Opća bolnica Zadar ispoštovala je zakonsku obvezu i prva od svih Općih bolnica u Hrvatskoj uspostavila „Dose management“, sustav koji prati koliku je dozu zračenja primio pacijent i te podatke ispisuje na radiološki nalaz. Dakle, neovisno kojem radiološkom postupku je pacijent podvrgnut, on će po primitku nalaza ujedno znati i primljenu dozu zračenja. Osim na nalazu, ti se podaci pohranjuju i u sustavu pa se tako za svakog pacijenta može detaljno pratiti izloženost zračenju. Sustav „pamti“ sva zračenja i upozorava ukoliko su doze visoke i time sigurnost pacijenta postavlja na prvo mjesto liste prioriteta, objavili su iz OB Zadar.

Posljednjih godina svijest o izloženosti pacijenata zračenju izrazito jača. Cilj je te doze održavati na što je moguće nižoj razini. Medicinsko zračenje jest vrlo važan dio moderne medicine, no nužno ga je koristiti onda kada je indikacija opravdana, onda kada je zračenje potrebno. Na oprezu posebno moraju biti onkološki pacijenti, ističu na Odjelu za kliničku radiologiju OB Zadar. Pozdravljaju stoga „Dose management“ koji automatski nadzire, procjenjuje i izvještava o dozi zračenja koju pacijenti primaju s više objekata.

Inače, ovo je nastavak projekta „Radiološki informacijski sustav“ koji je Opća bolnica Zadar uvela ove godine. On unosi potpuno novi način rada i funkcioniranja radiološke dijagnostike, ali i dijagnostike koja se radi na drugim odjelima Opće bolnice Zadar. Ovim projektom omogućila se i integracija ostalih sustava koji već postoje u Općoj bolnici Zadar (PACS/BIS), pa su stvoreni uvjeti za bolje upravljanje raznim dijagnostičkim pretragama i nalazima te se ubrzala i značajno podigla kvaliteta kako u dijagnosticiranju, tako i u liječenju naših bolesnika.

Nisu ovo jedine dobre vijesti s Odjela za kliničku radiologiju zadarske bolnice. Znatno je skraćena lista čekanja za magnetsku rezonanciju. U ovo vrijeme protekle godine na ovu se pretragu čekalo godinu dana. Sada se čeka pet mjeseci, pa se tako u ovom trenutku pacijenti naručuju za mjesec travanj 2024.godine. Radiolozi rade prekovremeno, vikendima, a to je vrlo brzo polučilo rezultat. Manje se čeka i na CT, otprilike 4 mjeseca. Ovdje je važno istaknuti kako zadarskoj bolnici gravitiraju i pacijenti iz susjednih županija, što također utječe na liste čekanja i broj odrađenih pretraga. A njih se, na godišnjoj razini, obavi zavidan broj. Primjerice, magnetskih rezonancija se odradi oko 3 500, CT pretraga oko 15 000, a mamografija 8 000. Odjel za kliničku radiologiju uspješno odrađuje taj visoki broj pretraga prvenstveno zahvaljujući kvalitetnim ljudskim resursima, ali i dijagnostici koja je bolja nego li u nekim kliničkim bolnicama u našoj zemlji. Imamo dva MR uređaja, dva su i 128-slojna CT-a te dva digitalna mamografa, četiri fiksna RTG uređaja i tri uređaja za digitalnu subtrakcijsku angiografiju.

Uvijek može više i uvijek može bolje, pa će se tako i u godini pred nama činiti sve kako bi liste čekanja, u interesu svih pacijenata, sveli na minimum.

Opća bolnica Zadar ispoštovala je zakonsku obvezu i prva od svih Općih bolnica u Hrvatskoj uspostavila „Dose management“, sustav koji prati koliku je dozu zračenja primio pacijent i te podatke ispisuje na radiološki nalaz. Dakle, neovisno kojem radiološkom postupku je pacijent podvrgnut, on će po primitku nalaza ujedno znati i primljenu dozu zračenja. Osim na nalazu, ti se podaci pohranjuju i u sustavu pa se tako za svakog pacijenta može detaljno pratiti izloženost zračenju. Sustav „pamti“ sva zračenja i upozorava ukoliko su doze visoke i time sigurnost pacijenta postavlja na prvo mjesto liste prioriteta, objavili su iz OB Zadar.

