Kako do krova nad glavom? To se čini kao nemoguća misija uz ovakve cijene kvadrata. One koji su odustali od kupnje zbog previsokih cijena, isti problem muči i kod najma koji je sve skuplji pa država planira subvencioniranje najma kao novu mjeru, donosi Danas.hr.

Ono što se jučer iznajmljivalo za 600 eura, danas se iznajmljuje za 750. Unatoč cijeni, Sara Tišljar iz Zagreba rekla je da je zadovoljna i da je dobro prošla. Najamninu dijeli s još dvije cimerice jer sama ne bi mogla.

"Tako da se meni zapravo posrećilo s ovim stanom. Cimerice su se svidjele meni i ja njima pa smo sve skupa završile tu. Svi stanovi se jako brzo iznajme koji su donekle normalni i s nekom normalnom cijenom. Ljudi su postali dosta bezobrazni što se cijene tiče", kazala je Tišljar.

Agentica za nekretnine, Klara Kregar, kaže da cijene najma nikad nisu bile veće. Primjerice, garsonijera veličine 25 kvadrata sada se iznajmljuje za 450 eura.

"Recimo, za dvosoban stan za najam od 45 do 50 kvadrata potrebno je izdvojiti čak 550 do 600 eura. Ako pričamo o centru ili širem centru, to ide i naviše, oko 750 eura", rekla je Kregar.

Mnogi traže alternativu izvan grada gdje su cijene tek neznatno niže. Skuplji kvadrati najviše pogađaju studente koji sve teže financiraju nebeski visoke cijene kvadrata.

Bruna Bandula, predsjednica Hrvatskog studentskog zbora, ispričala je da postoje primjeri u kojima studentima u roku tjedan dana stanodavci kažu da su povisili cijenu najma za 100 eura pa studenti moraju ili prihvatiti taj iznos ili tražiti novi smještaj.

"Tržište je takvo da će stanodavac naći nekog drugog koji će prihvatiti tu cijenu i studenti su stavljeni u vrlo nezgodan položaj", pojasnila je Bandula.

Rata najma veća od kredita

Riječ je o nimalo isplativu položaju jer je rata najma u sve većem broju slučajeva veća od rate kredita.

Agentica za nekretnine Kregar rekla je: "Više se isplati, naravno, kupiti stan i investirati u nekretninu jer kad je kupite, onda je imate i ostane vama, a ovako plaćate rentu i nemate u konačnici mjesto za život."

Predsjednica Udruženja poslovanja nekretninama pri HGK, Lana Mihaljinac Knežević, istaknula je da je jako veliki problem postala priuštljivost posebno za mlade koji kupuju svoju prvu nekretninu.

"Vrlo mali broj njih je kreditno sposoban i Hrvatskoj jako nedostaje sustavna stambena politika za zbrinjavanje stanovništva", poručila je Mihaljinac Knežević.

Vladajući su također postali svjesni problema pa Državni ured za mlade i demografiju planira nove mjere. Riječ je o subvencioniranju cijene najma za mlade obitelji.

"Mislim da je zbrinjavanje, pogotovo mlađe populacije, i rješavanje njihovog stambenog pitanja kroz najam ključna mjera koja nedostaje u Hrvatskoj. Ona postoji u većini europskih država i mislim da je krajnje vrijeme da se uvede i kod nas", zaključila je Mihaljinac Knežević.

Prema najavama vladajućih, to će biti već ove godine. Jedino ostaje otvoreno pitanje pod kojim uvjetima i u kojem iznosu, piše Danas.hr.

Kako do krova nad glavom? To se čini kao nemoguća misija uz ovakve cijene kvadrata. One koji su odustali od kupnje zbog previsokih cijena, isti problem muči i kod najma koji je sve skuplji pa država planira subvencioniranje najma kao novu mjeru, donosi Danas.hr.

Ono što se jučer iznajmljivalo za 600 eura, danas se iznajmljuje za 750. Unatoč cijeni, Sara Tišljar iz Zagreba rekla je da je zadovoljna i da je dobro prošla. Najamninu dijeli s još dvije cimerice jer sama ne bi mogla.

"Tako da se meni zapravo posrećilo s ovim stanom. Cimerice su se svidjele meni i ja njima pa smo sve skupa završile tu. Svi stanovi se jako brzo iznajme koji su donekle normalni i s nekom normalnom cijenom. Ljudi su postali dosta bezobrazni što se cijene tiče", kazala je Tišljar.

Agentica za nekretnine, Klara Kregar, kaže da cijene najma nikad nisu bile veće. Primjerice, garsonijera veličine 25 kvadrata sada se iznajmljuje za 450 eura.

