Ravnatelj Varaždinske bolnice Nenad Kudelić u emisiji Studio 4 HRT-a rekao je da u Varaždinskoj županiji ne mogu reći da se krivulja prelomila.

Također je otkrio kako je noćas u njegovoj bolnici preminula trudnica od 32 godine, koju su uspjeli poroditi, ali je zbog komplikacija, teške upale pluća, preminula.

-  Možemo reći da se nadamo da se nalazimo na platou. Već tri tjedna broj novootkrivenih zaraženih kreće se blizu 150 i to sa odmakom rezultira velikim pritiskom na bolnički sustav. Za razliku od prethodnog vala kada smo bili među prvima u Hrvatskoj, u ovom valu kasnimo 10-ak dana za ostatkom Hrvatske.

- Tijekom travnja u bolničkom sustavu bilježimo linearni porast hospitalizacije bolesnika. Zadnjih 5-6 dana brojka se ustabilila na 170-180, što je manje nego u prethodnom valu, ali kliničke slike su puno teže, rekao je.

Kad je riječ o težim kliničkim slikama rekao je da su u prethodnom valu na duplo veći broj hospitaliziranih pacijenata - 300, imali oko nešto manji broj ljudi na respirator, najveći broj bio je 24. 

- U ovom valu brojka hospitaliziranih je upola manja, ali brojka ljudi koji zahtijevaju intenzivno liječenje i respiratore je između 25-30, rekao je, te dodao kako je noćas preminula mlada trudnica od 32 godine, koju su uspjeli poroditi, ali je zbog komplikacija, teške upale pluća, preminula.

Prosječna životna dob onih koji se liječe u jedinici intenzivnog liječenja spustila se za 10-15 godina, rekao je Kudelić dodavši da je razlog vjerojatno trojak.

- Prvi je što je veliki broj starijih osoba preminuo, drugi je procijepljenost tog djela populacije, a treći je drugi soj virusa koji izazova teže kliničke slike i kod mlađih osoba, rekao je istaknuvši kako se u kontinuitetu na liječenju nalazi barem jedno dijete. 

- U prethodnom epidemiološkom valu ljudima se pogoršavalo nakon 10-15 dana, a danas je taj period kraći. Već nakon 5-6 dana pacijenti završavaju u bolnici sa naglim pogoršanjem i vrlo brzo završe na visokim dozama kisika, a nerijetko i na respiratoru.

Istaknuo je i kako je u prijašnjem valu statistika govorila u prilog osoba starije životne dobi sa izraženijim komorbiditetima, ali da je sve veći postotak teže oboljelih koji nemaju drugih komorbiditeta.

Kad je riječ o stanju u bolnici rekao je da imaju dovoljan broj respiratora.

- U jednom trenutku ukupan broj na respiratoru iznosio je blizu 40. Tada smo se obratili ministru zdravstva koji je odmah reagirao i osigurao nam sedam dodatnih respiratora, rekao je.

Dodao je i kako zasad uspijevaju pokriti sve potrebe, te da trenutno funkcioniraju na 3-4 Covid-19 intenzivne jedinice, ovisno o broju bolesnika.

Osvrnuo se i na procijepljenost zdravstvenih radnika. Rekao je kako su prije cijepljenja imali veliki problem sa kadrom i da je u jednom trenutku 165 osoba bilo van pogona.

- Danas je ta brojka između 10-20, a to prepisujemo činjenici da je blizu 500 osoba preboljelo koronavirus, a većina je i cijepljena.

Istaknuo je kako se među djelatnicima ponovno pojavio se pozitivitet nakon cijepljenja, ali da su kliničke slike izuzetno blage, što kako je rekao, sigurno ne bi bilo tako da nisu procijepljeni. 

- To je dokaz da cjepivo ima efekta i da se treba cijepiti, zaključio je Kudelić.

Ravnatelj Varaždinske bolnice Nenad Kudelić u emisiji Studio 4 HRT-a rekao je da u Varaždinskoj županiji ne mogu reći da se krivulja prelomila.

Također je otkrio kako je noćas u njegovoj bolnici preminula trudnica od 32 godine, koju su uspjeli poroditi, ali je zbog komplikacija, teške upale pluća, preminula.

-  Možemo reći da se nadamo da se nalazimo na platou. Već tri tjedna broj novootkrivenih zaraženih kreće se blizu 150 i to sa odmakom rezultira velikim pritiskom na bolnički sustav. Za razliku od prethodnog vala kada smo bili među prvima u Hrvatskoj, u ovom valu kasnimo 10-ak dana za ostatkom Hrvatske.

- Tijekom travnja u bolničkom sustavu bilježimo linearni porast hospitalizacije bolesnika. Zadnjih 5-6 dana brojka se ustabilila na 170-180, što je manje nego u prethodnom valu, ali kliničke slike su puno teže, rekao je.

Kad je riječ o težim kliničkim slikama rekao je da su u prethodnom valu na duplo veći broj hospitaliziranih pacijenata - 300, imali oko nešto manji broj ljudi na respirator, najveći broj bio je 24. 

