Ipak će 24-godišnji otac iz turopoljskog kraja kazneno odgovarati za smrt novorođenčeta. Iako se nakon incijalnih izvida zaključilo da nema elemenata kaznenog djela, slučaj smrti dvomjesečnog dječačića čiji se život ugasio u KBC Rebro krajem ožujka gdje je zaprimljen životno ugrožen nakon očeva telefonskog poziva: ‘Molim vas, dođite, sinu nije dobro. Prestao je disati. Curi mu krv iz nosa.‘, kroz istragu velikogoričkog tužiteljstva poprimio je novu dimenziju.

Nesavjesni otac je 27. ožujka 2022. godine u svome stanu u okolnici Zagreba grubo fizički postupao prema svome djetetu pri čemu je ono zadobilo brojne ozljede od kojih je preminulo nakon tri dana na respiratoru unatoč intenzivnoj liječničkoj borbi. S odmakom od šest mjeseci koliko je trajala istraga povodom smrti bebe, Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Velikoj Gorici je protiv 24-godišnjaka podignulo optužnicu koja je stigla na velikogorički sud.

Tužiteljstvo ga tereti za kazneno djelo povrede djetetivih prava sa smrtnim ishodom te mu prijeti do 15 godina zatvora, a s obzirom na okolnosti djela, Županijski sud u Velikoj Gorici mu je produljio istražni zatvor jer postoji opasnost od ponavljanja djela.

Podsjetimo, kobnog 27. ožujka ove godine, bebini roditelji dočekali su djelatnike Hitne izvan sebe. Uslijedila je reanimacija na putu do KBC-a Rebro, gdje je dijete dovezeno životno ugroženo. Tijekom puta uspjeli su uspostaviti funkcije srca, ali ne i disanja pa je dojenče spojeno na respirator. Iako su uspjeli uspostaviti i funkciju pluća, mozak je očito predugo bio bez kisika.

S obzirom da se u početku nije moglo isključiti ni moguće zlostavljanje u obitelji, bolnica je odmah obavijestila policiju jer su opravdano posumnjali da su ozljede koje su uočili mogle nastati i na nasilan način.

Policajci su se odmah zaputili na adresu stanovanja mlade peteročlane obitelji. Otac je tu noć prenoćio u policijskoj postaji kako bi se utvrdile sve okolnosti. On je odbacio svaku vrstu odgovornosti rekavši kroz suze da je sinčić, s kojim je bio sam toga trenutka, najednom prestao plakati pa ga je pokušao reanimirati. Policija je ispitala i bebinu majku te još nekoliko članova obitelji, ali i susjede.

- Policija nas je pitala kakvi su ti novi susjedi kao obitelj i jesmo li išta čuli. Oni su par s troje djece i nismo ih imali prilike još upoznati jer su se doselili u taj stan kao podstanari prije nekoliko dana - rekla nam je jedna susjeda dan nakon tragičnog događaja.

U problematiku se odmah umiješao i Centar za socijalnu skrb koji je žurno iz obitelji izdvojio drugo dvoje djece i smjestio ih u dom, no s obzirom na to da je utvrđeno da je obitelj uredna, da su živjeli u normalnim uvjetima te da CSS ranije nije postupao, djeca će, kako su nam odgovorile institucije tada, supružnicima biti vraćena.

No, s odmakom od tri mjeseca, otac je ispitan u prostorijama tužiteljstva koje je pokrenulo istragu te mu odredilo pritvor kako ne bi utjecao na svjedoke ili, pak, ponovio kazneno djelo. Iza rešetaka ostaje do daljnjega.

Ipak će 24-godišnji otac iz turopoljskog kraja kazneno odgovarati za smrt novorođenčeta. Iako se nakon incijalnih izvida zaključilo da nema elemenata kaznenog djela, slučaj smrti dvomjesečnog dječačića čiji se život ugasio u KBC Rebro krajem ožujka gdje je zaprimljen životno ugrožen nakon očeva telefonskog poziva: ‘Molim vas, dođite, sinu nije dobro. Prestao je disati. Curi mu krv iz nosa.‘, kroz istragu velikogoričkog tužiteljstva poprimio je novu dimenziju.

Nesavjesni otac je 27. ožujka 2022. godine u svome stanu u okolnici Zagreba grubo fizički postupao prema svome djetetu pri čemu je ono zadobilo brojne ozljede od kojih je preminulo nakon tri dana na respiratoru unatoč intenzivnoj liječničkoj borbi. S odmakom od šest mjeseci koliko je trajala istraga povodom smrti bebe, Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Velikoj Gorici je protiv 24-godišnjaka podignulo optužnicu koja je stigla na velikogorički sud.

