Hrvatska se košarka ozbiljno strmoglavila niz Stožice, Slovenija nas je razbila gotovo s pola snage, što je bilo posve dovoljno za njihovu uvjerljivu pobjedu 97:69 u ogledu s našim, od sunca   dobro preplanulim igračima. Istina, Hrvatski košarkaški savez se potrudio dovesti najbolje igrače što imamo i omogućiti im  optimalne uvjete za pripremu preostale dvije kvalifikacijske utakmice kroz koje se odlučuje idemo li u drugi krug, odnosno, vode na stazu koja bi nas mogla odvesti do Svjetskog prvenstva 2023! 

U Sloveniji smo tresnuli o pod, što nije nimalo neočekivano s obzirom na kvalitetu koju posjeduju naši suparnici. O tome su iz našeg stručnog stožera “trubili” danima, pa se stekao dojam kako smo pucali u svoju nogu, jer se najviše mislilo o Luki Dončiću i Goranu Dragiću. Nedvojbeno, igrači za svaki respekt, ali nisu vanzemaljci, niti nedodirljivi. 

Ali, Slovenija za razliku od nas, to svi znaju i bez previše mudrovanja, ima bekove koji znaju košarku, dok se u Hrvatskoj sve stavilo na leđa Roka Rogića, Gorana Filipovića i Lovre Gnjidića! A sva trojica nemaju naslovne uloge niti u svojim klubovima, kamoli da bi mogli nositi reprezentativni teret. Oni su svojom igrom  “uništili” naše NBA i Euroligaške igrače, napravili ih smiješnima i neznalicama, a to nisu, jer Bojan Bogdanović, Ivan Zubac (NBA), te Ante Žižić i Mario Hezonja, nekad NBA potencijala, danas Euroligaši, imaju svoje mjesto pod košarkaškim suncem. Ali, pomrčinu su im napravili (ne)razigravači, čije su lopte satima putovale, na centarske pozicije ili pak na vanjske pozicije. I sve to bilo je lako branjivo za Slovence. 

Ali je zato jako teško obraniti i podržati razmišljanje Dina Rađe, predsjednika Stručnog savjeta za mušku košarku, kako nam na playu dok je on u HKS-u, ne treba, niti će zaigrati stranac! Njegovo je pravo tako misliti, ali nema pravo zbog takvoga stava i ono nešto igrača koje imamo i koje se uvažava u Europi i svijetu, praviti smiješnima. Je li onda rješenje referendum: „ Rađa ili stranac”, procijenite sami? 

Nemoguće je istaknuti sve reprezentacije koji imalo drže do sebe, koje su u datom trenutku posegnuli za onim što im nedostaje da bi bili bolji. Uostalom, svijet se otvorio, svi su stranci dobro došli u nove sredine.  

Uzmimo samo jedan primjer iz ogleda Slovenije i Hrvatske, istina, nije riječ o bekovima nego centrima i potvrđuje razmišljanje da moraš uzeti ono što ti nedostaje. Slovenci su godinama koristili usluge Anthonyja Erwina Randolpha i s njime osvojili Eurobasket 2017. godine. Onda su ga zamijenili s Mikeom Tobeyem koji je u ukupnom učinku posve nadvisio Ivicu Zubca koji je kroz sezonu briljirao u LA Clippersima. A Tobey (Valencia Basket Club) ne bi bio to što jeste da nije uz sebe imao Dončića i Dragića, dok Zubac nije mogao previše očekivati od naših bekova. Jedan Bogdanović, koji nije preveliki kreator, ali ima energiju i šutersku moć koju sigurno nije izgubio preko noći, nije se mogao nametnuti, jer nije dobio loptu kad je trebao! 

Formula je jednostavna, odnosno, kad imaš odličnog playa, imaš se pravo nadati dobrom rezultatu! Onda se moramo svi skupa zapitati mora li košarkaška reprezentacija Hrvatske biti žrtva jednoga čovjeka, Dina Rađe, kojem nitko ne može oduzeti košarkaško umijeće koje je iskazivao na parketu. 

Ali, puno toga se u životu mijenja, potrebno je prilagoditi se vremenu i trenutku, priznati pogrešku, biti kritičan najprije prema sebi onda i ostalima. Sve to radi boljitka hrvatske košarke, a ne slijepo se držati svojeg stava koji ne donosi rezultate.

Hrvatska se košarka ozbiljno strmoglavila niz Stožice, Slovenija nas je razbila gotovo s pola snage, što je bilo posve dovoljno za njihovu uvjerljivu pobjedu 97:69 u ogledu s našim, od sunca   dobro preplanulim igračima. Istina, Hrvatski košarkaški savez se potrudio dovesti najbolje igrače što imamo i omogućiti im  optimalne uvjete za pripremu preostale dvije kvalifikacijske utakmice kroz koje se odlučuje idemo li u drugi krug, odnosno, vode na stazu koja bi nas mogla odvesti do Svjetskog prvenstva 2023! 

U Sloveniji smo tresnuli o pod, što nije nimalo neočekivano s obzirom na kvalitetu koju posjeduju naši suparnici. O tome su iz našeg stručnog stožera “trubili” danima, pa se stekao dojam kako smo pucali u svoju nogu, jer se najviše mislilo o Luki Dončiću i Goranu Dragiću. Nedvojbeno, igrači za svaki respekt, ali nisu vanzemaljci, niti nedodirljivi. 

