Zadarska županija izabrala je izvođača koji će napraviti rekonstrukciju zgrade na Babindubu u kojoj bi se trebao smjestiti budući Centar za koordinaciju palijativne skrbi Zadarske županije.

Riječ je o tvrtci Krekić Avangard koja je na natječaju, čija je procijenjena vrijednost iznosila 1,9 milijuna eura bez PDV-a, dala najnižu ponudu u iznosu od 1,65 milijuna eura (2,06 milijuna eura s PDV-om).

Tvrtka Krekić Avangard poznata je po tome što je radila obnovu Providurove palače, ali i po tome da trenutno dovršava zgradu Dnevnih bolnica u Zadru.

Na natječaj su pristigle još tri ponude čiji su iznosi bili iznad procjene: splitska tvrtka Reliance ponudila je cijenu od 1,94 milijuna eura, M-P-Beton iz Solina 2,06 milijuna, dok je MDK Građevinar iz Velikog Trgovišća ponudio cijenu od 2,24 milijuna eura.

Podsjetimo, kao lokacija za smještaj hospicija izabrana je zgrada bivše vojarne na Babindubu koju je država darovala Zadarskoj županiji za ovu namjenu. Zgrada ima tri etaže (podrum, prizemlje i kat) i obnovit će se u postojećim gabaritima i arhitektonskom izričaju, uz ugradnju dizala i dogradnju terase kako bi se zadovoljile sve potrebe njenih budućih korisnika, a sukladno ishođenoj građevinskoj dozvoli.

Projektom rekonstrukcije je predviđen smještaj deset postelja u pet dvokrevetnih soba. Uz sobe za smještaj bolesnika osigurani su prostorni uvjeti za rad multidisciplinarnog stručnog osoblja, te prateće i pomoćne prostorije. U prizemlju i na katu su sobe za smještaj bolesnika, sobe za rad i odmor stručnog osoblja, prateće i pomoćne prostorije.

Nakon uvođenja izvođača u posao rok za dovršetak radova je 12 mjeseci.

Zadarska županija izabrala je izvođača koji će napraviti rekonstrukciju zgrade na Babindubu u kojoj bi se trebao smjestiti budući Centar za koordinaciju palijativne skrbi Zadarske županije.

Riječ je o tvrtci Krekić Avangard koja je na natječaju, čija je procijenjena vrijednost iznosila 1,9 milijuna eura bez PDV-a, dala najnižu ponudu u iznosu od 1,65 milijuna eura (2,06 milijuna eura s PDV-om).

Tvrtka Krekić Avangard poznata je po tome što je radila obnovu Providurove palače, ali i po tome da trenutno dovršava zgradu Dnevnih bolnica u Zadru.

Na natječaj su pristigle još tri ponude čiji su iznosi bili iznad procjene: splitska tvrtka Reliance ponudila je cijenu od 1,94 milijuna eura, M-P-Beton iz Solina 2,06 milijuna, dok je MDK Građevinar iz Velikog Trgovišća ponudio cijenu od 2,24 milijuna eura.

Podsjetimo, kao lokacija za smještaj hospicija izabrana je zgrada bivše vojarne na Babindubu koju je država darovala Zadarskoj županiji za ovu namjenu. Zgrada ima tri etaže (podrum, prizemlje i kat) i obnovit će se u postojećim gabaritima i arhitektonskom izričaju, uz ugradnju dizala i dogradnju terase kako bi se zadovoljile sve potrebe njenih budućih korisnika, a sukladno ishođenoj građevinskoj dozvoli.

Projektom rekonstrukcije je predviđen smještaj deset postelja u pet dvokrevetnih soba. Uz sobe za smještaj bolesnika osigurani su prostorni uvjeti za rad multidisciplinarnog stručnog osoblja, te prateće i pomoćne prostorije. U prizemlju i na katu su sobe za smještaj bolesnika, sobe za rad i odmor stručnog osoblja, prateće i pomoćne prostorije.

Nakon uvođenja izvođača u posao rok za dovršetak radova je 12 mjeseci.

Poznato je tko će za 1,65 milijuna eura raditi rekonstrukciju zgrade hospicija na Babindubu

Zadarska županija izabrala je izvođača koji će napraviti rekonstrukciju zgrade na Babindubu u kojoj bi se trebao smjestiti budući Centar za koordinaciju palijativne skrbi Zadarske županije.

Riječ je o tvrtci Krekić Avangard koja je na natječaju, čija je procijenjena vrijednost iznosila 1,9 milijuna eura bez PDV-a, dala najnižu ponudu u iznosu od 1,65 milijuna eura (2,06 milijuna eura s PDV-om).

Tvrtka Krekić Avangard poznata je po tome što je radila obnovu Providurove palače, ali i po tome da trenutno dovršava zgradu Dnevnih bolnica u Zadru.

Na natječaj su pristigle još tri ponude čiji su iznosi bili iznad procjene: splitska tvrtka Reliance ponudila je cijenu od 1,94 milijuna eura, M-P-Beton iz Solina 2,06 milijuna, dok je MDK Građevinar iz Velikog Trgovišća ponudio cijenu od 2,24 milijuna eura.

Podsjetimo, kao lokacija za smještaj hospicija izabrana je zgrada bivše vojarne na Babindubu koju je država darovala Zadarskoj županiji za ovu namjenu. Zgrada ima tri etaže (podrum, prizemlje i kat) i obnovit će se u postojećim gabaritima i arhitektonskom izričaju, uz ugradnju dizala i dogradnju terase kako bi se zadovoljile sve potrebe njenih budućih korisnika, a sukladno ishođenoj građevinskoj dozvoli.

Projektom rekonstrukcije je predviđen smještaj deset postelja u pet dvokrevetnih soba. Uz sobe za smještaj bolesnika osigurani su prostorni uvjeti za rad multidisciplinarnog stručnog osoblja, te prateće i pomoćne prostorije. U prizemlju i na katu su sobe za smještaj bolesnika, sobe za rad i odmor stručnog osoblja, prateće i pomoćne prostorije.

Nakon uvođenja izvođača u posao rok za dovršetak radova je 12 mjeseci.
