je interes učenika za sudjelovanje u projektnim aktivnostima, te je trenutno uključen 571 učenik, od čega 30 učenika s teškoćama i 30 darovitih učenika. Ovo je najbolji primjer ulaganja u razvoj društva znanja i društva izvrsnosti – izjavio je Branko Dukić, gradonačelnik Grada Zadra.
Sve prisutne je pozdravila i Doroteja Kamber-Kontić, ravnateljica GKZD te dodala:
- Čast mi je što je za mjesto održavanja programa STEM tjedna odabran Odjel za mlade Gradske knjižnice Zadar. Ovaj tjedan naša knjižnica postala je mjesto susreta za učenike, partnere i suradnike na ovom projektu. Kada smo prošli petak brojali radionice i programe koji će se održati ovaj tjedan, izbrojali smo oko 95.
Predstavnik Muzeja Vitenfabrikken iz Norveške, g. John Arne Frafjord obratio se putem videa gdje su svi prisutni mogli vidjeti na koji način je spomenuti muzej sudjelovao u projektu te na koji način su sprovedeni primjeri dobre prakse između učitelja iz Hrvatske i Norveške.
Voditeljica projekta, gđa. Ivana Guglielmini, predstavila je detaljan program koji se sastoji od preko 30 zanimljivih radionica i 15-tak prezentacija. Svi subjekti koji su pozvani da se uključe u STEM tjedan rado su se odazvali, što se može i vidjeti iz popunjenosti samih radionica za koje se traži „mjesto više“.
Drugog dana STEM tjedna, u utorak, 13. veljače, održana je panel rasprava na temu Aktivnog građanstva, na kojoj je predstavljen Priručnik aktivnog građanstva kojeg su izradili Anita Šimac, OŠ Petra Preradovića; Renata Cvetkoski, OŠ P. Preradovića; Dinko Marin, OŠ Bartula Kašića; Anita Mustać, OŠ Šime Budinića; Anita Nikić, OŠ Krune Krstića; Božica Oštarić Veršić, OŠ Jurja Dalmatinca Pag; Kristina Nevjestić, OŠ Biograd; Lovre Lovrinov, OŠ Šimuna Kožićića Benje i Valerija Šinko, Sveučilište u Zadru.
Važnost ovog priručnika je u tome što prikazuje mogućost implementacije građanskog odgoja, odnosno aktivnog građanstva kroz različite nastavne predmete. Priručnik je koncipiran po poglavljima, gdje je u uvodnom dijelu objašnjeno što je to aktivno građanstvo te na koji način se može povezati sa STEM područjem. Nakon toga svaki autor ima svoje poglavlje u kojima daje konkretne primjere kako se aktivno građanstvo može poučavati u različitim školskim predmetima, od matematike do biologije.
Priručnik je namijenjen učiteljima, ali i svima koji će možda u budućnosti provoditi neke radionice. Priručnik je u ovom trenutku izrađen u digitalnom obliku te će na taj način biti dostupan odgojno-obrazovnim djelatnicima. Na Odjelu za mlade Gradske knjižnice Zadar, održana je Uvodna konferencija projekta „Jačanje STEM vještina u osnovnim školama u Zadarskoj županiji – STEM COUNTY“.
- S ponosom mogu reći kako je STEM pristup učenju u Zadru postao uobičajena praksa, kojom se djeca potiču na razmišljanje, istraživanje i povezivanje različitih područja u postupcima rješavanja zadataka. Ovim projektom povećat će se vještine učitelja i učenika u našim školama, modernizirati školski prostori te jačati razmjena znanja i iskustava u STEM-u. Veliki je interes učenika za sudjelovanje u projektnim aktivnostima, te je trenutno uključen 571 učenik, od čega 30 učenika s teškoćama i 30 darovitih učenika. Ovo je najbolji primjer ulaganja u razvoj društva znanja i društva izvrsnosti – izjavio je Branko Dukić, gradonačelnik Grada Zadra.
Sve prisutne je pozdravila i Doroteja Kamber-Kontić, ravnateljica GKZD te dodala:
- Čast mi je što je za mjesto održavanja programa STEM tjedna odabran Odjel za mlade Gradske knjižnice Zadar. Ovaj tjedan naša knjižnica postala je mjesto susreta za učenike, partnere i suradnike na ovom projektu. Kada smo prošli petak brojali radionice i programe koji će se održati ovaj tjedan, izbrojali smo oko 95.
Predstavnik Muzeja Vitenfabrikken iz Norveške, g. John Arne Frafjord obratio se putem videa gdje su svi prisutni mogli vidjeti na koji način je spomenuti muzej sudjelovao u projektu te na koji način su sprovedeni primjeri dobre prakse između učitelja iz Hrvatske i Norveške.
Voditeljica projekta, gđa. Ivana Guglielmini, predstavila je detaljan program koji se sastoji od preko 30 zanimljivih radionica i 15-tak prezentacija. Svi subjekti koji su pozvani da se uključe u STEM tjedan rado su se odazvali, što se može i vidjeti iz popunjenosti samih radionica za koje se traži „mjesto više“.
Drugog dana STEM tjedna, u utorak, 13. veljače, održana je panel rasprava na temu Aktivnog građanstva, na kojoj je predstavljen Priručnik aktivnog građanstva kojeg su izradili Anita Šimac, OŠ Petra Preradovića; Renata Cvetkoski, OŠ P. Preradovića; Dinko Marin, OŠ Bartula Kašića; Anita Mustać, OŠ Šime Budinića; Anita Nikić, OŠ Krune Krstića; Božica Oštarić Veršić, OŠ Jurja Dalmatinca Pag; Kristina Nevjestić, OŠ Biograd; Lovre Lovrinov, OŠ Šimuna Kožićića Benje i Valerija Šinko, Sveučilište u Zadru.
Važnost ovog priručnika je u tome što prikazuje mogućost implementacije građanskog odgoja, odnosno aktivnog građanstva kroz različite nastavne predmete. Priručnik je koncipiran po poglavljima, gdje je u uvodnom dijelu objašnjeno što je to aktivno građanstvo te na koji način se može povezati sa STEM područjem. Nakon toga svaki autor ima svoje poglavlje u kojima daje konkretne primjere kako se aktivno građanstvo može poučavati u različitim školskim predmetima, od matematike do biologije.
Priručnik je namijenjen učiteljima, ali i svima koji će možda u budućnosti provoditi neke radionice. Priručnik je u ovom trenutku izrađen u digitalnom obliku te će na taj način biti dostupan odgojno-obrazovnim djelatnicima.
