Kao što sugerira natpis na kraju špice Dosje X-a "Istina je oko nas", tako je u ovoj čudnoj financijskoj stvarnosti koju živimo inflacija svuda oko nas.

Ipak, u stilu legendarnog dua FBI agenata iz spomenute serije, i mi smo uspjeli pronaći svoj NLO., pri čemu nas je nedokučiva vanzemaljaska sila privukla u Addcar Croatia - agenciju za iznajmljivanje automobila. Tamo je, za razliku od svih ostalih usluga u turizmu, trend cijena krenuo u obrnutom smjeru. 

- Iznosi najma vozila su još manji nego prošle godine, kada su isto padali, a sve su niži i niži kako sezona dolazi. Do 2022. je bilo uobičajeno, rekla bih i normalno, da kako se sezona zahuktava da tako i cifre rent-a-cara rastu.

Međutim, sad se ta situacija okrenula naopako. Tako, ako ste krajem prošle godine bukirali vozilo za travanj, cijena vam je mogla biti 15-20 eura. Ako sad bukirate, bit će između 7 i 12. Zbog toga imamo dosta otkazivanja starijih rezervacija, jer ljudi iskorištavaju tu priliku - govori nam voditeljica Tončica Bogdan.

Suočen s ovim okultnim saznanjima, svaki predani istraživač paranormalnog će si postaviti ono jedino logično pitanje: Kako je do ovoga došlo? A situacija je, u stvari, jako jednostavna.

- U ljeto 2021. je jedna gospođa za dan i pol najma i vožnju od Pule do Rijeke platila 589 eura. Svi su mislili da će takva isplativost postati norma, pa su navalili sa svih strana. Jasno, tržište se zagužvalo, pa su se baš zbog toga cifre srozale. Sada ima previše rent-a-car vozila na cesti. Vlada velika borba za klijente - obavještavaju nas iz splitske podružnice.

Dosad je u maloj hrvatskoj bajci masovnog turizma bilo uobičajeno da se u špici ljeta auti mogu naći za 40-50 eura dnevno tj. 60 za automatike. Bilo je i modela koji su bili dostupni za 33 eura. Prošle godine, krajem srpnja, ta cifra je pala na 18. 

A kao šlag na tortu opadajuće profitabilnosti je došla vijest da je Ryanair otkazao 110 svibanjskih letova za Zagreb, što je rezultiralo opadajućom potražnjom za dostupne rent-a-car flote. Slijetanja iste tvrtke na zadarski aerodrom nisu došle u pitanje, ali isplativost lokalnih agencija za iznajmljivanje automobila jest. Naime, tamo se sada maia auta posuđuju za samo šest eura dnevno! 

Ako se ovaj trend nastavi, turistima će biti isplativije uzeti rent-a-car od aerodroma do grada - koji će ih, računajući troškove ostavljanja vozila na drugoj lokaciji, izaći nekih 30-ak eura - nego uzeti taksi.

- Splitsku turističku klijentelu čine pretežito mladi s ograničenim budžetima, koji obično nisu skloni najmu prijevoza u osobnom aranžmanu. Doduše, trenutna cijena nije više ni njima problem, ali iznos depozita jest - objašnjava nam Bogdan.

Vozila s automatik mjenjačem bolje drže cijenu, koja je 15-20 eura viša od one manualaca. 

- Sada očekujemo i jače otvaranje kineskog tržišta, a oni ne voze aute s manualnim mijenjanjem brzina. Zanimljivo, ove godine Amerikanci, koji su inače poznati po tome da preferiraju automatik, mahom iznajmljuju manualce. Kako to objasniti? Pa, izgleda da kineski turisti imaju bolju kupovnu moć i više troše - pretpostavlja voditeljica Addcara.

Motori i dalje drže svoju cijenu od 30-35 eura, prvenstveno jer se uzimaju na kraći period (prosjek dana najma automobila je 8,3 dana).

- Svake godine obnavljamo vozni park rent-a-car vozila, da držimo nivo usluge. Sada su i platforme za koje smo vezani, tipa Booking.com, osvježili uvjete i traže samo vozila mlađa od pet godina i koja su prešla ispod 85.000 kilometara. Što da vam kažem? Treba se prilagođavati tržištu... Ipak, unatoč padu marže, izvlače nas rujan i listopad koji su mnogo popunjeniji nego ranijih godina - kaže Bogdan.

Ovaj slučaj je, izgleda, riješen; ali održivost hrvatskog turizma se iz dana u dan, pokazuje kao sve veći misterij.

