Pohanje piletine zna biti zeznut posao, a rezultat nerijetko potpuno razočaranje. Pogotovo kad je riječ o prsima. Zeznemo li, umjesto sočnog odreska dobit ćemo nešto nalik isušenoj dasci. Nimalo privlačno, bljak.

I zbog toga su savjeti za pripremu pohane piletine uvijek vrlo traženi. Jedan od njih objavljen je na Instagramu slavne Marthe Stewart, a u samo tri dana pregledan je nevjerojatnih 250 tisuća puta.

Tajna nježnih, sočnih pohanih odrezaka, pitate li Marthu, krije se specifičnom postupku, koji uključuje marinadu od jogurta, posebnu vrstu krušnih mrvica i osobit način prženja.

Meso bi najprije trebalo odležati u marinadi, pa se tek potom pohati.  Zahvaljujući jogurtnom tretmanu, vlakna u odresku će omekšati, a vi ćete moći preskočiti ptva dva uobičajena koraka pri pohanju: prekrivanje brašnom i umakanje u razmućena jaja.

Dakle, piletina prekrivena jogurtom ide izravno u mrvice - i to ne bilo kakve, nego krupne 'panko' mrvice - a potom se prži. Kratko, na jakoj vatri. Kako su odresci prije stavljanja u marinadu prerezani po širini te spljošteni batom, nema straha da će ostati krvavi.

I zbog toga su savjeti za pripremu pohane piletine uvijek vrlo traženi. Jedan od njih objavljen je na Instagramu slavne Marthe Stewart, a u samo tri dana pregledan je nevjerojatnih 250 tisuća puta.

Tajna nježnih, sočnih pohanih odrezaka, pitate li Marthu, krije se specifičnom postupku, koji uključuje marinadu od jogurta, posebnu vrstu krušnih mrvica i osobit način prženja.

Meso bi najprije trebalo odležati u marinadi, pa se tek potom pohati.  Zahvaljujući jogurtnom tretmanu, vlakna u odresku će omekšati, a vi ćete moći preskočiti ptva dva uobičajena koraka pri pohanju: prekrivanje brašnom i umakanje u razmućena jaja.

Dakle, piletina prekrivena jogurtom ide izravno u mrvice - i to ne bilo kakve, nego krupne 'panko' mrvice - a potom se prži. Kratko, na jakoj vatri. Kako su odresci prije stavljanja u marinadu prerezani po širini te spljošteni batom, nema straha da će ostati krvavi.
