Do jučer, 8. travnja, je zaprimljeno 1360 zahtjeva za subvencioniranje stambenih kredita mladima, zahtjevi se obrađuju prema redoslijedu zaprimanja, a u ovom trenutku obrađeno ih je oko 260.

Kreditne institucije dostavljaju zahtjeve korisnika kredita elektronički, putem dostavljača te putem pošte. Djelatnici APN-a koji obrađuju zahtjeve sukladno Odluci direktora podijeljeni su u dva tima, tako da jedan radi iz ureda, a drugi od kuće, a njima je osigurana potrebna tehnička oprema i alati za obradu predmeta. 

- Program subvencioniranih kredita za mlade obitelji funkcionira po planu unatoč svim izvanrednim okolnostima. Svi koji su se prijavili ili se žele prijaviti, ne moraju brinuti oko administrativnog dijela. Svi će zahtjevi biti obrađeni, a onima koji se prijavljuju bit će javljeno na vrijeme je li dokumentacija uredu, treba li nadopuna i slično. Hvala još jednom svima koji su dio ovog programa Ministarstva graditeljstva i prostornoga uređenja, a interes mladih ljudi motiv je više da ovu mjeru uspješno provedemo – poručio je ministar Predrag Štromar.

Uvjeti prijave na natječaj nisu se promijenili što znači da će se na poziv moći prijaviti svi mlađi od 45 godina koji u svom vlasništvu nemaju stan ili kuću. Subvencioniranje kredita odobravat će se za kupnju stana ili kuće, odnosno gradnju kuće do najviše 1500 eura po metru kvadratnom odnosno do najvišeg iznosa kredita od 100.000,00 eura u kunskoj protuvrijednosti. Rok otplate kredita ne smije biti kraći od 15 godina. Visina subvencije ovisit će o indeksu razvijenosti mjesta na kojem se nekretnina kupuje, odnosno gradi, te će se kretati od 30 do 51 posto iznosa rate kredita.

Rok subvencije produžuje se za dvije dodatne godine za svako novorođeno dijete za vrijeme trajanja subvencije. Kako bi se mjera još dodatno poboljšala, prošle su godine donesene izmjene Zakona o subvencioniranju stambenih kredita kojima se subvencija produljuje za dodatnu godinu dana po svakom djetetu koje osoba ima u vrijeme prijave za kredit. U praksi to znači da će za obitelj koja već ima dvoje djece pri prijavi, subvencija umjesto pet trajati sedam godina, a ukoliko dobiju još jedno dijete subvencija će trajati ukupno devet godina.

Ovaj krug prijava, prvi od dva ovogodišnja, bit će otvoren najmanje do kraja travnja, a drugi će biti objavljen na jesen.  Do sada je uz pomoć subvencija 9400 mladih obitelji riješilo stambeno pitanje, a u njihovim domovima rodilo se 1275 djece.

Do jučer, 8. travnja, je zaprimljeno 1360 zahtjeva za subvencioniranje stambenih kredita mladima, zahtjevi se obrađuju prema redoslijedu zaprimanja, a u ovom trenutku obrađeno ih je oko 260.

Kreditne institucije dostavljaju zahtjeve korisnika kredita elektronički, putem dostavljača te putem pošte. Djelatnici APN-a koji obrađuju zahtjeve sukladno Odluci direktora podijeljeni su u dva tima, tako da jedan radi iz ureda, a drugi od kuće, a njima je osigurana potrebna tehnička oprema i alati za obradu predmeta. 

- Program subvencioniranih kredita za mlade obitelji funkcionira po planu unatoč svim izvanrednim okolnostima. Svi koji su se prijavili ili se žele prijaviti, ne moraju brinuti oko administrativnog dijela. Svi će zahtjevi biti obrađeni, a onima koji se prijavljuju bit će javljeno na vrijeme je li dokumentacija uredu, treba li nadopuna i slično. Hvala još jednom svima koji su dio ovog programa Ministarstva graditeljstva i prostornoga uređenja, a interes mladih ljudi motiv je više da ovu mjeru uspješno provedemo – poručio je ministar Predrag Štromar.

