Policija i sudovi ove su godine od neodgovornih vozača trajno oduzeli čak 50 automobila koji tako prešli u trajno vlasništvo države, a ukupan broj zaplijenjenih vozila popeo se na 600. Otkrio je to u intervjuu za Točku na tjedan N1 televizije predsjednik Vrhovnog suda Radovan Dobronić.

“Došlo je do bitnog napretka u sferi prekršajnog prava. Statistika Visokog prekršajnog suda pokazuje da je u posljednjih godinu I pol dana praksa prekršajnih sudova se znatno promijenila: sada se onima za koje se ustanovi da su recidivisti – da često voze pijani, bez vozačke dozvole, obijesno voze – uz zatvorske i novčane kazne izriče i mjera trajnog oduzimanja vozila.

Od 2018. godine oduzeto je 72 vozila s tim da se ta praksa zahuktala tek prošle godine kada je oduzeto – 60 vozila! Imam informacija da je u ovih prvih pola godina 2023., su prekršajni sudovi trajno oduzeli već 40 do 50 vozila! To je drastična promjena. Svi koji misle da će im proći divljanje na cesti bez posljedica – trebaju znati da to više nije tako!”, poručio je Dobronić.

Procedura trajnog oduzimanja vozila ide tako da prvo policija donese mjeru privremenog oduzimanja vozila a potom treba pravovremena prekršajnog suda donose odluku hoće li privremeno oduzimanje pretvoriti u trajno oduzimanje.

“Policija već sada ima na svojim parkiralištima više od 600 privremeno oduzetih vozila koja čekaju odluke prekršajnih sudova o tome hoće li biti trajno oduzeta. Policija je molila prekršajne sudove da ubrzaju postupke odlučivanja jer već imaju problem gdje parkirati oduzeta vozila”, objasnio je Dobronić.

Policija i sudovi ove su godine od neodgovornih vozača trajno oduzeli čak 50 automobila koji tako prešli u trajno vlasništvo države, a ukupan broj zaplijenjenih vozila popeo se na 600. Otkrio je to u intervjuu za Točku na tjedan N1 televizije predsjednik Vrhovnog suda Radovan Dobronić.

“Došlo je do bitnog napretka u sferi prekršajnog prava. Statistika Visokog prekršajnog suda pokazuje da je u posljednjih godinu I pol dana praksa prekršajnih sudova se znatno promijenila: sada se onima za koje se ustanovi da su recidivisti – da često voze pijani, bez vozačke dozvole, obijesno voze – uz zatvorske i novčane kazne izriče i mjera trajnog oduzimanja vozila.

Od 2018. godine oduzeto je 72 vozila s tim da se ta praksa zahuktala tek prošle godine kada je oduzeto – 60 vozila! Imam informacija da je u ovih prvih pola godina 2023., su prekršajni sudovi trajno oduzeli već 40 do 50 vozila! To je drastična promjena. Svi koji misle da će im proći divljanje na cesti bez posljedica – trebaju znati da to više nije tako!”, poručio je Dobronić.

Procedura trajnog oduzimanja vozila ide tako da prvo policija donese mjeru privremenog oduzimanja vozila a potom treba pravovremena prekršajnog suda donose odluku hoće li privremeno oduzimanje pretvoriti u trajno oduzimanje.

“Policija već sada ima na svojim parkiralištima više od 600 privremeno oduzetih vozila koja čekaju odluke prekršajnih sudova o tome hoće li biti trajno oduzeta. Policija je molila prekršajne sudove da ubrzaju postupke odlučivanja jer već imaju problem gdje parkirati oduzeta vozila”, objasnio je Dobronić.

Policija oduzela čak 600 vozila, sada imaju problem s parkingom: ‘Nema divljanja bez posljedica...‘

Policija i sudovi ove su godine od neodgovornih vozača trajno oduzeli čak 50 automobila koji tako prešli u trajno vlasništvo države, a ukupan broj zaplijenjenih vozila popeo se na 600. Otkrio je to u intervjuu za Točku na tjedan N1 televizije predsjednik Vrhovnog suda Radovan Dobronić.

“Došlo je do bitnog napretka u sferi prekršajnog prava. Statistika Visokog prekršajnog suda pokazuje da je u posljednjih godinu I pol dana praksa prekršajnih sudova se znatno promijenila: sada se onima za koje se ustanovi da su recidivisti – da često voze pijani, bez vozačke dozvole, obijesno voze – uz zatvorske i novčane kazne izriče i mjera trajnog oduzimanja vozila.

Od 2018. godine oduzeto je 72 vozila s tim da se ta praksa zahuktala tek prošle godine kada je oduzeto – 60 vozila! Imam informacija da je u ovih prvih pola godina 2023., su prekršajni sudovi trajno oduzeli već 40 do 50 vozila! To je drastična promjena. Svi koji misle da će im proći divljanje na cesti bez posljedica – trebaju znati da to više nije tako!”, poručio je Dobronić.

Procedura trajnog oduzimanja vozila ide tako da prvo policija donese mjeru privremenog oduzimanja vozila a potom treba pravovremena prekršajnog suda donose odluku hoće li privremeno oduzimanje pretvoriti u trajno oduzimanje.

“Policija već sada ima na svojim parkiralištima više od 600 privremeno oduzetih vozila koja čekaju odluke prekršajnih sudova o tome hoće li biti trajno oduzeta. Policija je molila prekršajne sudove da ubrzaju postupke odlučivanja jer već imaju problem gdje parkirati oduzeta vozila”, objasnio je Dobronić.
