Neka reformirana Palestinska uprava ili možda međunarodne snage koje bi upravljale teritorijem spominju se ovih dana kao odgovor na pitanje što s Gazom nakon završetka rata. Američki državni tajnik Antony Blinken, koji tjednima bjesomučno obilazi bliskoistočne političke lidere, zalaže se za rješenje prema kojem bi Gazom upravljali ljudi iz Palestinske uprave odnosno pripadnici Fataha, nešto umjerenije palestinske političke opcije, koja je na vlasti na Zapadnoj obali, a iz Gaze ih je nakon petodnevnog vojnog sukoba još 2007. istjerao Hamas, piše Jutarnji list. 

Međutim, prijedlog da nekakva palestinska koalicija na čelu s Fatahom dođe upravljati Gazom neprihvatljiv je dijelu politike u Izraelu, pogotovo desničarima koji su dio aktualne vlade. Izraelski ministar Bezalel Smotrich, optuživan za rasizam, ovaj je vikend dao intervju u kojem odbacuje "američki savjet" o izraelskom odlasku iz Gaze nakon Hamasova poraza. "Na dan poslije najvažnije je da u Gazi više ne bude Hamasa, a da tamo budu snage IDF-a koje će Gazu operacijski voditi još godinama", rekao je Smotrich izraelskoj televiziji Channel 12.

Prilikom sastanka s jordanskim ministrom vanjskih poslova Ajmanom Safadijem Blinkenu je rečeno: "Ne možemo reći što dalje jer još ne znamo što će biti polazišna točka. Kako će uopće izgledati Gaza nakon sukoba? Hoće li stanovništvo biti svedeno na izbjeglice? I zato ne znamo što dalje jer nemamo varijable da uopće o tome počnemo razmišljati".

‘Izrael će u rukama imati sigurnost‘

Baš kao i Smotrich, bivši Netanyahuov savjetnik za nacionalnu sigurnost Jacob Nagel smatra da Izrael ne može riskirati predajući sigurnosnu kontrolu Gaze nekome drugome. "Tko god da preuzme civilni dio, Izrael će u rukama imati sigurnost. Cijeli pojas Gaze, a pogotovo grad Gaza, bit će demilitariziran i tamo neće biti tunela, oružja ili kapaciteta za proizvodnju oružja. Sva dobra koja budu ulazila u Gazu nadzirat će se i potencijalno oduzimati", izjavio je Nagel, dodajući da će izraelske snage moći u bilo kojem trenutku i bilo gdje ući na palestinski teritorij i ukloniti sve prijetnje Izraelu.

U očima Izraela malo je razlika između Hamasa i Fataha, koji je pozdravio Hamasovu operaciju protiv Izraela 7. listopada. Blinken je pred američkim Kongresom govorio o Palestinskoj samoupravi kao rješenju s "najviše smisla", ali nije isključio privremenu administraciju predstavnika više zemalja ili neke međunarodne agencije. Prema izjavama jednog anonimnog američkog dužnosnika, stav je SAD-a da je Hamas neprijatelj Fataha i da treba prestati blokirati financijsku pomoć Palestinskoj upravi, što Izrael radi.

Premijer Palestinske uprave Mohamed Štajeh za Guardian je nedavno izjavio da bez širokog dogovora i stvaranja države neće biti ulaska u Gazu i preuzimanja vlasti.

Brian Katulis iz Instituta za Bliski istok smatra da sve ideje za "dan poslije" spadaju u sektor fantazije jer "trenutačno arapske zemlje ne vide stvari kao Amerika zbog američke podrške ratu u Gazi".

Što poslije, ovisit će ne samo o stanju u Gazi, nego i o političkoj sceni u Izraelu. Čini se da su Izraelci složni u tome da Benjamin Netanyahu mora otići, jedino je pitanje treba li to odmah ili kada rat završi. Benny Gantz, ministar bez portfelja i bivši zapovjednik vojske, u ovom je trenutku dvostruko popularniji od premijera.