Uvjeti prijave na natječaj nisu se promijenili što znači da će se na poziv moći prijaviti svi mlađi od 45 godina koji u svom vlasništvu nemaju stan ili kuću. Subvencioniranje kredita odobravat će se za kupnju stana ili kuće, odnosno gradnju kuće do najviše 1500 eura po metru kvadratnom odnosno do najvišeg iznosa kredita od 100.000,00 eura u kunskoj protuvrijednosti. Rok otplate kredita ne smije biti kraći od 15 godina. Visina subvencije ovisit će o indeksu razvijenosti mjesta na kojem se nekretnina kupuje, odnosno gradi, te će se kretati od 30 do 51 posto iznosa rate kredita.

Rok subvencije produžuje se za dvije dodatne godine za svako novorođeno dijete za vrijeme trajanja subvencije. Kako bi se mjera još dodatno poboljšala, prošle su godine donesene izmjene Zakona o subvencioniranju stambenih kredita kojima se subvencija produljuje za dodatnu godinu dana po svakom djetetu koje osoba ima u vrijeme prijave za kredit. U praksi to znači da će za obitelj koja već ima dvoje djece pri prijavi, subvencija umjesto pet trajati sedam godina, a ukoliko dobiju još jedno dijete subvencija će trajati ukupno devet godina.

Ovaj krug prijava, prvi od dva ovogodišnja, bit će otvoren najmanje do kraja travnja, a drugi će biti objavljen na jesen.  Do sada je uz pomoć subvencija 9400 mladih obitelji riješilo stambeno pitanje, a u njihovim domovima rodilo se 1275 djece.

Pristiglo već 1360 zahtjeva za subvencionirane stambene kredite: "Program za mlade obitelji funkcionira po planu unatoč svim izvanrednim okolnostima"

Do jučer, 8. travnja, je zaprimljeno 1360 zahtjeva za subvencioniranje stambenih kredita mladima, zahtjevi se obrađuju prema redoslijedu zaprimanja, a u ovom trenutku obrađeno ih je oko 260.

Kreditne institucije dostavljaju zahtjeve korisnika kredita elektronički, putem dostavljača te putem pošte. Djelatnici APN-a koji obrađuju zahtjeve sukladno Odluci direktora podijeljeni su u dva tima, tako da jedan radi iz ureda, a drugi od kuće, a njima je osigurana potrebna tehnička oprema i alati za obradu predmeta. 

- Program subvencioniranih kredita za mlade obitelji funkcionira po planu unatoč svim izvanrednim okolnostima. Svi koji su se prijavili ili se žele prijaviti, ne moraju brinuti oko administrativnog dijela. Svi će zahtjevi biti obrađeni, a onima koji se prijavljuju bit će javljeno na vrijeme je li dokumentacija uredu, treba li nadopuna i slično. Hvala još jednom svima koji su dio ovog programa Ministarstva graditeljstva i prostornoga uređenja, a interes mladih ljudi motiv je više da ovu mjeru uspješno provedemo – poručio je ministar Predrag Štromar.

Uvjeti prijave na natječaj nisu se promijenili što znači da će se na poziv moći prijaviti svi mlađi od 45 godina koji u svom vlasništvu nemaju stan ili kuću. Subvencioniranje kredita odobravat će se za kupnju stana ili kuće, odnosno gradnju kuće do najviše 1500 eura po metru kvadratnom odnosno do najvišeg iznosa kredita od 100.000,00 eura u kunskoj protuvrijednosti. Rok otplate kredita ne smije biti kraći od 15 godina. Visina subvencije ovisit će o indeksu razvijenosti mjesta na kojem se nekretnina kupuje, odnosno gradi, te će se kretati od 30 do 51 posto iznosa rate kredita.

Rok subvencije produžuje se za dvije dodatne godine za svako novorođeno dijete za vrijeme trajanja subvencije. Kako bi se mjera još dodatno poboljšala, prošle su godine donesene izmjene Zakona o subvencioniranju stambenih kredita kojima se subvencija produljuje za dodatnu godinu dana po svakom djetetu koje osoba ima u vrijeme prijave za kredit. U praksi to znači da će za obitelj koja već ima dvoje djece pri prijavi, subvencija umjesto pet trajati sedam godina, a ukoliko dobiju još jedno dijete subvencija će trajati ukupno devet godina.

Ovaj krug prijava, prvi od dva ovogodišnja, bit će otvoren najmanje do kraja travnja, a drugi će biti objavljen na jesen.  Do sada je uz pomoć subvencija 9400 mladih obitelji riješilo stambeno pitanje, a u njihovim domovima rodilo se 1275 djece.
