Grada Zadar ipak bi mogao dozvoliti obustavu radova na izgradnji aglomeracije u Kožinu tijekom ovogodišnje turističke sezone.
Naime, prema neslužbenim informacijama, tijekom današnjeg dana (utorak) treba doći do sastanka između gradonačelnika Branka Dukića s predstavnicima mještana Kožina te Odvodnje, Vodovoda i izvođača radova iz tvrtke Euro projekt, na kojem bi se dogovorio prekid radova od 1. srpnja do 1. rujna.
Grad Zadar je, kako doznajemo, voljan pristati na obustavu radova nakon što su mještani Kožina ad hoc prikupili preko 400 potpisa nezadovoljnih iznajmljivača koji ne žele da im tijekom sezone kroz mjesto bageri stvaraju buku i prašinu.
Kao jedan od uvjeta koji su mještani Kožina postavili pred Grad Zadar je i asfaltiranje prometnice od Zadra do Kožina na mjestu gdje je prošla aglomeracija, ali i polaganje asfalta na prometnicama u samom mjestu gdje su položene nove cijevi za odvodnju i vodovod.
Podsjetimo, privremenu obustavu radova tijekom turističke sezone Gradu Zadru su još krajem prošle godine predlagali izvođač radova i mještani Kožina, ali su ih odbili iz Grada i Odvodnje tvrdeći da ugovorom nije predviđena ljetna pauza radova. Izvođač je bio spreman izaći ususret mještanima i zaustaviti radove, ali uz uvjet da im se vrijeme pauze uračuna u produžetak roka za dovršenje cijelog posla. Iz Odvodnje su objasnili da prema ugovoru takva obustava nije moguća, kao ni produljenje krajnjeg roka za dovršetak ove zadnje, treće faze aglomeracije (Zadar – Petrčane) vrijedne više od 25 milijuna eura, koju treba završiti u roku 36 mjeseci.
Prije desetak dana u Kožinu je održan skup mještana s predstavnicima svih zainteresiranih strana na kojem Grad Zadar i Odvodnja opet nisu prihvatili prijedlog obustave radova, naprotiv, direktor Grgo Peronja je odgovornost prebacio na Euro projekt kao izvođača radova, što su oni oštro i dokumentirano demantirali.
Dan prije izbora, iz Grada Zadra su sada spremni na kompromis koji bi treba zadovoljiti sve uključene strane. U protivnom, nezadovoljstvo bi moglo eskalirati, pa čak i blokadom prometnice između Zadra i Kožina, što su neki mještani najavljivali...

Grada Zadar ipak bi mogao dozvoliti obustavu radova na izgradnji aglomeracije u Kožinu tijekom ovogodišnje turističke sezone.
Naime, prema neslužbenim informacijama, tijekom današnjeg dana (utorak) treba doći do sastanka između gradonačelnika Branka Dukića s predstavnicima mještana Kožina te Odvodnje, Vodovoda i izvođača radova iz tvrtke Euro projekt, na kojem bi se dogovorio prekid radova od 1. srpnja do 1. rujna.
Grad Zadar je, kako doznajemo, voljan pristati na obustavu radova nakon što su mještani Kožina ad hoc prikupili preko 400 potpisa nezadovoljnih iznajmljivača koji ne žele da im tijekom sezone kroz mjesto bageri stvaraju buku i prašinu.
Kao jedan od uvjeta koji su mještani Kožina postavili pred Grad Zadar je i asfaltiranje prometnice od Zadra do Kožina na mjestu gdje je prošla aglomeracija, ali i polaganje asfalta na prometnicama u samom mjestu gdje su položene nove cijevi za odvodnju i vodovod.
Podsjetimo, privremenu obustavu radova tijekom turističke sezone Gradu Zadru su još krajem prošle godine predlagali izvođač radova i mještani Kožina, ali su ih odbili iz Grada i Odvodnje tvrdeći da ugovorom nije predviđena ljetna pauza radova. Izvođač je bio spreman izaći ususret mještanima i zaustaviti radove, ali uz uvjet da im se vrijeme pauze uračuna u produžetak roka za dovršenje cijelog posla. Iz Odvodnje su objasnili da prema ugovoru takva obustava nije moguća, kao ni produljenje krajnjeg roka za dovršetak ove zadnje, treće faze aglomeracije (Zadar – Petrčane) vrijedne više od 25 milijuna eura, koju treba završiti u roku 36 mjeseci.
Prije desetak dana u Kožinu je održan skup mještana s predstavnicima svih zainteresiranih strana na kojem Grad Zadar i Odvodnja opet nisu prihvatili prijedlog obustave radova, naprotiv, direktor Grgo Peronja je odgovornost prebacio na Euro projekt kao izvođača radova, što su oni oštro i dokumentirano demantirali.
Dan prije izbora, iz Grada Zadra su sada spremni na kompromis koji bi treba zadovoljiti sve uključene strane. U protivnom, nezadovoljstvo bi moglo eskalirati, pa čak i blokadom prometnice između Zadra i Kožina, što su neki mještani najavljivali...
