Čelnik Hrvatsko zavoda za javno zdravstvo Krunoslav Capak za Dnevnik Nove TV govorio je o tome kad Hrvati mogu očekivati ublažavanje mjera u borbi protiv koronavirusa, kad bi se moglo razviti cjepivo i možemo li se nadati kakvoj-takvoj turističkoj sezoni ovog ljeta.

Još pet dana vrijed mjere borbe protiv epidemije koje je uveo Nacionalni stožer, hoće li se one produžiti nakon 19. travnja? - bilo je prvo pitanje.

 - Mi mislimo da nije još nije vrijeme za ukidanje tih mjera. Ako ćemo imati pad od 5 do 7 dana u broju novooboljelih onda ćemo to razmotriti i to posebno za različite djelatnosti. Plus, svaka od tih djelatnosti morat će raditi uz pridržavanje epidemioloških mjera.

Upitan kad će se život vratiti u normalu i kad ćemo imati cjepivo, odgovorio je:

 - Mislim da nekih 12 mjeseci ili koji mjesec više su realni period koji ćemo čekati do cjepiva. Bez cjepiva je scenarij takav da smo početno držali virus pod kontrolom, a očekujem da će tijekom ljeta situacija biti bolja jer je riječ o kapljičnoj infekciji. Po našoj procjeni trebalo bi biti znatno manje oboljelih, a na jesen i na zimu situacija ovisi o brojnim faktorima. No, do ljeta nećemo steći kolektivni imunitet. Ako virus ostaje isti kakav jest nastavit će se to prokuživanje i trebat će još jedna sezona da se zaustavi širenje infekcije. Ako će se virus mijenjati, u tom slučaju nam, slijedi sezonstvo, a možda bude i scenarij kao sa SARS-om pa možda nestane i njegov mlađi brat.

Upitan kad će se krenuti sa širim testiranjem populacije, odgovorio je:

 - Pripreme su pri kraju, ali to nisu dijagnostički testovi, to su testovi koji pokazuju imunitet na bolest, to jest prisustva antitijela u krvi. Oni su važni za procjenu prokuženosti populacije i upoznavanje virusa i imuniteta kod ljudi nakon preboljele bolesti. Mislim da će to biti za nekoliko dana. Prijavili smo veliki serološki projekt te se nadamo da ćemo obuhvatili jedan veći dio populacije - rekao je.

Što se tiče eventualnog rasta broj novozaraženih zbog Uskrsa, Capak je rekao da ne očekuje neki posebni rast, ali za dva tjedna ćemo znati dok završi period inkubacije.

Zadnje pitanje bilo je o tome može li se Hrvatska nadati turističkoj sezoni, makar u znatno smanjenom obujmu.

 - Što se tiče turistike sezone, mi imamo neke prednosti u odnosu na konkurenciju jer je naša epidemiološka situacija puno bolja. Možda možemo očekivati dolazak turista koji se ne najavljuju unaprijed, a domaći turisti moći će uživati u moru - odgovorio je Capak.

Čelnik Hrvatsko zavoda za javno zdravstvo Krunoslav Capak za Dnevnik Nove TV govorio je o tome kad Hrvati mogu očekivati ublažavanje mjera u borbi protiv koronavirusa, kad bi se moglo razviti cjepivo i možemo li se nadati kakvoj-takvoj turističkoj sezoni ovog ljeta.

Još pet dana vrijed mjere borbe protiv epidemije koje je uveo Nacionalni stožer, hoće li se one produžiti nakon 19. travnja? - bilo je prvo pitanje.

 - Mi mislimo da nije još nije vrijeme za ukidanje tih mjera. Ako ćemo imati pad od 5 do 7 dana u broju novooboljelih onda ćemo to razmotriti i to posebno za različite djelatnosti. Plus, svaka od tih djelatnosti morat će raditi uz pridržavanje epidemioloških mjera.

Upitan kad će se život vratiti u normalu i kad ćemo imati cjepivo, odgovorio je:

 - Mislim da nekih 12 mjeseci ili koji mjesec više su realni period koji ćemo čekati do cjepiva. Bez cjepiva je scenarij takav da smo početno držali virus pod kontrolom, a očekujem da će tijekom ljeta situacija biti bolja jer je riječ o kapljičnoj infekciji. Po našoj procjeni trebalo bi biti znatno manje oboljelih, a na jesen i na zimu situacija ovisi o brojnim faktorima. No, do ljeta nećemo steći kolektivni imunitet. Ako virus ostaje isti kakav jest nastavit će se to prokuživanje i trebat će još jedna sezona da se zaustavi širenje infekcije. Ako će se virus mijenjati, u tom slučaju nam, slijedi sezonstvo, a možda bude i scenarij kao sa SARS-om pa možda nestane i njegov mlađi brat.