Ugledni bivši egipatski veleposlanik Abderahman Salaheldin predložio je da multinacionalne snage uđu u Gazu i razoružaju sve palestinske frakcije.

SAD ponovno otvara staru temu

"Misija tih snaga trajala bi prijelazne dvije godine dok se ne ustroje palestinske policijske snage iz pojasa Gaze", objasnio je. Ta bi misija možda pokušala osigurati ovlasti rezolucije Vijeća sigurnosti UN-a, ali to bi zahtijevalo jednoglasje.

Međutim, Izrael bi vrlo vjerojatno bio protiv mirovnih snaga UN-a. Zbog toga bi možda realističnije bile ad hoc multinacionalne snage. Među njima bi mogle, ali ne bi morale, biti arapske zemlje.

Arapske zemlje možda bi bile voljne platiti obnovu Gaze, ali možda neće htjeti ići tako daleko da u Gazu pošalju vojnike kako bi osiguravali radikalizirane i traumatizirane Palestince.

SAD ponovno otvara temu dugoročnog rješenja s dvije države i suživot. Španjolska je već ponudila da bude domaćin konferencije poput one u Madridu 1991. godine koja je iznjedrila Sporazum iz Osla. Arapska liga želi vodeću ulogu. UAE, Katar i Saudijska Arabija ne žele ponovno prikupiti milijarde dolara ako neće biti ozbiljnog političkog dogovora. A sve to podrazumijeva da će Izrael moći uništiti Hamas po "moralno i diplomatski prihvatljivoj cijeni", piše Guardian. Međutim, postavlja se pitanje je li uopće moguće iskorijeniti Hamas. Mnogi ne vjeruju u to. "Ona teška pitanja sve se glasnije čuju. Kako izgleda uspjeh?", komentirala je Gina Abercrombie-Winstanley, bivša američka dužnosnica koja se bavila Bliskim istokom.

Neka reformirana Palestinska uprava ili možda međunarodne snage koje bi upravljale teritorijem spominju se ovih dana kao odgovor na pitanje što s Gazom nakon završetka rata. Američki državni tajnik Antony Blinken, koji tjednima bjesomučno obilazi bliskoistočne političke lidere, zalaže se za rješenje prema kojem bi Gazom upravljali ljudi iz Palestinske uprave odnosno pripadnici Fataha, nešto umjerenije palestinske političke opcije, koja je na vlasti na Zapadnoj obali, a iz Gaze ih je nakon petodnevnog vojnog sukoba još 2007. istjerao Hamas, piše Jutarnji list. 

Međutim, prijedlog da nekakva palestinska koalicija na čelu s Fatahom dođe upravljati Gazom neprihvatljiv je dijelu politike u Izraelu, pogotovo desničarima koji su dio aktualne vlade. Izraelski ministar Bezalel Smotrich, optuživan za rasizam, ovaj je vikend dao intervju u kojem odbacuje "američki savjet" o izraelskom odlasku iz Gaze nakon Hamasova poraza. "Na dan poslije najvažnije je da u Gazi više ne bude Hamasa, a da tamo budu snage IDF-a koje će Gazu operacijski voditi još godinama", rekao je Smotrich izraelskoj televiziji Channel 12.

Prilikom sastanka s jordanskim ministrom vanjskih poslova Ajmanom Safadijem Blinkenu je rečeno: "Ne možemo reći što dalje jer još ne znamo što će biti polazišna točka. Kako će uopće izgledati Gaza nakon sukoba? Hoće li stanovništvo biti svedeno na izbjeglice? I zato ne znamo što dalje jer nemamo varijable da uopće o tome počnemo razmišljati".