"Recimo, za dvosoban stan za najam od 45 do 50 kvadrata potrebno je izdvojiti čak 550 do 600 eura. Ako pričamo o centru ili širem centru, to ide i naviše, oko 750 eura", rekla je Kregar.

Mnogi traže alternativu izvan grada gdje su cijene tek neznatno niže. Skuplji kvadrati najviše pogađaju studente koji sve teže financiraju nebeski visoke cijene kvadrata.

Bruna Bandula, predsjednica Hrvatskog studentskog zbora, ispričala je da postoje primjeri u kojima studentima u roku tjedan dana stanodavci kažu da su povisili cijenu najma za 100 eura pa studenti moraju ili prihvatiti taj iznos ili tražiti novi smještaj.

"Tržište je takvo da će stanodavac naći nekog drugog koji će prihvatiti tu cijenu i studenti su stavljeni u vrlo nezgodan položaj", pojasnila je Bandula.

Rata najma veća od kredita

Riječ je o nimalo isplativu položaju jer je rata najma u sve većem broju slučajeva veća od rate kredita.

Agentica za nekretnine Kregar rekla je: "Više se isplati, naravno, kupiti stan i investirati u nekretninu jer kad je kupite, onda je imate i ostane vama, a ovako plaćate rentu i nemate u konačnici mjesto za život."

Predsjednica Udruženja poslovanja nekretninama pri HGK, Lana Mihaljinac Knežević, istaknula je da je jako veliki problem postala priuštljivost posebno za mlade koji kupuju svoju prvu nekretninu.

"Vrlo mali broj njih je kreditno sposoban i Hrvatskoj jako nedostaje sustavna stambena politika za zbrinjavanje stanovništva", poručila je Mihaljinac Knežević.

Vladajući su također postali svjesni problema pa Državni ured za mlade i demografiju planira nove mjere. Riječ je o subvencioniranju cijene najma za mlade obitelji.

"Mislim da je zbrinjavanje, pogotovo mlađe populacije, i rješavanje njihovog stambenog pitanja kroz najam ključna mjera koja nedostaje u Hrvatskoj. Ona postoji u većini europskih država i mislim da je krajnje vrijeme da se uvede i kod nas", zaključila je Mihaljinac Knežević.

Prema najavama vladajućih, to će biti već ove godine. Jedino ostaje otvoreno pitanje pod kojim uvjetima i u kojem iznosu, piše Danas.hr.

Vlada najavljuje subvencije za podstanare: cijene najma skočile u nebo, ispod 600 € nema pristojnog stana

Kako do krova nad glavom? To se čini kao nemoguća misija uz ovakve cijene kvadrata. One koji su odustali od kupnje zbog previsokih cijena, isti problem muči i kod najma koji je sve skuplji pa država planira subvencioniranje najma kao novu mjeru, donosi Danas.hr.

Ono što se jučer iznajmljivalo za 600 eura, danas se iznajmljuje za 750. Unatoč cijeni, Sara Tišljar iz Zagreba rekla je da je zadovoljna i da je dobro prošla. Najamninu dijeli s još dvije cimerice jer sama ne bi mogla.

"Tako da se meni zapravo posrećilo s ovim stanom. Cimerice su se svidjele meni i ja njima pa smo sve skupa završile tu. Svi stanovi se jako brzo iznajme koji su donekle normalni i s nekom normalnom cijenom. Ljudi su postali dosta bezobrazni što se cijene tiče", kazala je Tišljar.

Agentica za nekretnine, Klara Kregar, kaže da cijene najma nikad nisu bile veće. Primjerice, garsonijera veličine 25 kvadrata sada se iznajmljuje za 450 eura.

"Recimo, za dvosoban stan za najam od 45 do 50 kvadrata potrebno je izdvojiti čak 550 do 600 eura. Ako pričamo o centru ili širem centru, to ide i naviše, oko 750 eura", rekla je Kregar.

Mnogi traže alternativu izvan grada gdje su cijene tek neznatno niže. Skuplji kvadrati najviše pogađaju studente koji sve teže financiraju nebeski visoke cijene kvadrata.

Bruna Bandula, predsjednica Hrvatskog studentskog zbora, ispričala je da postoje primjeri u kojima studentima u roku tjedan dana stanodavci kažu da su povisili cijenu najma za 100 eura pa studenti moraju ili prihvatiti taj iznos ili tražiti novi smještaj.

"Tržište je takvo da će stanodavac naći nekog drugog koji će prihvatiti tu cijenu i studenti su stavljeni u vrlo nezgodan položaj", pojasnila je Bandula.

Rata najma veća od kredita

Riječ je o nimalo isplativu položaju jer je rata najma u sve većem broju slučajeva veća od rate kredita.
