Hrvatske ceste objavile su natječaj za izradu studije u kojem traže rješenja za dogradnju drugog kolnika Jadranske magistrale od Crnog do naplatnih kućica na čvoru Zadar zapad (A1), odnosno ulaza u Murvicu.
Procijenja vrijednost studije iznosi 400 tisuća kuna, a natječaj traje do 18. siječnja.
Duljina zahvata je 14.5 kilometara, a u projektnom zadatku se navodi ljetna opterećnost na ovoj cesti.
- Na brojačkom mjestu 4180 Murvica prosječni godišnji dnevni promet (PGDP) iznosi 13.544 vozila na dan, a prosječni ljetni dnevni promet (PLDP) je 18.658 vozila na dan. Zbog ovako velikog prometnog opterećenja na dionici državne ceste DC8 od Zadra do čvora Zadar zapad (A1) dolazi do zastoja u odvijanju prometa. S ciljem povećanja njene propusne moći u prostorno-planskoj dokumentaciji planirano je podizanje razine uslužnosti postojeće ceste, navodi se u projektnom zadatku gdje stoji kako je osnovni zadatak ove studije istražiti mogućnost dogradnje drugog kolnika državne ceste uzevši o obzir postojeću izgrađenost kao i druga prostorna ograničenja.
Ovaj zahvat (dogradnja drugog kolnika DC8) započinje na raskrižju "Crno" gdje završava dionica DC8 s već izgrađenim drugim kolnikom na području grada Zadra, a završava na raskrižju ispred naplatnih kućica na čvoru Zadar zapad (A1).
- Nakon detaljnog upoznavanja s prilikama na terenu te nakon utvrđivanja prostornih ograničenja potrebno je obraditi više varijanti dogradnje drugog kolnika, tj. potrebno je izraditi varijantu dogradnje sjeverno od postojećeg kolnika DC8, kao i varijantu dogradnje južno od postojećeg kolnika. Uz navedeno, a u skladu s prostornim ograničenjima dati prijedlog kombinirane dogradnje (sjeverno i južno) po logičnim segmentima ako se na taj način dobiva kvalitetno tehničko rješenje. Na kraju je potrebno napraviti njihovu međusobnu usporedbu te predložiti optimalno rješenje dogradnje drugog kolnika na dionici. Kako dionica prolazi kroz nekoliko naselja (Murvica, Poličnik itd.) za očekivati je da će se dogradnjom drugog kolnika ući u privatne parcele s izgrađenim objektima na njima, stoji u projektnom zadatku gdje se navodi kako je za svaku varijantu potrebno dati tablični popis katastarskih čestica na kojima se nalaze objekti koji se predviđaju za rušenje u toj varijanti. Uz navedeno potrebno je dati i popisdruge infrastrukture koja se uklanja/rekonstruira (npr. nadvožnjak) unutar zahvata jer je to važan podatak za odabir kvalitetnog rješenja.
Nakon izrade studije znat će se i vrijednost same investicije.

Hrvatske ceste objavile su natječaj za izradu studije u kojem traže rješenja za dogradnju drugog kolnika Jadranske magistrale od Crnog do naplatnih kućica na čvoru Zadar zapad (A1), odnosno ulaza u Murvicu.
Procijenja vrijednost studije iznosi 400 tisuća kuna, a natječaj traje do 18. siječnja.
Duljina zahvata je 14.5 kilometara, a u projektnom zadatku se navodi ljetna opterećnost na ovoj cesti.
- Na brojačkom mjestu 4180 Murvica prosječni godišnji dnevni promet (PGDP) iznosi 13.544 vozila na dan, a prosječni ljetni dnevni promet (PLDP) je 18.658 vozila na dan. Zbog ovako velikog prometnog opterećenja na dionici državne ceste DC8 od Zadra do čvora Zadar zapad (A1) dolazi do zastoja u odvijanju prometa. S ciljem povećanja njene propusne moći u prostorno-planskoj dokumentaciji planirano je podizanje razine uslužnosti postojeće ceste, navodi se u projektnom zadatku gdje stoji kako je osnovni zadatak ove studije istražiti mogućnost dogradnje drugog kolnika državne ceste uzevši o obzir postojeću izgrađenost kao i druga prostorna ograničenja.
Ovaj zahvat (dogradnja drugog kolnika DC8) započinje na raskrižju "Crno" gdje završava dionica DC8 s već izgrađenim drugim kolnikom na području grada Zadra, a završava na raskrižju ispred naplatnih kućica na čvoru Zadar zapad (A1).
- Nakon detaljnog upoznavanja s prilikama na terenu te nakon utvrđivanja prostornih ograničenja potrebno je obraditi više varijanti dogradnje drugog kolnika, tj. potrebno je izraditi varijantu dogradnje sjeverno od postojećeg kolnika DC8, kao i varijantu dogradnje južno od postojećeg kolnika. Uz navedeno, a u skladu s prostornim ograničenjima dati prijedlog kombinirane dogradnje (sjeverno i južno) po logičnim segmentima ako se na taj način dobiva kvalitetno tehničko rješenje. Na kraju je potrebno napraviti njihovu međusobnu usporedbu te predložiti optimalno rješenje dogradnje drugog kolnika na dionici. Kako dionica prolazi kroz nekoliko naselja (Murvica, Poličnik itd.) za očekivati je da će se dogradnjom drugog kolnika ući u privatne parcele s izgrađenim objektima na njima, stoji u projektnom zadatku gdje se navodi kako je za svaku varijantu potrebno dati tablični popis katastarskih čestica na kojima se nalaze objekti koji se predviđaju za rušenje u toj varijanti. Uz navedeno potrebno je dati i popisdruge infrastrukture koja se uklanja/rekonstruira (npr. nadvožnjak) unutar zahvata jer je to važan podatak za odabir kvalitetnog rješenja.
Nakon izrade studije znat će se i vrijednost same investicije.