Posljednjih godina svijest o izloženosti pacijenata zračenju izrazito jača. Cilj je te doze održavati na što je moguće nižoj razini. Medicinsko zračenje jest vrlo važan dio moderne medicine, no nužno ga je koristiti onda kada je indikacija opravdana, onda kada je zračenje potrebno. Na oprezu posebno moraju biti onkološki pacijenti, ističu na Odjelu za kliničku radiologiju OB Zadar. Pozdravljaju stoga „Dose management“ koji automatski nadzire, procjenjuje i izvještava o dozi zračenja koju pacijenti primaju s više objekata.

Inače, ovo je nastavak projekta „Radiološki informacijski sustav“ koji je Opća bolnica Zadar uvela ove godine. On unosi potpuno novi način rada i funkcioniranja radiološke dijagnostike, ali i dijagnostike koja se radi na drugim odjelima Opće bolnice Zadar. Ovim projektom omogućila se i integracija ostalih sustava koji već postoje u Općoj bolnici Zadar (PACS/BIS), pa su stvoreni uvjeti za bolje upravljanje raznim dijagnostičkim pretragama i nalazima te se ubrzala i značajno podigla kvaliteta kako u dijagnosticiranju, tako i u liječenju naših bolesnika.

Nisu ovo jedine dobre vijesti s Odjela za kliničku radiologiju zadarske bolnice. Znatno je skraćena lista čekanja za magnetsku rezonanciju. U ovo vrijeme protekle godine na ovu se pretragu čekalo godinu dana. Sada se čeka pet mjeseci, pa se tako u ovom trenutku pacijenti naručuju za mjesec travanj 2024.godine. Radiolozi rade prekovremeno, vikendima, a to je vrlo brzo polučilo rezultat. Manje se čeka i na CT, otprilike 4 mjeseca. Ovdje je važno istaknuti kako zadarskoj bolnici gravitiraju i pacijenti iz susjednih županija, što također utječe na liste čekanja i broj odrađenih pretraga. A njih se, na godišnjoj razini, obavi zavidan broj. Primjerice, magnetskih rezonancija se odradi oko 3 500, CT pretraga oko 15 000, a mamografija 8 000. Odjel za kliničku radiologiju uspješno odrađuje taj visoki broj pretraga prvenstveno zahvaljujući kvalitetnim ljudskim resursima, ali i dijagnostici koja je bolja nego li u nekim kliničkim bolnicama u našoj zemlji. Imamo dva MR uređaja, dva su i 128-slojna CT-a te dva digitalna mamografa, četiri fiksna RTG uređaja i tri uređaja za digitalnu subtrakcijsku angiografiju.

Uvijek može više i uvijek može bolje, pa će se tako i u godini pred nama činiti sve kako bi liste čekanja, u interesu svih pacijenata, sveli na minimum.

Prva u Hrvatskoj uspostavila „Dose management": pacijenti sada znaju koliku su dozu zračenja primili, skraćena lista čekanja za magnetsku rezonanciju

Opća bolnica Zadar ispoštovala je zakonsku obvezu i prva od svih Općih bolnica u Hrvatskoj uspostavila „Dose management“, sustav koji prati koliku je dozu zračenja primio pacijent i te podatke ispisuje na radiološki nalaz. Dakle, neovisno kojem radiološkom postupku je pacijent podvrgnut, on će po primitku nalaza ujedno znati i primljenu dozu zračenja. Osim na nalazu, ti se podaci pohranjuju i u sustavu pa se tako za svakog pacijenta može detaljno pratiti izloženost zračenju. Sustav „pamti“ sva zračenja i upozorava ukoliko su doze visoke i time sigurnost pacijenta postavlja na prvo mjesto liste prioriteta, objavili su iz OB Zadar.

Posljednjih godina svijest o izloženosti pacijenata zračenju izrazito jača. Cilj je te doze održavati na što je moguće nižoj razini. Medicinsko zračenje jest vrlo važan dio moderne medicine, no nužno ga je koristiti onda kada je indikacija opravdana, onda kada je zračenje potrebno. Na oprezu posebno moraju biti onkološki pacijenti, ističu na Odjelu za kliničku radiologiju OB Zadar. Pozdravljaju stoga „Dose management“ koji automatski nadzire, procjenjuje i izvještava o dozi zračenja koju pacijenti primaju s više objekata.

Inače, ovo je nastavak projekta „Radiološki informacijski sustav“ koji je Opća bolnica Zadar uvela ove godine. On unosi potpuno novi način rada i funkcioniranja radiološke dijagnostike, ali i dijagnostike koja se radi na drugim odjelima Opće bolnice Zadar.
