Samo laik može pomisliti da je posao iznajmljivača apartmana lagan. Jedna je dimenzija pronalazak gosta, zatim ispunjavanje njegovih zahtjeva, a treća dimenzija je čišćenje za njima.
Naravno kad bi gosti bili uredni sve bi išlo glatko, ali kako su gosti apartmana zrcalo društva, tako i ti poslovi nisu baš lagani.
Na stanje apartmana nakon odlaska gostiju, šest muškaraca između 40. i 50. godina, požalila se na Twitteru vlasnica jednog apartmana.
"Kako u cijenu apartmana (osim dovoljnog broja toaletnog papira) uključiti i bacanje smeća koje proizvede ‘gost‘ Ne pitam, samo vam evo pokazujem kako to izgleda. O ‘mirisima‘ nećemo", zapisala je ona.

Neki komentatori stali su na njenu stranu: "Razumim te. Stvarno bude svega. Nitko ne očekuje da sve blista kad odu, ali kad ovako zatekneš ne možeš se ne zapitat kakvi su to ljudi". "U ovom biznisu je puno rizika, ljudi su zaista svakakvi, stvar je odgoja i mentaliteta, nije stvar cijene što neki misle - platio sam pa mogu ostaviti svinjac, mogu i uništiti ponešto, apartman nije hotel da netko svaki dan sve očisti. Znaju se pravila. Ja ‘luda‘ pa očistim bolje od vlasnika", napisale su neke korisnice.
Neki su htjeli biti konstruktivni: "5 eura više i svi zadovoljni".

No ipak pretegli su komentari koji su kritični prema vlasnicima apartmana. "Stavi 210 eura dan, ali da ti ne dolazimo. Samo uplatimo lovu, a ćumez ti ostane čist. I ne živciraju te je..ni turisti". "Najbolje još i tražiti da okreče zidove, ha". "A broj apartmana raste i raste". "I? Došli su na odmor. Nisu došli čistiti. Svi bi tili pare bez znoja. Dogodine ih zovi opet da dođu i daj im popust".
Vlasnica je odgovarala na komentare. "Nema tih novaca koji to mogu platiti. Sva sreća pa nije smjena jer kad uđeš u ovakav apartman, onda čišćenje traje satima, doslovno sve treba preokrenuti, oprati, očistiti. A sljedeći gost koji dolazi ne zna, nego vidi i daje recenzije", objasnila je ona.

"Sve je to očekivano i nije iznenađenje. Ali eto nisu ni svi iznajmljivači baš tako grozni i pohlepni, ima svega. Kao i komentara koje možemo pročitati ovdje", olakšala je ona dušu u jednom komentaru iako je teško pretpostaviti je li joj komentiranje na Twitteru pomoglo ili je samo pogoršalo dojam nakon prljavoga apartmana.

Samo laik može pomisliti da je posao iznajmljivača apartmana lagan. Jedna je dimenzija pronalazak gosta, zatim ispunjavanje njegovih zahtjeva, a treća dimenzija je čišćenje za njima.
Naravno kad bi gosti bili uredni sve bi išlo glatko, ali kako su gosti apartmana zrcalo društva, tako i ti poslovi nisu baš lagani.
Na stanje apartmana nakon odlaska gostiju, šest muškaraca između 40. i 50. godina, požalila se na Twitteru vlasnica jednog apartmana.
"Kako u cijenu apartmana (osim dovoljnog broja toaletnog papira) uključiti i bacanje smeća koje proizvede ‘gost‘ Ne pitam, samo vam evo pokazujem kako to izgleda. O ‘mirisima‘ nećemo", zapisala je ona.

Neki komentatori stali su na njenu stranu: "Razumim te. Stvarno bude svega. Nitko ne očekuje da sve blista kad odu, ali kad ovako zatekneš ne možeš se ne zapitat kakvi su to ljudi". "U ovom biznisu je puno rizika, ljudi su zaista svakakvi, stvar je odgoja i mentaliteta, nije stvar cijene što neki misle - platio sam pa mogu ostaviti svinjac, mogu i uništiti ponešto, apartman nije hotel da netko svaki dan sve očisti. Znaju se pravila. Ja ‘luda‘ pa očistim bolje od vlasnika", napisale su neke korisnice.
Neki su htjeli biti konstruktivni: "5 eura više i svi zadovoljni".

No ipak pretegli su komentari koji su kritični prema vlasnicima apartmana. "Stavi 210 eura dan, ali da ti ne dolazimo. Samo uplatimo lovu, a ćumez ti ostane čist. I ne živciraju te je..ni turisti". "Najbolje još i tražiti da okreče zidove, ha". "A broj apartmana raste i raste". "I? Došli su na odmor. Nisu došli čistiti. Svi bi tili pare bez znoja. Dogodine ih zovi opet da dođu i daj im popust".
Vlasnica je odgovarala na komentare. "Nema tih novaca koji to mogu platiti. Sva sreća pa nije smjena jer kad uđeš u ovakav apartman, onda čišćenje traje satima, doslovno sve treba preokrenuti, oprati, očistiti. A sljedeći gost koji dolazi ne zna, nego vidi i daje recenzije", objasnila je ona.

"Sve je to očekivano i nije iznenađenje. Ali eto nisu ni svi iznajmljivači baš tako grozni i pohlepni, ima svega. Kao i komentara koje možemo pročitati ovdje", olakšala je ona dušu u jednom komentaru iako je teško pretpostaviti je li joj komentiranje na Twitteru pomoglo ili je samo pogoršalo dojam nakon prljavoga apartmana.