Tužiteljstvo ga tereti za kazneno djelo povrede djetetivih prava sa smrtnim ishodom te mu prijeti do 15 godina zatvora, a s obzirom na okolnosti djela, Županijski sud u Velikoj Gorici mu je produljio istražni zatvor jer postoji opasnost od ponavljanja djela.

Podsjetimo, kobnog 27. ožujka ove godine, bebini roditelji dočekali su djelatnike Hitne izvan sebe. Uslijedila je reanimacija na putu do KBC-a Rebro, gdje je dijete dovezeno životno ugroženo. Tijekom puta uspjeli su uspostaviti funkcije srca, ali ne i disanja pa je dojenče spojeno na respirator. Iako su uspjeli uspostaviti i funkciju pluća, mozak je očito predugo bio bez kisika.

S obzirom da se u početku nije moglo isključiti ni moguće zlostavljanje u obitelji, bolnica je odmah obavijestila policiju jer su opravdano posumnjali da su ozljede koje su uočili mogle nastati i na nasilan način.

Policajci su se odmah zaputili na adresu stanovanja mlade peteročlane obitelji. Otac je tu noć prenoćio u policijskoj postaji kako bi se utvrdile sve okolnosti. On je odbacio svaku vrstu odgovornosti rekavši kroz suze da je sinčić, s kojim je bio sam toga trenutka, najednom prestao plakati pa ga je pokušao reanimirati. - Policija nas je pitala kakvi su ti novi susjedi kao obitelj i jesmo li išta čuli. Oni su par s troje djece i nismo ih imali prilike još upoznati jer su se doselili u taj stan kao podstanari prije nekoliko dana - rekla nam je jedna susjeda dan nakon tragičnog događaja.

U problematiku se odmah umiješao i Centar za socijalnu skrb koji je žurno iz obitelji izdvojio drugo dvoje djece i smjestio ih u dom, no s obzirom na to da je utvrđeno da je obitelj uredna, da su živjeli u normalnim uvjetima te da CSS ranije nije postupao, djeca će, kako su nam odgovorile institucije tada, supružnicima biti vraćena.

No, s odmakom od tri mjeseca, otac je ispitan u prostorijama tužiteljstva koje je pokrenulo istragu te mu odredilo pritvor kako ne bi utjecao na svjedoke ili, pak, ponovio kazneno djelo. Iza rešetaka ostaje do daljnjega.

Ipak će 24-godišnji otac iz turopoljskog kraja kazneno odgovarati za smrt novorođenčeta. Iako se nakon incijalnih izvida zaključilo da nema elemenata kaznenog djela, slučaj smrti dvomjesečnog dječačića čiji se život ugasio u KBC Rebro krajem ožujka gdje je zaprimljen životno ugrožen nakon očeva telefonskog poziva: ‘Molim vas, dođite, sinu nije dobro. Prestao je disati. Curi mu krv iz nosa.‘, kroz istragu velikogoričkog tužiteljstva poprimio je novu dimenziju.

Nesavjesni otac je 27. ožujka 2022. godine u svome stanu u okolnici Zagreba grubo fizički postupao prema svome djetetu pri čemu je ono zadobilo brojne ozljede od kojih je preminulo nakon tri dana na respiratoru unatoč intenzivnoj liječničkoj borbi. S odmakom od šest mjeseci koliko je trajala istraga povodom smrti bebe, Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Velikoj Gorici je protiv 24-godišnjaka podignulo optužnicu koja je stigla na velikogorički sud.

Tužiteljstvo ga tereti za kazneno djelo povrede djetetivih prava sa smrtnim ishodom te mu prijeti do 15 godina zatvora, a s obzirom na okolnosti djela, Županijski sud u Velikoj Gorici mu je produljio istražni zatvor jer postoji opasnost od ponavljanja djela.

Podsjetimo, kobnog 27. ožujka ove godine, bebini roditelji dočekali su djelatnike Hitne izvan sebe. Uslijedila je reanimacija na putu do KBC-a Rebro, gdje je dijete dovezeno životno ugroženo. Tijekom puta uspjeli su uspostaviti funkcije srca, ali ne i disanja pa je dojenče spojeno na respirator. Iako su uspjeli uspostaviti i funkciju pluća, mozak je očito predugo bio bez kisika.

S obzirom da se u početku nije moglo isključiti ni moguće zlostavljanje u obitelji, bolnica je odmah obavijestila policiju jer su opravdano posumnjali da su ozljede koje su uočili mogle nastati i na nasilan način.

Policajci su se odmah zaputili na adresu stanovanja mlade peteročlane obitelji. Otac je tu noć prenoćio u policijskoj postaji kako bi se utvrdile sve okolnosti.
