Hrvatska meteorska mreža krajem veljače ove godine snimila je pad meteora na području Dalmacije, točnije šibenskog zaleđa. Ovaj događaj snimile su četiri kamere koje su dio sustava više od 30 kamera Hrvatske meteorske mreže. Prilično je izvjesno da je meteor “preživio” pad kroz atmosferu, pa Hrvatska meteorska mreža organizira potragu za meteoritom, piše Dalmacijadanas.

Kako su pojasnili u HMM-u, potrebna je što brža potraga za ostatkom ovog tijela iz svemira jer na njega jako utječu naše atmosferske prilike, prvenstveno vlaga i oborine. Nakon pronalaska meteorita najbolje ga je sačuvati u vakuumu, odnosno u uvjetima koji neće puno utjecati na njega.

– Što se tiče područja gdje pao meteorit u Dalmaciji, suzili smo područje mogućeg pada na 150 metara širine i 2 kilometra dužine. Pronalazak meteorita uvijek je koristan, osobito za znanost. Meteoriti, ovisno o svom sastavu, vrijede više ili manje na tržištu, no od velike su važnosti za astronome. Tako doznajemo mnogo podataka u Sunčevom sustavu – kazali su u Hrvatskoj meteorskoj mreži, prenosi Dalmacijadanas.

Dodali su i ako netko pronađe meteorit da ga fotografiraju i pošaljui snimke na info@sci.hr.

Hrvatska meteorska mreža krajem veljače ove godine snimila je pad meteora na području Dalmacije, točnije šibenskog zaleđa. Ovaj događaj snimile su četiri kamere koje su dio sustava više od 30 kamera Hrvatske meteorske mreže. Prilično je izvjesno da je meteor “preživio” pad kroz atmosferu, pa Hrvatska meteorska mreža organizira potragu za meteoritom, piše Dalmacijadanas.

Kako su pojasnili u HMM-u, potrebna je što brža potraga za ostatkom ovog tijela iz svemira jer na njega jako utječu naše atmosferske prilike, prvenstveno vlaga i oborine. Nakon pronalaska meteorita najbolje ga je sačuvati u vakuumu, odnosno u uvjetima koji neće puno utjecati na njega.

– Što se tiče područja gdje pao meteorit u Dalmaciji, suzili smo područje mogućeg pada na 150 metara širine i 2 kilometra dužine. Pronalazak meteorita uvijek je koristan, osobito za znanost. Meteoriti, ovisno o svom sastavu, vrijede više ili manje na tržištu, no od velike su važnosti za astronome. Tako doznajemo mnogo podataka u Sunčevom sustavu – kazali su u Hrvatskoj meteorskoj mreži, prenosi Dalmacijadanas.

Dodali su i ako netko pronađe meteorit da ga fotografiraju i pošaljui snimke na info@sci.hr.

U šibenskom zaleđu pao meteorit! Zaljubljenici u svemir krenuli u potragu za vrijednim ‘kamenčićem‘, evo što napraviti ako ga pronađete

Hrvatska meteorska mreža krajem veljače ove godine snimila je pad meteora na području Dalmacije, točnije šibenskog zaleđa. Ovaj događaj snimile su četiri kamere koje su dio sustava više od 30 kamera Hrvatske meteorske mreže. Prilično je izvjesno da je meteor “preživio” pad kroz atmosferu, pa Hrvatska meteorska mreža organizira potragu za meteoritom, piše Dalmacijadanas.

Kako su pojasnili u HMM-u, potrebna je što brža potraga za ostatkom ovog tijela iz svemira jer na njega jako utječu naše atmosferske prilike, prvenstveno vlaga i oborine. Nakon pronalaska meteorita najbolje ga je sačuvati u vakuumu, odnosno u uvjetima koji neće puno utjecati na njega.

– Što se tiče područja gdje pao meteorit u Dalmaciji, suzili smo područje mogućeg pada na 150 metara širine i 2 kilometra dužine. Pronalazak meteorita uvijek je koristan, osobito za znanost. Meteoriti, ovisno o svom sastavu, vrijede više ili manje na tržištu, no od velike su važnosti za astronome. Tako doznajemo mnogo podataka u Sunčevom sustavu – kazali su u Hrvatskoj meteorskoj mreži, prenosi Dalmacijadanas.

Dodali su i ako netko pronađe meteorit da ga fotografiraju i pošaljui snimke na info@sci.hr.