- U ovom valu brojka hospitaliziranih je upola manja, ali brojka ljudi koji zahtijevaju intenzivno liječenje i respiratore je između 25-30, rekao je, te dodao kako je noćas preminula mlada trudnica od 32 godine, koju su uspjeli poroditi, ali je zbog komplikacija, teške upale pluća, preminula.

Prosječna životna dob onih koji se liječe u jedinici intenzivnog liječenja spustila se za 10-15 godina, rekao je Kudelić dodavši da je razlog vjerojatno trojak.

- Prvi je što je veliki broj starijih osoba preminuo, drugi je procijepljenost tog djela populacije, a treći je drugi soj virusa koji izazova teže kliničke slike i kod mlađih osoba, rekao je istaknuvši kako se u kontinuitetu na liječenju nalazi barem jedno dijete. 

- U prethodnom epidemiološkom valu ljudima se pogoršavalo nakon 10-15 dana, a danas je taj period kraći. Već nakon 5-6 dana pacijenti završavaju u bolnici sa naglim pogoršanjem i vrlo brzo završe na visokim dozama kisika, a nerijetko i na respiratoru.

Istaknuo je i kako je u prijašnjem valu statistika govorila u prilog osoba starije životne dobi sa izraženijim komorbiditetima, ali da je sve veći postotak teže oboljelih koji nemaju drugih komorbiditeta.

Kad je riječ o stanju u bolnici rekao je da imaju dovoljan broj respiratora.

- U jednom trenutku ukupan broj na respiratoru iznosio je blizu 40. Tada smo se obratili ministru zdravstva koji je odmah reagirao i osigurao nam sedam dodatnih respiratora, rekao je.

Dodao je i kako zasad uspijevaju pokriti sve potrebe, te da trenutno funkcioniraju na 3-4 Covid-19 intenzivne jedinice, ovisno o broju bolesnika.

Osvrnuo se i na procijepljenost zdravstvenih radnika. Rekao je kako su prije cijepljenja imali veliki problem sa kadrom i da je u jednom trenutku 165 osoba bilo van pogona.

- Danas je ta brojka između 10-20, a to prepisujemo činjenici da je blizu 500 osoba preboljelo koronavirus, a većina je i cijepljena.

Istaknuo je kako se među djelatnicima ponovno pojavio se pozitivitet nakon cijepljenja, ali da su kliničke slike izuzetno blage, što kako je rekao, sigurno ne bi bilo tako da nisu procijepljeni. 

- To je dokaz da cjepivo ima efekta i da se treba cijepiti, zaključio je Kudelić.

Ravnatelj Varaždinske bolnice Nenad Kudelić u emisiji Studio 4 HRT-a rekao je da u Varaždinskoj županiji ne mogu reći da se krivulja prelomila.

Također je otkrio kako je noćas u njegovoj bolnici preminula trudnica od 32 godine, koju su uspjeli poroditi, ali je zbog komplikacija, teške upale pluća, preminula.

-  Možemo reći da se nadamo da se nalazimo na platou. Već tri tjedna broj novootkrivenih zaraženih kreće se blizu 150 i to sa odmakom rezultira velikim pritiskom na bolnički sustav. Za razliku od prethodnog vala kada smo bili među prvima u Hrvatskoj, u ovom valu kasnimo 10-ak dana za ostatkom Hrvatske.

- Tijekom travnja u bolničkom sustavu bilježimo linearni porast hospitalizacije bolesnika. Zadnjih 5-6 dana brojka se ustabilila na 170-180, što je manje nego u prethodnom valu, ali kliničke slike su puno teže, rekao je.

Kad je riječ o težim kliničkim slikama rekao je da su u prethodnom valu na duplo veći broj hospitaliziranih pacijenata - 300, imali oko nešto manji broj ljudi na respirator, najveći broj bio je 24. 

- U ovom valu brojka hospitaliziranih je upola manja, ali brojka ljudi koji zahtijevaju intenzivno liječenje i respiratore je između 25-30, rekao je, te dodao kako je noćas preminula mlada trudnica od 32 godine, koju su uspjeli poroditi, ali je zbog komplikacija, teške upale pluća, preminula.

Prosječna životna dob onih koji se liječe u jedinici intenzivnog liječenja spustila se za 10-15 godina, rekao je Kudelić dodavši da je razlog vjerojatno trojak.

- Prvi je što je veliki broj starijih osoba preminuo, drugi je procijepljenost tog djela populacije, a treći je drugi soj virusa koji izazova teže kliničke slike i kod mlađih osoba, rekao je istaknuvši kako se u kontinuitetu na liječenju nalazi barem jedno dijete. 

- U prethodnom epidemiološkom valu ljudima se pogoršavalo nakon 10-15 dana, a danas je taj period kraći. Već nakon 5-6 dana pacijenti završavaju u bolnici sa naglim pogoršanjem i vrlo brzo završe na visokim dozama kisika, a nerijetko i na respiratoru.

Istaknuo je i kako je u prijašnjem valu statistika govorila u prilog osoba starije životne dobi sa izraženijim komorbiditetima, ali da je sve veći postotak teže oboljelih koji nemaju drugih komorbiditeta.

Kad je riječ o stanju u bolnici rekao je da imaju dovoljan broj respiratora.