Kao što sugerira natpis na kraju špice Dosje X-a "Istina je oko nas", tako je u ovoj čudnoj financijskoj stvarnosti koju živimo inflacija svuda oko nas.

Ipak, u stilu legendarnog dua FBI agenata iz spomenute serije, i mi smo uspjeli pronaći svoj NLO., pri čemu nas je nedokučiva vanzemaljaska sila privukla u Addcar Croatia - agenciju za iznajmljivanje automobila. Tamo je, za razliku od svih ostalih usluga u turizmu, trend cijena krenuo u obrnutom smjeru. 

- Iznosi najma vozila su još manji nego prošle godine, kada su isto padali, a sve su niži i niži kako sezona dolazi. Do 2022. je bilo uobičajeno, rekla bih i normalno, da kako se sezona zahuktava da tako i cifre rent-a-cara rastu.

Međutim, sad se ta situacija okrenula naopako. Tako, ako ste krajem prošle godine bukirali vozilo za travanj, cijena vam je mogla biti 15-20 eura. Ako sad bukirate, bit će između 7 i 12. Zbog toga imamo dosta otkazivanja starijih rezervacija, jer ljudi iskorištavaju tu priliku - govori nam voditeljica Tončica Bogdan.

Suočen s ovim okultnim saznanjima, svaki predani istraživač paranormalnog će si postaviti ono jedino logično pitanje: Kako je do ovoga došlo? A situacija je, u stvari, jako jednostavna.

- U ljeto 2021. je jedna gospođa za dan i pol najma i vožnju od Pule do Rijeke platila 589 eura. Svi su mislili da će takva isplativost postati norma, pa su navalili sa svih strana. Jasno, tržište se zagužvalo, pa su se baš zbog toga cifre srozale. Sada ima previše rent-a-car vozila na cesti. Vlada velika borba za klijente - obavještavaju nas iz splitske podružnice.

Dosad je u maloj hrvatskoj bajci masovnog turizma bilo uobičajeno da se u špici ljeta auti mogu naći za 40-50 eura dnevno tj. 60 za automatike. Bilo je i modela koji su bili dostupni za 33 eura. Prošle godine, krajem srpnja, ta cifra je pala na 18. 

A kao šlag na tortu opadajuće profitabilnosti je došla vijest da je Ryanair otkazao 110 svibanjskih letova za Zagreb, što je rezultiralo opadajućom potražnjom za dostupne rent-a-car flote. Slijetanja iste tvrtke na zadarski aerodrom nisu došle u pitanje, ali isplativost lokalnih agencija za iznajmljivanje automobila jest. Naime, tamo se sada maia auta posuđuju za samo šest eura dnevno! 

Ako se ovaj trend nastavi, turistima će biti isplativije uzeti rent-a-car od aerodroma do grada - koji će ih, računajući troškove ostavljanja vozila na drugoj lokaciji, izaći nekih 30-ak eura - nego uzeti taksi.

- Splitsku turističku klijentelu čine pretežito mladi s ograničenim budžetima, koji obično nisu skloni najmu prijevoza u osobnom aranžmanu. Doduše, trenutna cijena nije više ni njima problem, ali iznos depozita jest - objašnjava nam Bogdan.

Vozila s automatik mjenjačem bolje drže cijenu, koja je 15-20 eura viša od one manualaca. 

- Sada očekujemo i jače otvaranje kineskog tržišta, a oni ne voze aute s manualnim mijenjanjem brzina. Zanimljivo, ove godine Amerikanci, koji su inače poznati po tome da preferiraju automatik, mahom iznajmljuju manualce. Kako to objasniti? Pa, izgleda da kineski turisti imaju bolju kupovnu moć i više troše - pretpostavlja voditeljica Addcara.

Motori i dalje drže svoju cijenu od 30-35 eura, prvenstveno jer se uzimaju na kraći period (prosjek dana najma automobila je 8,3 dana).

- Svake godine obnavljamo vozni park rent-a-car vozila, da držimo nivo usluge. Sada su i platforme za koje smo vezani, tipa Booking.com, osvježili uvjete i traže samo vozila mlađa od pet godina i koja su prešla ispod 85.000 kilometara. Što da vam kažem? Treba se prilagođavati tržištu... Ipak, unatoč padu marže, izvlače nas rujan i listopad koji su mnogo popunjeniji nego ranijih godina - kaže Bogdan.

Ovaj slučaj je, izgleda, riješen; ali održivost hrvatskog turizma se iz dana u dan, pokazuje kao sve veći misterij.
