Službeni liječnik američkog Kongresa i Vrhovnog suda, Brian Monahan, na sastanku održanom iza zatvorenih vrata jučer poslijepodne izvijestio je zaposlenike Senata kako očekuje da će od koronavirusa u SAD-u oboljeti između 70 i 150 milijuna ljudi, potvrdila su dva izvora za NBC.

Na sastanku nisu bili nazočni senatori nego je bio organiziran za administrativno osoblje iz obje stranke. Monahan ih je izvijestio o mjerama koje se trebaju poduzeti za prevenciju širenja virusa uključujući preporuku odustajanja od rukovanja. NBC navodi kako je ovog tjedna bilo vidljivo da se senatori ne pridržavaju te preporuke.

Liječnik je na sastanku preporučio svima da odustanu od putovanja u inozemstvo, tj. da na njih ne idu ako ne moraju, dok za putovanja unutar SAD-a za sada nije naveo ograničenja. Monahan je savjete zaposlenicima u Senatu zaključio procjenom kako će 80 posto onih koji se zaraze koronavirusom u konačnici "biti dobro", navodi NBC.

Washington Post istodobno javlja kako Bijela kuća razmatra mjeru prema kojoj će cijelu Europu staviti pod Razinu 3 preporuka za putovanja, što znači da će svojim državljanima sugerirati da ne putuju na Stari kontinent ako ne moraju. Kina je sada na Razini 4. Južna Koreja i Italija su na Razini 3, iako su neke regije tih država na Razini 4 jer je ondje broj zaraženih i veći.

Guardian navodi kako je američki predsjednik Donald Trump u svojoj izjavi također najavio da će izdati preporuku Amerikancima da ne putuju u Europu. Dodao je kako će se razmotriti i proglašavanje izvanrednog stanja u SAD-u. Očekuje se kako će Trump obje stvari potvrditi kasnije noćas oko 3 sata ujutro po našem vremenu u izravnom obraćanju građanima na TV-u.

Washington Post navodi kako Bijela kuća razmatra nova ograničenja jer smatra da je Europa postala najveći generator novih slučajeva koronavirusa na svijetu.

Službeni liječnik američkog Kongresa i Vrhovnog suda, Brian Monahan, na sastanku održanom iza zatvorenih vrata jučer poslijepodne izvijestio je zaposlenike Senata kako očekuje da će od koronavirusa u SAD-u oboljeti između 70 i 150 milijuna ljudi, potvrdila su dva izvora za NBC.

Na sastanku nisu bili nazočni senatori nego je bio organiziran za administrativno osoblje iz obje stranke. Monahan ih je izvijestio o mjerama koje se trebaju poduzeti za prevenciju širenja virusa uključujući preporuku odustajanja od rukovanja. NBC navodi kako je ovog tjedna bilo vidljivo da se senatori ne pridržavaju te preporuke.

Liječnik je na sastanku preporučio svima da odustanu od putovanja u inozemstvo, tj. da na njih ne idu ako ne moraju, dok za putovanja unutar SAD-a za sada nije naveo ograničenja. Monahan je savjete zaposlenicima u Senatu zaključio procjenom kako će 80 posto onih koji se zaraze koronavirusom u konačnici "biti dobro", navodi NBC.

Washington Post istodobno javlja kako Bijela kuća razmatra mjeru prema kojoj će cijelu Europu staviti pod Razinu 3 preporuka za putovanja, što znači da će svojim državljanima sugerirati da ne putuju na Stari kontinent ako ne moraju. Kina je sada na Razini 4. Južna Koreja i Italija su na Razini 3, iako su neke regije tih država na Razini 4 jer je ondje broj zaraženih i veći.

Guardian navodi kako je američki predsjednik Donald Trump u svojoj izjavi također najavio da će izdati preporuku Amerikancima da ne putuju u Europu. Dodao je kako će se razmotriti i proglašavanje izvanrednog stanja u SAD-u. Očekuje se kako će Trump obje stvari potvrditi kasnije noćas oko 3 sata ujutro po našem vremenu u izravnom obraćanju građanima na TV-u.

Washington Post navodi kako Bijela kuća razmatra nova ograničenja jer smatra da je Europa postala najveći generator novih slučajeva koronavirusa na svijetu.

Washington Post navodi kako Bijela kuća razmatra nova ograničenja jer smatra da je Europa postala najveći generator novih slučajeva koronavirusa na svijetu.
