Argentina pokušava riješiti misterij pojave zaraze koronavirusom kod 57 mornara nakon 35 dana provedenih na moru, unatoč tomu što su na testiranju prije plovidbe svi bili negativni.

Ribarski brod Echizen Maru vratio se u luku nakon što je dio mornara razvio simptome koji odgovaraju covidu-19, objavilo je ministarstvo zdravlja u ponedjeljak. Prema ministarstvu 57 od 61 člana posade sada je pozitivno na koronavirus.

Svi su testirani 14 dana prije plovidbe, bili su negativni i do ukrcavanja na brod bili su u obveznoj karanteni u hotelu u gradu Ushuaiaju.  Samo su dva mornara negativna na virus, a rezultati se čekaju za još dva člana posade.

"Teško je utvrditi kako su zaraženi jer 35 dana nisu bili ni sa kim u kontaktu a opskrbljeni su namirnicama iz luke Ushuaia", kaže epidemiologinja Alejandra Alfaro u Tierra del Fuegou.

Tim sada pokušava utvrditi kronologiju simptoma kako bi utvrdio kronologiju zaraze.
Voditelj odjela zaraznih bolesti u bolnici u Ushuaiai Leandro Ballatore kaže da inkubacija od 35 dana nije još opisana.
Broj oboljelih od covida-19 u Argentini premašio je 100.000, a preminulo je više od 1900. Većina zaraženih je na području Buenos Airesa.

Argentina pokušava riješiti misterij pojave zaraze koronavirusom kod 57 mornara nakon 35 dana provedenih na moru, unatoč tomu što su na testiranju prije plovidbe svi bili negativni.

Ribarski brod Echizen Maru vratio se u luku nakon što je dio mornara razvio simptome koji odgovaraju covidu-19, objavilo je ministarstvo zdravlja u ponedjeljak. Prema ministarstvu 57 od 61 člana posade sada je pozitivno na koronavirus.

Svi su testirani 14 dana prije plovidbe, bili su negativni i do ukrcavanja na brod bili su u obveznoj karanteni u hotelu u gradu Ushuaiaju.  Samo su dva mornara negativna na virus, a rezultati se čekaju za još dva člana posade.

"Teško je utvrditi kako su zaraženi jer 35 dana nisu bili ni sa kim u kontaktu a opskrbljeni su namirnicama iz luke Ushuaia", kaže epidemiologinja Alejandra Alfaro u Tierra del Fuegou.

Tim sada pokušava utvrditi kronologiju simptoma kako bi utvrdio kronologiju zaraze.
Voditelj odjela zaraznih bolesti u bolnici u Ushuaiai Leandro Ballatore kaže da inkubacija od 35 dana nije još opisana.
Broj oboljelih od covida-19 u Argentini premašio je 100.000, a preminulo je više od 1900. Većina zaraženih je na području Buenos Airesa.

Argentina pokušava riješiti misterij pojave zaraze koronavirusom kod 57 mornara nakon 35 dana provedenih na moru, unatoč tomu što su na testiranju prije plovidbe svi bili negativni.

Ribarski brod Echizen Maru vratio se u luku nakon što je dio mornara razvio simptome koji odgovaraju covidu-19, objavilo je ministarstvo zdravlja u ponedjeljak. Prema ministarstvu 57 od 61 člana posade sada je pozitivno na koronavirus.

Svi su testirani 14 dana prije plovidbe, bili su negativni i do ukrcavanja na brod bili su u obveznoj karanteni u hotelu u gradu Ushuaiaju.  Samo su dva mornara negativna na virus, a rezultati se čekaju za još dva člana posade.

"Teško je utvrditi kako su zaraženi jer 35 dana nisu bili ni sa kim u kontaktu a opskrbljeni su namirnicama iz luke Ushuaia", kaže epidemiologinja Alejandra Alfaro u Tierra del Fuegou.

Tim sada pokušava utvrditi kronologiju simptoma kako bi utvrdio kronologiju zaraze.
Voditelj odjela zaraznih bolesti u bolnici u Ushuaiai Leandro Ballatore kaže da inkubacija od 35 dana nije još opisana.
Broj oboljelih od covida-19 u Argentini premašio je 100.000, a preminulo je više od 1900. Većina zaraženih je na području Buenos Airesa.