‘Izrael će u rukama imati sigurnost‘

Baš kao i Smotrich, bivši Netanyahuov savjetnik za nacionalnu sigurnost Jacob Nagel smatra da Izrael ne može riskirati predajući sigurnosnu kontrolu Gaze nekome drugome. "Tko god da preuzme civilni dio, Izrael će u rukama imati sigurnost. Cijeli pojas Gaze, a pogotovo grad Gaza, bit će demilitariziran i tamo neće biti tunela, oružja ili kapaciteta za proizvodnju oružja. Sva dobra koja budu ulazila u Gazu nadzirat će se i potencijalno oduzimati", izjavio je Nagel, dodajući da će izraelske snage moći u bilo kojem trenutku i bilo gdje ući na palestinski teritorij i ukloniti sve prijetnje Izraelu.

U očima Izraela malo je razlika između Hamasa i Fataha, koji je pozdravio Hamasovu operaciju protiv Izraela 7. listopada. Blinken je pred američkim Kongresom govorio o Palestinskoj samoupravi kao rješenju s "najviše smisla", ali nije isključio privremenu administraciju predstavnika više zemalja ili neke međunarodne agencije. Prema izjavama jednog anonimnog američkog dužnosnika, stav je SAD-a da je Hamas neprijatelj Fataha i da treba prestati blokirati financijsku pomoć Palestinskoj upravi, što Izrael radi.

Premijer Palestinske uprave Mohamed Štajeh za Guardian je nedavno izjavio da bez širokog dogovora i stvaranja države neće biti ulaska u Gazu i preuzimanja vlasti.

Brian Katulis iz Instituta za Bliski istok smatra da sve ideje za "dan poslije" spadaju u sektor fantazije jer "trenutačno arapske zemlje ne vide stvari kao Amerika zbog američke podrške ratu u Gazi".

Što poslije, ovisit će ne samo o stanju u Gazi, nego i o političkoj sceni u Izraelu. Čini se da su Izraelci složni u tome da Benjamin Netanyahu mora otići, jedino je pitanje treba li to odmah ili kada rat završi. Benny Gantz, ministar bez portfelja i bivši zapovjednik vojske, u ovom je trenutku dvostruko popularniji od premijera.

Ugledni bivši egipatski veleposlanik Abderahman Salaheldin predložio je da multinacionalne snage uđu u Gazu i razoružaju sve palestinske frakcije.

"Misija tih snaga trajala bi prijelazne dvije godine dok se ne ustroje palestinske policijske snage iz pojasa Gaze", objasnio je. Ta bi misija možda pokušala osigurati ovlasti rezolucije Vijeća sigurnosti UN-a, ali to bi zahtijevalo jednoglasje.

Međutim, Izrael bi vrlo vjerojatno bio protiv mirovnih snaga UN-a. Zbog toga bi možda realističnije bile ad hoc multinacionalne snage. Među njima bi mogle, ali ne bi morale, biti arapske zemlje.

Arapske zemlje možda bi bile voljne platiti obnovu Gaze, ali možda neće htjeti ići tako daleko da u Gazu pošalju vojnike kako bi osiguravali radikalizirane i traumatizirane Palestince.

SAD ponovno otvara temu dugoročnog rješenja s dvije države i suživot. Španjolska je već ponudila da bude domaćin konferencije poput one u Madridu 1991. godine koja je iznjedrila Sporazum iz Osla. Arapska liga želi vodeću ulogu. UAE, Katar i Saudijska Arabija ne žele ponovno prikupiti milijarde dolara ako neće biti ozbiljnog političkog dogovora. A sve to podrazumijeva da će Izrael moći uništiti Hamas po "moralno i diplomatski prihvatljivoj cijeni", piše Guardian. Međutim, postavlja se pitanje je li uopće moguće iskorijeniti Hamas. Mnogi ne vjeruju u to. "Ona teška pitanja sve se glasnije čuju. Kako izgleda uspjeh?", komentirala je Gina Abercrombie-Winstanley, bivša američka dužnosnica koja se bavila Bliskim istokom.
