Vlasnik prijevozničkog obrta s područja Zagreba osuđen je na Općinskom sudu u Zadru na novčanu kaznu jer je u Audiju zagrebačkih tablica prebrzo vozio kako ne bi zakasnio na ročište na koje je bio pozvan kao svjedok.

Kako je pojasnio u svojoj obrani, tog 10. prosinca 2019. godine u 11,13 sati u Murvici Donjoj vozio je brzinom od 108 kilometara na sat jer je na ročište na Općinskom sudu u Zadru kasnio zbog – bure.

Zbog vjetra je, naime, bio zatvoren tunel Sveti Rok, zbog čega je 38-godišnjak bio usmjeren na lokalnu cestu u Karinu gdje je pak zbog popravka mosta upućen na drugu cestu na kojoj je bila - kolona vozila.

Zamolio je sud da mu ne izrekne zabranu upravljanja motornim vozilom jer mu je vozačka dozvola potrebna za obavljanje rada. Sud je mu je izrekao kaznu od 119,45 eura.

Vlasnik prijevozničkog obrta s područja Zagreba osuđen je na Općinskom sudu u Zadru na novčanu kaznu jer je u Audiju zagrebačkih tablica prebrzo vozio kako ne bi zakasnio na ročište na koje je bio pozvan kao svjedok.

Kako je pojasnio u svojoj obrani, tog 10. prosinca 2019. godine u 11,13 sati u Murvici Donjoj vozio je brzinom od 108 kilometara na sat jer je na ročište na Općinskom sudu u Zadru kasnio zbog – bure.

Zbog vjetra je, naime, bio zatvoren tunel Sveti Rok, zbog čega je 38-godišnjak bio usmjeren na lokalnu cestu u Karinu gdje je pak zbog popravka mosta upućen na drugu cestu na kojoj je bila - kolona vozila.

Zamolio je sud da mu ne izrekne zabranu upravljanja motornim vozilom jer mu je vozačka dozvola potrebna za obavljanje rada. Sud je mu je izrekao kaznu od 119,45 eura.

Vlasnik prijevozničkog obrta osuđen jer je u ‘Audiju‘ prebrzo vozio kako bi stigao na ročište na sud u Zadru, a za sve je bila kriva bura...

Vlasnik prijevozničkog obrta s područja Zagreba osuđen je na Općinskom sudu u Zadru na novčanu kaznu jer je u Audiju zagrebačkih tablica prebrzo vozio kako ne bi zakasnio na ročište na koje je bio pozvan kao svjedok.

Kako je pojasnio u svojoj obrani, tog 10. prosinca 2019. godine u 11,13 sati u Murvici Donjoj vozio je brzinom od 108 kilometara na sat jer je na ročište na Općinskom sudu u Zadru kasnio zbog – bure.

Zbog vjetra je, naime, bio zatvoren tunel Sveti Rok, zbog čega je 38-godišnjak bio usmjeren na lokalnu cestu u Karinu gdje je pak zbog popravka mosta upućen na drugu cestu na kojoj je bila - kolona vozila.

Zamolio je sud da mu ne izrekne zabranu upravljanja motornim vozilom jer mu je vozačka dozvola potrebna za obavljanje rada. Sud je mu je izrekao kaznu od 119,45 eura.
