Općina na jugu Istre, Vodnjan, sve je poželjnije mjesto za život. Znali su to prije svih bespravni graditelji koji su povoljno kupili poljoprivredne parcele i pretvorili ih u drugu adresu, za život i ugodan odmor nadomak moru. Kad su ti objekti gotovo preplavili općinu, njezini su se čelnici ustali, zabrinuli i pobunili. No, čini se da će biti dug i mukotrpan put do vraćanja šumskih područja na staro, piše HRT.

U Mandriolu, kod Vodnjana, blizu mora, pašnjaci su isparcelirani, prodani i bespravno naseljeni. Ondje se nalazi oko 400 stambenih objekata, čiji su vlasnici uglavnom Slovenci, no ima ih i s kontinenta Hrvatske. No to je tek mali dio bespravne gradnje na Vodnjanštini.

- Računamo da ima više od 3 ili 4 tisuće objekata. Uklonjena su tek dva objekta, kazao je Edi Pastrovicchio, načelnik općine Vodnjan (nezavisni).

Očito se bespravni graditelji ne daju lako zastrašiti. Uporno ističu da su im dopustili da dođu i kupe, a onda i odmaraju u šumama i na pašnjacima.

- Pazite što govorite, pašnjak je jedno. Pašnjak je gdje se može imati ovca, ako može, ako ima trave da pase, kazala je Ljubica iz Ljubljane.

Potvrdila je da je kupila pašnjak, ali da je ondje bilo kamenje, pa ovce niti ne bi ondje mogle pasti. Na taj teren stavila je kućicu, ali se ne odmara. Kaže da obično dođe, obiđe, prošeta i vrati se kući.

I tako se šeće cijele godine, a usput bude na moru. Od neuglednih mobilnih kućica rode se oku ugodni domovi. Živi se na dvije adrese. Na jednoj je besplatno. Svi u Hrvatskoj trebaju biti odgovorniji, ističe umaški gradonačelnik.

- A to znači sagledati situaciju i vidjeti da smo 30 godina samo napredovali u bespravnoj gradnji, od 300 do 500 posto. To je neodrživo, atak je to na prostor, na Hrvatsku, kazao je za HRT Vili Bassanese, gradonačelnik Umaga (SDP).

Komplicirana i dugotrajna procedura koja prethodi uklanjanju bespravnih objekata - ne pomaže. Bespravni graditelji očito to vide i ne daju se. U Istri je registrirano više od 50.000 bespravnih objekata, onih za koje se ne zna - još je toliko.

Općina na jugu Istre, Vodnjan, sve je poželjnije mjesto za život. Znali su to prije svih bespravni graditelji koji su povoljno kupili poljoprivredne parcele i pretvorili ih u drugu adresu, za život i ugodan odmor nadomak moru. U Mandriolu, kod Vodnjana, blizu mora, pašnjaci su isparcelirani, prodani i bespravno naseljeni. Ondje se nalazi oko 400 stambenih objekata, čiji su vlasnici uglavnom Slovenci, no ima ih i s kontinenta Hrvatske. No to je tek mali dio bespravne gradnje na Vodnjanštini.

- Računamo da ima više od 3 ili 4 tisuće objekata. Uklonjena su tek dva objekta, kazao je Edi Pastrovicchio, načelnik općine Vodnjan (nezavisni).

Očito se bespravni graditelji ne daju lako zastrašiti. Uporno ističu da su im dopustili da dođu i kupe, a onda i odmaraju u šumama i na pašnjacima.

- Pazite što govorite, pašnjak je jedno. Pašnjak je gdje se može imati ovca, ako može, ako ima trave da pase, kazala je Ljubica iz Ljubljane.

Potvrdila je da je kupila pašnjak, ali da je ondje bilo kamenje, pa ovce niti ne bi ondje mogle pasti. Na taj teren stavila je kućicu, ali se ne odmara. Kaže da obično dođe, obiđe, prošeta i vrati se kući.

I tako se šeće cijele godine, a usput bude na moru. Od neuglednih mobilnih kućica rode se oku ugodni domovi. Živi se na dvije adrese. Na jednoj je besplatno. Svi u Hrvatskoj trebaju biti odgovorniji, ističe umaški gradonačelnik.

- A to znači sagledati situaciju i vidjeti da smo 30 godina samo napredovali u bespravnoj gradnji, od 300 do 500 posto. To je neodrživo, atak je to na prostor, na Hrvatsku, kazao je za HRT Vili Bassanese, gradonačelnik Umaga (SDP).

Komplicirana i dugotrajna procedura koja prethodi uklanjanju bespravnih objekata - ne pomaže. Bespravni graditelji očito to vide i ne daju se. U Istri je registrirano više od 50.000 bespravnih objekata, onih za koje se ne zna - još je toliko.

Općina na jugu Istre, Vodnjan, sve je poželjnije mjesto za život. Znali su to prije svih bespravni graditelji koji su povoljno kupili poljoprivredne parcele i pretvorili ih u drugu adresu, za život i ugodan odmor nadomak moru. Kad su ti objekti gotovo preplavili općinu, njezini su se čelnici ustali, zabrinuli i pobunili. No, čini se da će biti dug i mukotrpan put do vraćanja šumskih područja na staro, piše HRT.
