Državne nekretnine objavile su rezultate natječaja za zakup poslovnih prostora među kojima se iznajmljivalo i četiri prostora u Zadru. Na natječaj je za zadarske prostore pristiglo 17 ponuda. Dva poslovna prostora nalaze se u prizemlju zgrade na Bilom brigu (Put Pudarice 30C).

Šest ponuda pristiglo je za prostor od 21 kvadrata na Bilom brigu koji se iznamjljivao po početnoj cijeni od 109,21 euro. Najveću ponudu u iznosu od 200 eura dala je tvrtka e store, koja ima papirnici na Relji.

Za prostor od deset kvadrata na istoj lokaciji čija je početna cijena bila 52,78 eura, tvrtka Interijer Gips ponudila je 80 eura. 

Za poslovni prostor od 32 kvadrata na spoju ulica Dalmatinskog sabora i Brne Krnarutića na Poluotoku najbolju ponudu u iznosu od 1.017 eura dostavio je Urban Picnic, tvrtka za pripremu i usluživanje hrane i pića.

Tvrtka Priroda i društvo i zabava jedina je dala ponudu za drugi prostor na Poluotoku veličine 61 kvadrat u Ulici don Ive Prodana 5. Njihova ponuda iznosi 621,06 eura. 

- Ako ponuditelj čija je ponuda izabrana kao najpovoljnija ne pristupi sklapanju ugovora o zakupu, smatra se da je odustao od ponude te se sklapanje ugovora o zakupu nudi prvom sljedećem ponuditelju. Odustanu li od ponude za zakup prva tri najpovoljnija ponuditelja, natječaj za predmetni poslovni prostor se poništava, istaknuli su iz Državnih nekretnina.

Državne nekretnine objavile su rezultate natječaja za zakup poslovnih prostora među kojima se iznajmljivalo i četiri prostora u Zadru. Na natječaj je za zadarske prostore pristiglo 17 ponuda. Dva poslovna prostora nalaze se u prizemlju zgrade na Bilom brigu (Put Pudarice 30C).

Šest ponuda pristiglo je za prostor od 21 kvadrata na Bilom brigu koji se iznamjljivao po početnoj cijeni od 109,21 euro. Najveću ponudu u iznosu od 200 eura dala je tvrtka e store, koja ima papirnici na Relji.

Za prostor od deset kvadrata na istoj lokaciji čija je početna cijena bila 52,78 eura, tvrtka Interijer Gips ponudila je 80 eura. 

Za poslovni prostor od 32 kvadrata na spoju ulica Dalmatinskog sabora i Brne Krnarutića na Poluotoku najbolju ponudu u iznosu od 1.017 eura dostavio je Urban Picnic, tvrtka za pripremu i usluživanje hrane i pića.

Tvrtka Priroda i društvo i zabava jedina je dala ponudu za drugi prostor na Poluotoku veličine 61 kvadrat u Ulici don Ive Prodana 5. Njihova ponuda iznosi 621,06 eura. 

- Ako ponuditelj čija je ponuda izabrana kao najpovoljnija ne pristupi sklapanju ugovora o zakupu, smatra se da je odustao od ponude te se sklapanje ugovora o zakupu nudi prvom sljedećem ponuditelju. Odustanu li od ponude za zakup prva tri najpovoljnija ponuditelja, natječaj za predmetni poslovni prostor se poništava, istaknuli su iz Državnih nekretnina.

Tko će sve useliti u državne prostore u Zadru? Na natječaj pristiglo 17 ponuda...

Državne nekretnine objavile su rezultate natječaja za zakup poslovnih prostora među kojima se iznajmljivalo i četiri prostora u Zadru. Na natječaj je za zadarske prostore pristiglo 17 ponuda. Dva poslovna prostora nalaze se u prizemlju zgrade na Bilom brigu (Put Pudarice 30C).

Šest ponuda pristiglo je za prostor od 21 kvadrata na Bilom brigu koji se iznamjljivao po početnoj cijeni od 109,21 euro. Najveću ponudu u iznosu od 200 eura dala je tvrtka e store, koja ima papirnici na Relji.

Za prostor od deset kvadrata na istoj lokaciji čija je početna cijena bila 52,78 eura, tvrtka Interijer Gips ponudila je 80 eura. 

Za poslovni prostor od 32 kvadrata na spoju ulica Dalmatinskog sabora i Brne Krnarutića na Poluotoku najbolju ponudu u iznosu od 1.017 eura dostavio je Urban Picnic, tvrtka za pripremu i usluživanje hrane i pića.

Tvrtka Priroda i društvo i zabava jedina je dala ponudu za drugi prostor na Poluotoku veličine 61 kvadrat u Ulici don Ive Prodana 5. Njihova ponuda iznosi 621,06 eura. 

- Ako ponuditelj čija je ponuda izabrana kao najpovoljnija ne pristupi sklapanju ugovora o zakupu, smatra se da je odustao od ponude te se sklapanje ugovora o zakupu nudi prvom sljedećem ponuditelju. Odustanu li od ponude za zakup prva tri najpovoljnija ponuditelja, natječaj za predmetni poslovni prostor se poništava, istaknuli su iz Državnih nekretnina.
