Ministar Oleg Butković jutros je izjavio da će "nakon svih pravomoćnih postupaka koji su se dogodili u vezi "Marine Zadar", Ministarstvo, odnosno država, u suradnju s Državnim odvjetništvom krenuti u proceduru ulaska u posjed. Razgovaramo s DORH-om o tome i pokušat ćemo to napraviti mirnim putem. Nadam se da će biti razumijevanja jer to su sada pravomoćne presude – kazao je ministar i najavio da će o sudbini raspisanog natječaja za dodjelu koncesije na pomorskom dobru "odlučiti kad uđemo u posjed".

Iz Tankerkomerca zasada nije moguće dobiti komentar ministrovih riječi, a Ivan Čermak, vlasnik "Tankerkomerca" kratko nam je samo kazao:

-Ne bismo zasada ništa komentirali, vidjet ćemo kako će se ova dugogodišnja priča rasplesti. I dalje smo uvjereni da je sve što se događalo bila nepravda prema "Tankerkomercu", izjavio nam je Ivan Čermak.

Između države i Tankerkomerca se vodilo nekoliko odvojenih sudskih postupaka. Temeljem dugogodišnjeg korištenja i velikih ulaganja u prostor u središtu Zadra, Tankerkomerc je smatrao da je marina „njegova”, dok je država, s druge strane, nakon određivanja granica pomorskog dobra inzistirala da Tankerkomerc marinu koristi bespravno i bez koncesije kao temeljne zakonske pretpostavke za korištenje bilo kojeg pomorskog dobra. Cijela se priča dodatno zakuhala kada je država 2014. godine raspisala javni natječaj za dodjelu koncesije koji do danas – nije zatvoren!

Ministar Oleg Butković jutros je izjavio da će "nakon svih pravomoćnih postupaka koji su se dogodili u vezi "Marine Zadar", Ministarstvo, odnosno država, u suradnju s Državnim odvjetništvom krenuti u proceduru ulaska u posjed. Razgovaramo s DORH-om o tome i pokušat ćemo to napraviti mirnim putem. Nadam se da će biti razumijevanja jer to su sada pravomoćne presude – kazao je ministar i najavio da će o sudbini raspisanog natječaja za dodjelu koncesije na pomorskom dobru "odlučiti kad uđemo u posjed".

Iz Tankerkomerca zasada nije moguće dobiti komentar ministrovih riječi, a Ivan Čermak, vlasnik "Tankerkomerca" kratko nam je samo kazao:

-Ne bismo zasada ništa komentirali, vidjet ćemo kako će se ova dugogodišnja priča rasplesti. I dalje smo uvjereni da je sve što se događalo bila nepravda prema "Tankerkomercu", izjavio nam je Ivan Čermak.

Između države i Tankerkomerca se vodilo nekoliko odvojenih sudskih postupaka. Temeljem dugogodišnjeg korištenja i velikih ulaganja u prostor u središtu Zadra, Tankerkomerc je smatrao da je marina „njegova”, dok je država, s druge strane, nakon određivanja granica pomorskog dobra inzistirala da Tankerkomerc marinu koristi bespravno i bez koncesije kao temeljne zakonske pretpostavke za korištenje bilo kojeg pomorskog dobra. Cijela se priča dodatno zakuhala kada je država 2014. godine raspisala javni natječaj za dodjelu koncesije koji do danas – nije zatvoren!

Ministar Oleg Butković jutros je izjavio da će "nakon svih pravomoćnih postupaka koji su se dogodili u vezi "Marine Zadar", Ministarstvo, odnosno država, u suradnju s Državnim odvjetništvom krenuti u proceduru ulaska u posjed. Razgovaramo s DORH-om o tome i pokušat ćemo to napraviti mirnim putem. Nadam se da će biti razumijevanja jer to su sada pravomoćne presude – kazao je ministar i najavio da će o sudbini raspisanog natječaja za dodjelu koncesije na pomorskom dobru "odlučiti kad uđemo u posjed".

Iz Tankerkomerca zasada nije moguće dobiti komentar ministrovih riječi, a Ivan Čermak, vlasnik "Tankerkomerca" kratko nam je samo kazao:

-Ne bismo zasada ništa komentirali, vidjet ćemo kako će se ova dugogodišnja priča rasplesti. I dalje smo uvjereni da je sve što se događalo bila nepravda prema "Tankerkomercu", izjavio nam je Ivan Čermak.

Između države i Tankerkomerca se vodilo nekoliko odvojenih sudskih postupaka. Temeljem dugogodišnjeg korištenja i velikih ulaganja u prostor u središtu Zadra, Tankerkomerc je smatrao da je marina „njegova”, dok je država, s druge strane, nakon određivanja granica pomorskog dobra inzistirala da Tankerkomerc marinu koristi bespravno i bez koncesije kao temeljne zakonske pretpostavke za korištenje bilo kojeg pomorskog dobra. Cijela se priča dodatno zakuhala kada je država 2014. godine raspisala javni natječaj za dodjelu koncesije koji do danas – nije zatvoren!
