Beba za koju se smatra da je najmanja na svijetu pri rođenju poslana je kući nakon što je 13 mjeseci provela u bolnici. Kwek Yu Xuan imala je samo 212 grama - otprilike težinu jabuke - kada se rodila 9. lipnja prošle godine u singapurskoj Nacionalnoj sveučilišnoj bolnici (NUH), piše NDTV .

Rodila se sa samo 25 tjedana, javlja BBC, tj. četiri mjeseca prerano. U vrijeme svog rođenja bila je duga samo 24 cm. Zapravo, Kwek Yu Xuan bila je tako mala da kad je dovezena na odjel intenzivne njege novorođenčadi, dežurna sestra nije mogla vjerovati svojim očima.

-  Bila sam šokirana pa sam razgovarala s profesorom (na istom odjelu) i pitala ga može li vjerovati, rekla je Zhang Suhe, medicinska sestra NUH -a, za The Strait Times. - U svoje 22 godine koliko sam medicinska sestra, nisam vidjela tako malo novorođenče, dodala je.

Kwek Yu Xuan podvrgnuta je 13 mjeseci intenzivnog liječenja u bolnici, tjednima je provela na respiratoru, a sada ima  6300 g. Vjeruje se da je to najmanja beba na svijetu koja je preživjela prerani porod.

Liječenje prijevremeno rođene bebe bilo je izuzetno teško: koža joj je bila toliko krhka pa joj liječnici nisu mogli staviti sonde, tijelo tako malo te su liječnici morali tražiti najmanju cijev za disanje, a morali su i rezati pelene kako bi stala u njih.

- Bila je toliko mala da je čak i izračun za lijekove morao biti sveden na decimalu, rekao je liječnik.

- Suprotno svemu, sa zdravstvenim komplikacijama koje su prisutne pri rođenju, nadahnula je ljude oko sebe svojom upornošću i rastom, navodi se u saopćenju bolnice, piše NDTV .

Beba za koju se smatra da je najmanja na svijetu pri rođenju poslana je kući nakon što je 13 mjeseci provela u bolnici. Kwek Yu Xuan imala je samo 212 grama - otprilike težinu jabuke - kada se rodila 9. lipnja prošle godine u singapurskoj Nacionalnoj sveučilišnoj bolnici (NUH), piše NDTV .

Rodila se sa samo 25 tjedana, javlja BBC, tj. četiri mjeseca prerano. U vrijeme svog rođenja bila je duga samo 24 cm. Zapravo, Kwek Yu Xuan bila je tako mala da kad je dovezena na odjel intenzivne njege novorođenčadi, dežurna sestra nije mogla vjerovati svojim očima.

-  Bila sam šokirana pa sam razgovarala s profesorom (na istom odjelu) i pitala ga može li vjerovati, rekla je Zhang Suhe, medicinska sestra NUH -a, za The Strait Times. - U svoje 22 godine koliko sam medicinska sestra, nisam vidjela tako malo novorođenče, dodala je.

Kwek Yu Xuan podvrgnuta je 13 mjeseci intenzivnog liječenja u bolnici, tjednima je provela na respiratoru, a sada ima  6300 g. Vjeruje se da je to najmanja beba na svijetu koja je preživjela prerani porod.

Liječenje prijevremeno rođene bebe bilo je izuzetno teško: koža joj je bila toliko krhka pa joj liječnici nisu mogli staviti sonde, tijelo tako malo te su liječnici morali tražiti najmanju cijev za disanje, a morali su i rezati pelene kako bi stala u njih.

- Bila je toliko mala da je čak i izračun za lijekove morao biti sveden na decimalu, rekao je liječnik.

- Suprotno svemu, sa zdravstvenim komplikacijama koje su prisutne pri rođenju, nadahnula je ljude oko sebe svojom upornošću i rastom, navodi se u saopćenju bolnice, piše NDTV .

Beba rođena sa samo 212 grama napokon ide kući: malenoj su davali minimalne šanse, preživjela je i danas teži preko 6 kilograma

Beba za koju se smatra da je najmanja na svijetu pri rođenju poslana je kući nakon što je 13 mjeseci provela u bolnici. Kwek Yu Xuan imala je samo 212 grama - otprilike težinu jabuke - kada se rodila 9. lipnja prošle godine u singapurskoj Nacionalnoj sveučilišnoj bolnici (NUH), piše NDTV .

Rodila se sa samo 25 tjedana, javlja BBC, tj. četiri mjeseca prerano. U vrijeme svog rođenja bila je duga samo 24 cm. Zapravo, Kwek Yu Xuan bila je tako mala da kad je dovezena na odjel intenzivne njege novorođenčadi, dežurna sestra nije mogla vjerovati svojim očima.

-  Bila sam šokirana pa sam razgovarala s profesorom (na istom odjelu) i pitala ga može li vjerovati, rekla je Zhang Suhe, medicinska sestra NUH -a, za The Strait Times. - U svoje 22 godine koliko sam medicinska sestra, nisam vidjela tako malo novorođenče, dodala je.

Kwek Yu Xuan podvrgnuta je 13 mjeseci intenzivnog liječenja u bolnici, tjednima je provela na respiratoru, a sada ima  6300 g. Vjeruje se da je to najmanja beba na svijetu koja je preživjela prerani porod.

Liječenje prijevremeno rođene bebe bilo je izuzetno teško: koža joj je bila toliko krhka pa joj liječnici nisu mogli staviti sonde, tijelo tako malo te su liječnici morali tražiti najmanju cijev za disanje, a morali su i rezati pelene kako bi stala u njih.

- Bila je toliko mala da je čak i izračun za lijekove morao biti sveden na decimalu, rekao je liječnik.

- Suprotno svemu, sa zdravstvenim komplikacijama koje su prisutne pri rođenju, nadahnula je ljude oko sebe svojom upornošću i rastom, navodi se u saopćenju bolnice, piše NDTV .
