Novi Poduzetnički inkubator na Bilom brigu još uvijek nije gotov. Iako su iz gradske tvrtke Inovativni Zadar navaljivali kraj radova za listopad 2022. godine, inkubator ni godinu dana nakon još uvijek nije spreman za primanje prvih stanara, zbog čega je Inovativni Zadar krenuo s naplatom penala izvođaču radova.
Radovi na novoj zgradi Poduzetničkog inkubatora započeli su u svibnju 2021 godine, a tvrtka Minigradnja iz Vodica dobila je rok od 14 mjeseci za završetak radova. Međutim, od početka radova prošlo je 29 mjeseci, a iako je zgrada inkubatora izgrađena te su unutrašnji radovi više-manje u potpunosti zgotovljeni, okoliš zgrade još uvijek nije spreman.
- Počeli su radovi na uređenju okoliša, a kroz koji dan treba započeti i isporuka uredskog namještaja i opreme. Novi Poduzetnički inkubator treba biti gotov i namješten do kraja godine, a do tada je potrebno obaviti tehnički pregled i ishoditi uporabnu dozvolu, govori nam Ivica Katić iz Inovativnog Zadra dodajući kako postoji još jedan razlog zbog kojeg sve mora biti gotovo do kraja godine.
- Zbog toga što ova financijska perspektiva završava krajem 2023. godine mi moramo zgotoviti inkubator kako bi uspjeli povući sva europska sredstva namijenjena za njegovu izgradnju, ističe Katić i dodaje kako su zbog kašnjenja radova tvrtci Minigradnja započeli s naplatom penala.
- U početku su postojala opravdana kašnjenja radova jer je bilo problema s nabavom materijala, a na sve je utjecala i pandemija korona virusa. Tvrtka Inovativni Zadar je ispunila sve svoje ugovorne obveze, a izvođač radova je kasnio stoga smo bili primorani obračunati penale u visini od 296 tisuća eura, odnosno 10 posto vrijednosti projekta, kazao je Katić.
Projekt je financiran sredstvima Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj (EFRR), Operativni program konkurentnost i kohezija, a ukupne je vrijednosti 24,5 milijuna kuna, od čega 18,5 milijuna bespovratnih sredstava.

Novi Poduzetnički inkubator na Bilom brigu još uvijek nije gotov. Iako su iz gradske tvrtke Inovativni Zadar navaljivali kraj radova za listopad 2022. godine, inkubator ni godinu dana nakon još uvijek nije spreman za primanje prvih stanara, zbog čega je Inovativni Zadar krenuo s naplatom penala izvođaču radova.
Radovi na novoj zgradi Poduzetničkog inkubatora započeli su u svibnju 2021 godine, a tvrtka Minigradnja iz Vodica dobila je rok od 14 mjeseci za završetak radova. Međutim, od početka radova prošlo je 29 mjeseci, a iako je zgrada inkubatora izgrađena te su unutrašnji radovi više-manje u potpunosti zgotovljeni, okoliš zgrade još uvijek nije spreman.
- Počeli su radovi na uređenju okoliša, a kroz koji dan treba započeti i isporuka uredskog namještaja i opreme. Novi Poduzetnički inkubator treba biti gotov i namješten do kraja godine, a do tada je potrebno obaviti tehnički pregled i ishoditi uporabnu dozvolu, govori nam Ivica Katić iz Inovativnog Zadra dodajući kako postoji još jedan razlog zbog kojeg sve mora biti gotovo do kraja godine.
- Zbog toga što ova financijska perspektiva završava krajem 2023. godine mi moramo zgotoviti inkubator kako bi uspjeli povući sva europska sredstva namijenjena za njegovu izgradnju, ističe Katić i dodaje kako su zbog kašnjenja radova tvrtci Minigradnja započeli s naplatom penala.
- U početku su postojala opravdana kašnjenja radova jer je bilo problema s nabavom materijala, a na sve je utjecala i pandemija korona virusa. Tvrtka Inovativni Zadar je ispunila sve svoje ugovorne obveze, a izvođač radova je kasnio stoga smo bili primorani obračunati penale u visini od 296 tisuća eura, odnosno 10 posto vrijednosti projekta, kazao je Katić.
Projekt je financiran sredstvima Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj (EFRR), Operativni program konkurentnost i kohezija, a ukupne je vrijednosti 24,5 milijuna kuna, od čega 18,5 milijuna bespovratnih sredstava.
