Grad Zadar je u petak ujutro ušao u posjed svojih prostorija u Ulici Madijeavaca 6 na Poluotoku koje je donedavno koristila stranka Modes.

Naime, presudom Trgovačkog suda u Zagrebu od 27. studenog 2020. godine bivšim pravašima je naloženo da se isele iz poslovnog prostora i predaju ga u posjed Gradu Zadru jer više nisu postojali zakonski uvjeti po kojima je Modes od Grada dobio dobio poslovni prostor na korištenje. Modes je u listopadu 2018. istekao ugovor o zakupu, ali se iz prostora nisu htjeli iseliti pa je Grad Zadar pokrenuo postupak za povrat posjeda i ovrhu. Za to im je trebalo gotovo četiri godine.

- Kako Modes prostorije nije vratio dobrovoljno, Grad Zadar je bio prisiljen pokrenuti parnični postupak. Stranka Modes je 5. ožujka 2021. dopisom pozvana da dobrovoljno preda posjed prostora. Iako su dopis uredno zaprimili, na njegov sadržaj su se potpuno oglušili pa je Grad Zadar 7. veljače 2022. godine podnio prijedlog za ovrhu zbog ispražnjenja i predaje nekretnine u posjed. Na osnovu prijedloga doneseno je rješenje o ovrsi i zakazanoj provedbi za 1. srpnja 2022. godine, kazao je pročelnik za gradsku imovinu Tomislav Korona dodajući kako je Grad Zadar, koji je vlasnik prostorija ukupne površine od 56 kvadrata, u petak ponovno postao njihov posjednik.

Kako se nitko iz Modesa nije pojavio na preuzimanju prostora, Grad Zadar je angažirao bravara koji je obio postojeću bravu i postavio novu.

- Što se tiče ponovnog davanja poslovnog prostora u zakup, za njega će biti objavljen javni natječaj s uvjetima i namjenom određenim za djelovanje političke stranke, istaknuo je pročelnik Korona.

Grad Zadar je u petak ujutro ušao u posjed svojih prostorija u Ulici Madijeavaca 6 na Poluotoku koje je donedavno koristila stranka Modes.

Naime, presudom Trgovačkog suda u Zagrebu od 27. studenog 2020. godine bivšim pravašima je naloženo da se isele iz poslovnog prostora i predaju ga u posjed Gradu Zadru jer više nisu postojali zakonski uvjeti po kojima je Modes od Grada dobio dobio poslovni prostor na korištenje. Modes je u listopadu 2018. istekao ugovor o zakupu, ali se iz prostora nisu htjeli iseliti pa je Grad Zadar pokrenuo postupak za povrat posjeda i ovrhu. Za to im je trebalo gotovo četiri godine.

- Kako Modes prostorije nije vratio dobrovoljno, Grad Zadar je bio prisiljen pokrenuti parnični postupak. Stranka Modes je 5. ožujka 2021. dopisom pozvana da dobrovoljno preda posjed prostora. Iako su dopis uredno zaprimili, na njegov sadržaj su se potpuno oglušili pa je Grad Zadar 7. veljače 2022. godine podnio prijedlog za ovrhu zbog ispražnjenja i predaje nekretnine u posjed. Na osnovu prijedloga doneseno je rješenje o ovrsi i zakazanoj provedbi za 1. srpnja 2022. godine, kazao je pročelnik za gradsku imovinu Tomislav Korona dodajući kako je Grad Zadar, koji je vlasnik prostorija ukupne površine od 56 kvadrata, u petak ponovno postao njihov posjednik.

Kako se nitko iz Modesa nije pojavio na preuzimanju prostora, Grad Zadar je angažirao bravara koji je obio postojeću bravu i postavio novu.

- Što se tiče ponovnog davanja poslovnog prostora u zakup, za njega će biti objavljen javni natječaj s uvjetima i namjenom određenim za djelovanje političke stranke, istaknuo je pročelnik Korona.
