Zid kod bazena Kolovare i dalje se urušava i opasan je za šetače i automobile, ali sanacija još nije pokrenuta. Za sada i dalje stoji ograda s upozorenjem od urušavanja, iza koje se vide ostaci kamenja koja su se odronila od zida koji "drži" Ulicu Kolovare.

Sanacija će očigledno biti zahtjevna, jer se materijal urušava ispod kolnika. Kad će se i kako popravak izvršiti, za sada se ne navodi.

Okoliš oko bazena Kolovare i dalje je u radovima zbog obnove desetmetarske skakaonice. Zanimljivo je da je prostor bazena omeđen ogradom, iako se radi o pomorskom dobru koje se prema zakonu ne bi smjelo ograđivati. Bazen Kolovare omeđen je ogradom već dugi niz desetljeća, ali treba reći da je pristup u taj prostor slobodan za sve korisnike, domaće i turiste, te da vlasnici obližnjeg ugostiteljskog objekta paze i održavaju prostor oko bazena.

To se ne bi moglo reći za obližnju zgradu bivšeg Zavoda za javno zdravstvo. Jedini ponuditelj za bivšu zgradu bila je tvrtka Eko Zadar Dva d.o.o. vlasnika Iljka Ćurića koja je ponudila su iznos od 22.334.455 kuna i kupila je zdanje na samom moru 2020. godine. Bivša zgrada nije od tada obnovljena, niti se prema trenutnoj situaciji nesto očekuje u tom smislu, barem za sada.

Još gora je slika s nekadašnjim klubom Hitch na južnom dijelu Kolovara. Zbog imovinsko-pravnih problema oko toga prostora, lokal je već dugo napušten i zapušten što se vidi iz priloženih fotografija. Kad će se prionuti uređenju lokala i okolnog prostora na kojega pravo vlasništva polažu Hoteli Zadar, nije poznato.

Zid kod bazena Kolovare i dalje se urušava i opasan je za šetače i automobile, ali sanacija još nije pokrenuta. Za sada i dalje stoji ograda s upozorenjem od urušavanja, iza koje se vide ostaci kamenja koja su se odronila od zida koji "drži" Ulicu Kolovare.

Sanacija će očigledno biti zahtjevna, jer se materijal urušava ispod kolnika. Kad će se i kako popravak izvršiti, za sada se ne navodi.

Okoliš oko bazena Kolovare i dalje je u radovima zbog obnove desetmetarske skakaonice. Zanimljivo je da je prostor bazena omeđen ogradom, iako se radi o pomorskom dobru koje se prema zakonu ne bi smjelo ograđivati. Bazen Kolovare omeđen je ogradom već dugi niz desetljeća, ali treba reći da je pristup u taj prostor slobodan za sve korisnike, domaće i turiste, te da vlasnici obližnjeg ugostiteljskog objekta paze i održavaju prostor oko bazena.

To se ne bi moglo reći za obližnju zgradu bivšeg Zavoda za javno zdravstvo. Jedini ponuditelj za bivšu zgradu bila je tvrtka Eko Zadar Dva d.o.o. vlasnika Iljka Ćurića koja je ponudila su iznos od 22.334.455 kuna i kupila je zdanje na samom moru 2020. godine. Bivša zgrada nije od tada obnovljena, niti se prema trenutnoj situaciji nesto očekuje u tom smislu, barem za sada.

Još gora je slika s nekadašnjim klubom Hitch na južnom dijelu Kolovara. Zbog imovinsko-pravnih problema oko toga prostora, lokal je već dugo napušten i zapušten što se vidi iz priloženih fotografija. Kad će se prionuti uređenju lokala i okolnog prostora na kojega pravo vlasništva polažu Hoteli Zadar, nije poznato.

Urušeni zid kod ograđenog bazena Kolovare na pomorskom dobru, "uspavana" zgrada bivšeg Zavoda za javno zdravstvo i devastirani prostor Hitcha!

Zid kod bazena Kolovare i dalje se urušava i opasan je za šetače i automobile, ali sanacija još nije pokrenuta. Za sada i dalje stoji ograda s upozorenjem od urušavanja, iza koje se vide ostaci kamenja koja su se odronila od zida koji "drži" Ulicu Kolovare.

Sanacija će očigledno biti zahtjevna, jer se materijal urušava ispod kolnika. Kad će se i kako popravak izvršiti, za sada se ne navodi.

Okoliš oko bazena Kolovare i dalje je u radovima zbog obnove desetmetarske skakaonice. Zanimljivo je da je prostor bazena omeđen ogradom, iako se radi o pomorskom dobru koje se prema zakonu ne bi smjelo ograđivati. Bazen Kolovare omeđen je ogradom već dugi niz desetljeća, ali treba reći da je pristup u taj prostor slobodan za sve korisnike, domaće i turiste, te da vlasnici obližnjeg ugostiteljskog objekta paze i održavaju prostor oko bazena.

To se ne bi moglo reći za obližnju zgradu bivšeg Zavoda za javno zdravstvo. Jedini ponuditelj za bivšu zgradu bila je tvrtka Eko Zadar Dva d.o.o. vlasnika Iljka Ćurića koja je ponudila su iznos od 22.334.455 kuna i kupila je zdanje na samom moru 2020. godine. Bivša zgrada nije od tada obnovljena, niti se prema trenutnoj situaciji nesto očekuje u tom smislu, barem za sada.

Još gora je slika s nekadašnjim klubom Hitch na južnom dijelu Kolovara. Zbog imovinsko-pravnih problema oko toga prostora, lokal je već dugo napušten i zapušten što se vidi iz priloženih fotografija. Kad će se prionuti uređenju lokala i okolnog prostora na kojega pravo vlasništva polažu Hoteli Zadar, nije poznato.