Ali, Slovenija za razliku od nas, to svi znaju i bez previše mudrovanja, ima bekove koji znaju košarku, dok se u Hrvatskoj sve stavilo na leđa Roka Rogića, Gorana Filipovića i Lovre Gnjidića! A sva trojica nemaju naslovne uloge niti u svojim klubovima, kamoli da bi mogli nositi reprezentativni teret. Oni su svojom igrom  “uništili” naše NBA i Euroligaške igrače, napravili ih smiješnima i neznalicama, a to nisu, jer Bojan Bogdanović, Ivan Zubac (NBA), te Ante Žižić i Mario Hezonja, nekad NBA potencijala, danas Euroligaši, imaju svoje mjesto pod košarkaškim suncem. Ali, pomrčinu su im napravili (ne)razigravači, čije su lopte satima putovale, na centarske pozicije ili pak na vanjske pozicije. I sve to bilo je lako branjivo za Slovence. 

Ali je zato jako teško obraniti i podržati razmišljanje Dina Rađe, predsjednika Stručnog savjeta za mušku košarku, kako nam na playu dok je on u HKS-u, ne treba, niti će zaigrati stranac! Njegovo je pravo tako misliti, ali nema pravo zbog takvoga stava i ono nešto igrača koje imamo i koje se uvažava u Europi i svijetu, praviti smiješnima. Je li onda rješenje referendum: „ Rađa ili stranac”, procijenite sami? 

Nemoguće je istaknuti sve reprezentacije koji imalo drže do sebe, koje su u datom trenutku posegnuli za onim što im nedostaje da bi bili bolji. Uostalom, svijet se otvorio, svi su stranci dobro došli u nove sredine.  

Uzmimo samo jedan primjer iz ogleda Slovenije i Hrvatske, istina, nije riječ o bekovima nego centrima i potvrđuje razmišljanje da moraš uzeti ono što ti nedostaje. Slovenci su godinama koristili usluge Anthonyja Erwina Randolpha i s njime osvojili Eurobasket 2017. godine. Onda su ga zamijenili s Mikeom Tobeyem koji je u ukupnom učinku posve nadvisio Ivicu Zubca koji je kroz sezonu briljirao u LA Clippersima. A Tobey (Valencia Basket Club) ne bi bio to što jeste da nije uz sebe imao Dončića i Dragića, dok Zubac nije mogao previše očekivati od naših bekova. Jedan Bogdanović, koji nije preveliki kreator, ali ima energiju i šutersku moć koju sigurno nije izgubio preko noći, nije se mogao nametnuti, jer nije dobio loptu kad je trebao! 

Formula je jednostavna, odnosno, kad imaš odličnog playa, imaš se pravo nadati dobrom rezultatu! Onda se moramo svi skupa zapitati mora li košarkaška reprezentacija Hrvatske biti žrtva jednoga čovjeka, Dina Rađe, kojem nitko ne može oduzeti košarkaško umijeće koje je iskazivao na parketu. 

Ali, puno toga se u životu mijenja, potrebno je prilagoditi se vremenu i trenutku, priznati pogrešku, biti kritičan najprije prema sebi onda i ostalima. Sve to radi boljitka hrvatske košarke, a ne slijepo se držati svojeg stava koji ne donosi rezultate.

Dražen Žura: Trebamo se svi skupa zapitati, mora li košarkaška reprezentacija Hrvatske biti žrtva jednoga čovjeka - Dina Rađe?

Hrvatska se košarka ozbiljno strmoglavila niz Stožice, Slovenija nas je razbila gotovo s pola snage, što je bilo posve dovoljno za njihovu uvjerljivu pobjedu 97:69 u ogledu s našim, od sunca   dobro preplanulim igračima. Istina, Hrvatski košarkaški savez se potrudio dovesti najbolje igrače što imamo i omogućiti im  optimalne uvjete za pripremu preostale dvije kvalifikacijske utakmice kroz koje se odlučuje idemo li u drugi krug, odnosno, vode na stazu koja bi nas mogla odvesti do Svjetskog prvenstva 2023! 

U Sloveniji smo tresnuli o pod, što nije nimalo neočekivano s obzirom na kvalitetu koju posjeduju naši suparnici. O tome su iz našeg stručnog stožera “trubili” danima, pa se stekao dojam kako smo pucali u svoju nogu, jer se najviše mislilo o Luki Dončiću i Goranu Dragiću. Nedvojbeno, igrači za svaki respekt, ali nisu vanzemaljci, niti nedodirljivi. 

Ali, Slovenija za razliku od nas, to svi znaju i bez previše mudrovanja, ima bekove koji znaju košarku, dok se u Hrvatskoj sve stavilo na leđa Roka Rogića, Gorana Filipovića i Lovre Gnjidića! A sva trojica nemaju naslovne uloge niti u svojim klubovima, kamoli da bi mogli nositi reprezentativni teret. Oni su svojom igrom  “uništili” naše NBA i Euroligaške igrače, napravili ih smiješnima i neznalicama, a to nisu, jer Bojan Bogdanović, Ivan Zubac (NBA), te Ante Žižić i Mario Hezonja, nekad NBA potencijala, danas Euroligaši, imaju svoje mjesto pod košarkaškim suncem. Ali, pomrčinu su im napravili (ne)razigravači, čije su lopte satima putovale, na centarske pozicije ili pak na vanjske pozicije. I sve to bilo je lako branjivo za Slovence.
