Otvorene su ponude za poslovne prostore koje Grad Zadar daje u najam. Iako je bilo ponuđeno 13 prostora, na natječaj je stiglo ukupno 12 ponuda, ali za sedam prostora.
Samo jedna ponuda stigla je za najveći prostor u Jazinama, u kojem je poslovao noćni klub Opera, a čiji je vlasnik krajem prošle godine prostor vratio Gradu. Obrt za ugostiteljstvo Moja firma, u vlasništvu Patricija Ninčevića, ponudio je cijenu od 3,10 eura po kvadratu za prostor od 945,81 kvadrata, što je ukupno 2.932,01 eura bez PDV-a mjesečno.
Čak tri ponude stigle su za poslovni prostor u Kovačkoj ulici površine 30 kvadrata. Tvrtka Extra Žilavi dala je najveću ponudu od 20,40 eura mjesečno, dok su tvrtke Direkt dva i Šepši dale ponudu od 17 eura po kvadratu.
Za prostor u ulici Madijevaca 1 stigle su dvije ponude. Obrt Infigo dao je cijenu od 12 eura po kvadratu dok je zadarska tvrtka Connecting ponudila 20 eura.
Za prostor od 54 kvadrata u Klaićevoj ulici tvrtka Dufilm promocija ponudila je 27,51 euro, dok je zagrebačka tvrtka Beleca cosmetics dala 18,01 eura po kvadratu.
Bakmaz je dao ponudu za trgovinu u MO Diklo, koji tamošnji stanovnici željno iščekuju. Za prostor od 50,9 kvadrata ponudili su 15,10 eura po četvornom metru.
Za prostor od 28 kvadrata u ulici Stjepana Radića stigle su dvije ponude, jedna fizičke osobe u iznosu od deset eura i jedna tvrtke Barba Frane u iznosu od 11 eura po kvadratu.
Makarska tvrtka Sea adventure and fun dala je ponudu od 19,5 eura po kvadratu za poslovni prostor u Varoškoj ulici.
Gradski prostori koji na ovom natječaju nisu iznajmljeni nalaze se na adresama J.M Dalmatinca (27 kvadrata), Liburnska obala 4a (30 kvadrata), Mali Iž, Uvala Knez (60 kvadrata), MO Brodarica, D. Špike (7,58 kvadrata), Nova vrata (81 kvadrat) i Zrinsko-frankopanska 5 i 7 (48 kvadrata).

Otvorene su ponude za poslovne prostore koje Grad Zadar daje u najam. Iako je bilo ponuđeno 13 prostora, na natječaj je stiglo ukupno 12 ponuda, ali za sedam prostora.
Samo jedna ponuda stigla je za najveći prostor u Jazinama, u kojem je poslovao noćni klub Opera, a čiji je vlasnik krajem prošle godine prostor vratio Gradu. Obrt za ugostiteljstvo Moja firma, u vlasništvu Patricija Ninčevića, ponudio je cijenu od 3,10 eura po kvadratu za prostor od 945,81 kvadrata, što je ukupno 2.932,01 eura bez PDV-a mjesečno.
Čak tri ponude stigle su za poslovni prostor u Kovačkoj ulici površine 30 kvadrata. Tvrtka Extra Žilavi dala je najveću ponudu od 20,40 eura mjesečno, dok su tvrtke Direkt dva i Šepši dale ponudu od 17 eura po kvadratu.
Za prostor u ulici Madijevaca 1 stigle su dvije ponude. Obrt Infigo dao je cijenu od 12 eura po kvadratu dok je zadarska tvrtka Connecting ponudila 20 eura.
Za prostor od 54 kvadrata u Klaićevoj ulici tvrtka Dufilm promocija ponudila je 27,51 euro, dok je zagrebačka tvrtka Beleca cosmetics dala 18,01 eura po kvadratu.
Bakmaz je dao ponudu za trgovinu u MO Diklo, koji tamošnji stanovnici željno iščekuju. Za prostor od 50,9 kvadrata ponudili su 15,10 eura po četvornom metru.
Za prostor od 28 kvadrata u ulici Stjepana Radića stigle su dvije ponude, jedna fizičke osobe u iznosu od deset eura i jedna tvrtke Barba Frane u iznosu od 11 eura po kvadratu.
Makarska tvrtka Sea adventure and fun dala je ponudu od 19,5 eura po kvadratu za poslovni prostor u Varoškoj ulici.
