Policija i Uskok priveli su peteročlanu zločinačku organizaciju, među kojima i dvojicu policajaca te odvjetnicu, zbog sumnje da su osobama iz Srbije i drugih država omogućavali da krivotvorenom dokumentacijom steknu hrvatske osobne i putne isprave.

Zločinačku organizaciju koja je od početka prošle do studenoga ove godine na lažnim dokumentima zaradila oko 240.000 eura, navodno je okupio 49-godišnjak, izvijestilo je Ravnateljstvo policije.

Uskok je izvijestio da je sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Osijeku predložio određivanje istražnog zatvora protiv četvorice okrivljenika.

Istražitelji tvrde da je sa za sada nepoznatim članovima zločinačkog udruženja, posredstvom četvrtoosumnjičenog angažirao dvojicu brodsko-posavskih policajaca koji su vadili podatke iz informacijskog sustava MUP-a o hrvatskim državljanima kojima nisu izdane osobne i putne isprave.

Temeljem dobivenih podataka iz službenih evidencija MUP-a, prvoosumnjičeni je "putem nepoznatih osoba" nabavio neoriginalne talijanske i španjolske putovnice kao i druge isprave s umetnutim fotografijama podnositelja zahtjeva. Nakon toga bi organizirao dolazak i boravak zainteresiranih osoba na području Hrvatske.

U zločinačko udruženje angažirao je i trećeosumnjičenu odvjetnicu, koja je u većini slučajeva, temeljem specijalne punomoći, klijentima pružala pomoć kod podnošenja zahtjeva u žurnim postupcima.

Podnositelji su pritom, zajedno sa osumnjičenom odvjetnicom, prilagali neoriginalne putne i osobne isprave Italije, Španjolske i tzv. Roma password, zajedno a prethodno pribavljenim rodnim listom i hrvatskom domovnicom.

Temeljem takve dokumentacije djelatnici policijskih uprava ili postaja su, nemajući razloga za sumnju u istinitost podataka, u žurnim postupcima izdavali isprave preuzetih identiteta hrvatskih državljana. U većini slučajeva temeljem prethodno sačinjenih specijalnih punomoći osumnjičenoj odvjetnici koja je potom tako ishodovane isprave predavala klijentima.

Nakon toga prvoosumnjičeni je od najmanje 16 osoba koje su dobile hrvatske isprave preuzeo "najmanje 240 tisuća eura u vidu nagrade za članove zločinačkog udruženja". Osim toga osumnjičen je i da je organizirao odlazak iz Hrvatske osoba koje su prevarom preuzeli identitete hrvatskih državljana.

Ravnateljstvo policije izvijestilo je da je u realizaciji akcije Sigillum sudjelovalo 50 pripadnika kriminalističke i interventne policije. Provedeno je 13 pretraga, a zaplijenjen je luksuzni mercedes i velik broj krivotvorene dokumentacije, najviše domovnica i rodnih listova.

Uhićeni su predani pritvorskom nadzorniku, a dvojica osumnjičenih policajaca su u četvrtak udaljena iz službe.

Policija i Uskok priveli su peteročlanu zločinačku organizaciju, među kojima i dvojicu policajaca te odvjetnicu, zbog sumnje da su osobama iz Srbije i drugih država omogućavali da krivotvorenom dokumentacijom steknu hrvatske osobne i putne isprave.

Zločinačku organizaciju koja je od početka prošle do studenoga ove godine na lažnim dokumentima zaradila oko 240.000 eura, navodno je okupio 49-godišnjak, izvijestilo je Ravnateljstvo policije.

Uskok je izvijestio da je sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Osijeku predložio određivanje istražnog zatvora protiv četvorice okrivljenika.

Istražitelji tvrde da je sa za sada nepoznatim članovima zločinačkog udruženja, posredstvom četvrtoosumnjičenog angažirao dvojicu brodsko-posavskih policajaca koji su vadili podatke iz informacijskog sustava MUP-a o hrvatskim državljanima kojima nisu izdane osobne i putne isprave.

Temeljem dobivenih podataka iz službenih evidencija MUP-a, prvoosumnjičeni je "putem nepoznatih osoba" nabavio neoriginalne talijanske i španjolske putovnice kao i druge isprave s umetnutim fotografijama podnositelja zahtjeva. Nakon toga bi organizirao dolazak i boravak zainteresiranih osoba na području Hrvatske.

U zločinačko udruženje angažirao je i trećeosumnjičenu odvjetnicu, koja je u većini slučajeva, temeljem specijalne punomoći, klijentima pružala pomoć kod podnošenja zahtjeva u žurnim postupcima.

