Baška Voda slovi kao mjesto u kojem ima najviše ležaljki u Hrvatskoj. Bizarnost je da je svaki peti glasač koji je izašao na zadnje lokalne izbore ujedno i vlasnik koncesijskog odobrenja za najam ležaljki na plažama, piše Dnevnik.hr.

U brojkama to izgleda ovako: koncesijsko odobrenje za najam ležaljki ima 98 tvrtki, svaka od njih ima dozvolu za postaviti najviše 20 komada na plažu. Zanimljivo je da godišnja naknada koju plaćaju općini iznosi tek 1600 kuna, ili 80 kuna po ležaljci po danu, što otplate u manje od dva dana sezone jer se komad u srcu sezone iznajmljuje za 50 kuna.

Općina Baška Voda tako od gotovo 2000 ležaljki na svojim plažama uprihodi tek nešto iznad 156.000 kuna, a zarada koncesionara je višemilijunska.

Načelnik Baške Vode kazao za Dnevnik Nove TV da oni taj iznos ne mogu povećati zbog odluke Vlade iz 2004. godine, ali da su svakom od koncesionara nametnuli i godišnju naknadu od 2500 kuna za čišćenje plaža.

Oporbeni vijećnik u Baškoj Vodi Matejas Jozipović kaže kako je najam ležaljki najrazrađeniji i najunosniji biznis.

"Nije bitno koliko se zarađuje, koliko se plaća. To je najrazrađeniji i najunosniji biznis u Republici Hrvatskoj. Za 1600 uloženih kuna zaradite 400.000 kuna na nivou četiri izborne godine. Jer to je jedan izborni projekt", rekao je.

Vijećnik kaže kako je jedini kriterij za dobivanje koncesije stranačka iskaznica HDZ-a.

Jozipović kaže i kako se u prvom redu na plaži ne može naći mjesto jer je sve postavljeno i bukirano.

"Ležaljke da, ali sa sistemom, npr. 30 metara ležaljke, 30 metara bez", predlaže nezavisni vijećnik.

Spomenimo i da su u Baškoj Vodi zadovoljni sezonom. Na današnji dan imaju samo četiri posto turista manje nego u odnosu na rekordnu 2019. godinu, piše Dnevnik.hr.

Baška Voda slovi kao mjesto u kojem ima najviše ležaljki u Hrvatskoj. Bizarnost je da je svaki peti glasač koji je izašao na zadnje lokalne izbore ujedno i vlasnik koncesijskog odobrenja za najam ležaljki na plažama, piše Dnevnik.hr.

U brojkama to izgleda ovako: koncesijsko odobrenje za najam ležaljki ima 98 tvrtki, svaka od njih ima dozvolu za postaviti najviše 20 komada na plažu. Zanimljivo je da godišnja naknada koju plaćaju općini iznosi tek 1600 kuna, ili 80 kuna po ležaljci po danu, što otplate u manje od dva dana sezone jer se komad u srcu sezone iznajmljuje za 50 kuna.

Općina Baška Voda tako od gotovo 2000 ležaljki na svojim plažama uprihodi tek nešto iznad 156.000 kuna, a zarada koncesionara je višemilijunska.

Načelnik Baške Vode kazao za Dnevnik Nove TV da oni taj iznos ne mogu povećati zbog odluke Vlade iz 2004. godine, ali da su svakom od koncesionara nametnuli i godišnju naknadu od 2500 kuna za čišćenje plaža.

Oporbeni vijećnik u Baškoj Vodi Matejas Jozipović kaže kako je najam ležaljki najrazrađeniji i najunosniji biznis.

"Nije bitno koliko se zarađuje, koliko se plaća. To je najrazrađeniji i najunosniji biznis u Republici Hrvatskoj. Za 1600 uloženih kuna zaradite 400.000 kuna na nivou četiri izborne godine. Jer to je jedan izborni projekt", rekao je.

Vijećnik kaže kako je jedini kriterij za dobivanje koncesije stranačka iskaznica HDZ-a.

Jozipović kaže i kako se u prvom redu na plaži ne može naći mjesto jer je sve postavljeno i bukirano.

"Ležaljke da, ali sa sistemom, npr. 30 metara ležaljke, 30 metara bez", predlaže nezavisni vijećnik.

Spomenimo i da su u Baškoj Vodi zadovoljni sezonom. Na današnji dan imaju samo četiri posto turista manje nego u odnosu na rekordnu 2019. godinu, piše Dnevnik.hr.