Podnositelji su pritom, zajedno sa osumnjičenom odvjetnicom, prilagali neoriginalne putne i osobne isprave Italije, Španjolske i tzv. Roma password, zajedno a prethodno pribavljenim rodnim listom i hrvatskom domovnicom.

Temeljem takve dokumentacije djelatnici policijskih uprava ili postaja su, nemajući razloga za sumnju u istinitost podataka, u žurnim postupcima izdavali isprave preuzetih identiteta hrvatskih državljana. U većini slučajeva temeljem prethodno sačinjenih specijalnih punomoći osumnjičenoj odvjetnici koja je potom tako ishodovane isprave predavala klijentima.

Nakon toga prvoosumnjičeni je od najmanje 16 osoba koje su dobile hrvatske isprave preuzeo "najmanje 240 tisuća eura u vidu nagrade za članove zločinačkog udruženja". Osim toga osumnjičen je i da je organizirao odlazak iz Hrvatske osoba koje su prevarom preuzeli identitete hrvatskih državljana.

Ravnateljstvo policije izvijestilo je da je u realizaciji akcije Sigillum sudjelovalo 50 pripadnika kriminalističke i interventne policije. Provedeno je 13 pretraga, a zaplijenjen je luksuzni mercedes i velik broj krivotvorene dokumentacije, najviše domovnica i rodnih listova.

Uhićeni su predani pritvorskom nadzorniku, a dvojica osumnjičenih policajaca su u četvrtak udaljena iz službe.

Zločinačka organizacija strancima ‘sređivala‘ hrvatske dokumente, među uhićenima i policajci i odvjetnica

Policija i Uskok priveli su peteročlanu zločinačku organizaciju, među kojima i dvojicu policajaca te odvjetnicu, zbog sumnje da su osobama iz Srbije i drugih država omogućavali da krivotvorenom dokumentacijom steknu hrvatske osobne i putne isprave.

Zločinačku organizaciju koja je od početka prošle do studenoga ove godine na lažnim dokumentima zaradila oko 240.000 eura, navodno je okupio 49-godišnjak, izvijestilo je Ravnateljstvo policije.

Uskok je izvijestio da je sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Osijeku predložio određivanje istražnog zatvora protiv četvorice okrivljenika.

Istražitelji tvrde da je sa za sada nepoznatim članovima zločinačkog udruženja, posredstvom četvrtoosumnjičenog angažirao dvojicu brodsko-posavskih policajaca koji su vadili podatke iz informacijskog sustava MUP-a o hrvatskim državljanima kojima nisu izdane osobne i putne isprave.

Temeljem dobivenih podataka iz službenih evidencija MUP-a, prvoosumnjičeni je "putem nepoznatih osoba" nabavio neoriginalne talijanske i španjolske putovnice kao i druge isprave s umetnutim fotografijama podnositelja zahtjeva. Nakon toga bi organizirao dolazak i boravak zainteresiranih osoba na području Hrvatske.

U zločinačko udruženje angažirao je i trećeosumnjičenu odvjetnicu, koja je u većini slučajeva, temeljem specijalne punomoći, klijentima pružala pomoć kod podnošenja zahtjeva u žurnim postupcima.

Podnositelji su pritom, zajedno sa osumnjičenom odvjetnicom, prilagali neoriginalne putne i osobne isprave Italije, Španjolske i tzv. Roma password, zajedno a prethodno pribavljenim rodnim listom i hrvatskom domovnicom.

Temeljem takve dokumentacije djelatnici policijskih uprava ili postaja su, nemajući razloga za sumnju u istinitost podataka, u žurnim postupcima izdavali isprave preuzetih identiteta hrvatskih državljana. U većini slučajeva temeljem prethodno sačinjenih specijalnih punomoći osumnjičenoj odvjetnici koja je potom tako ishodovane isprave predavala klijentima.

Nakon toga prvoosumnjičeni je od najmanje 16 osoba koje su dobile hrvatske isprave preuzeo "najmanje 240 tisuća eura u vidu nagrade za članove zločinačkog udruženja". Osim toga osumnjičen je i da je organizirao odlazak iz Hrvatske osoba koje su prevarom preuzeli identitete hrvatskih državljana.

Ravnateljstvo policije izvijestilo je da je u realizaciji akcije Sigillum sudjelovalo 50 pripadnika kriminalističke i interventne policije. Provedeno je 13 pretraga, a zaplijenjen je luksuzni mercedes i velik broj krivotvorene dokumentacije, najviše domovnica i rodnih listova.

Uhićeni su predani pritvorskom nadzorniku, a dvojica osumnjičenih policajaca su u četvrtak udaljena iz službe.