Upitan kad će se krenuti sa širim testiranjem populacije, odgovorio je:

 - Pripreme su pri kraju, ali to nisu dijagnostički testovi, to su testovi koji pokazuju imunitet na bolest, to jest prisustva antitijela u krvi. Oni su važni za procjenu prokuženosti populacije i upoznavanje virusa i imuniteta kod ljudi nakon preboljele bolesti. Mislim da će to biti za nekoliko dana. Prijavili smo veliki serološki projekt te se nadamo da ćemo obuhvatili jedan veći dio populacije - rekao je.

Što se tiče eventualnog rasta broj novozaraženih zbog Uskrsa, Capak je rekao da ne očekuje neki posebni rast, ali za dva tjedna ćemo znati dok završi period inkubacije.

Zadnje pitanje bilo je o tome može li se Hrvatska nadati turističkoj sezoni, makar u znatno smanjenom obujmu.

 - Što se tiče turistike sezone, mi imamo neke prednosti u odnosu na konkurenciju jer je naša epidemiološka situacija puno bolja. Možda možemo očekivati dolazak turista koji se ne najavljuju unaprijed, a domaći turisti moći će uživati u moru - odgovorio je Capak.

Čelnik Hrvatsko zavoda za javno zdravstvo Krunoslav Capak za Dnevnik Nove TV govorio je o tome kad Hrvati mogu očekivati ublažavanje mjera u borbi protiv koronavirusa, kad bi se moglo razviti cjepivo i možemo li se nadati kakvoj-takvoj turističkoj sezoni ovog ljeta.

Još pet dana vrijed mjere borbe protiv epidemije koje je uveo Nacionalni stožer, hoće li se one produžiti nakon 19. travnja? - bilo je prvo pitanje.

 - Mi mislimo da nije još nije vrijeme za ukidanje tih mjera. Ako ćemo imati pad od 5 do 7 dana u broju novooboljelih onda ćemo to razmotriti i to posebno za različite djelatnosti. Plus, svaka od tih djelatnosti morat će raditi uz pridržavanje epidemioloških mjera.

Upitan kad će se život vratiti u normalu i kad ćemo imati cjepivo, odgovorio je:

 - Mislim da nekih 12 mjeseci ili koji mjesec više su realni period koji ćemo čekati do cjepiva. Bez cjepiva je scenarij takav da smo početno držali virus pod kontrolom, a očekujem da će tijekom ljeta situacija biti bolja jer je riječ o kapljičnoj infekciji. Po našoj procjeni trebalo bi biti znatno manje oboljelih, a na jesen i na zimu situacija ovisi o brojnim faktorima. No, do ljeta nećemo steći kolektivni imunitet. Ako virus ostaje isti kakav jest nastavit će se to prokuživanje i trebat će još jedna sezona da se zaustavi širenje infekcije. Ako će se virus mijenjati, u tom slučaju nam, slijedi sezonstvo, a možda bude i scenarij kao sa SARS-om pa možda nestane i njegov mlađi brat.

Upitan kad će se krenuti sa širim testiranjem populacije, odgovorio je:

 - Pripreme su pri kraju, ali to nisu dijagnostički testovi, to su testovi koji pokazuju imunitet na bolest, to jest prisustva antitijela u krvi. Oni su važni za procjenu prokuženosti populacije i upoznavanje virusa i imuniteta kod ljudi nakon preboljele bolesti. Mislim da će to biti za nekoliko dana. Prijavili smo veliki serološki projekt te se nadamo da ćemo obuhvatili jedan veći dio populacije - rekao je.

Što se tiče eventualnog rasta broj novozaraženih zbog Uskrsa, Capak je rekao da ne očekuje neki posebni rast, ali za dva tjedna ćemo znati dok završi period inkubacije.

Zadnje pitanje bilo je o tome može li se Hrvatska nadati turističkoj sezoni, makar u znatno smanjenom obujmu.

 - Što se tiče turistike sezone, mi imamo neke prednosti u odnosu na konkurenciju jer je naša epidemiološka situacija puno bolja. Možda možemo očekivati dolazak turista koji se ne najavljuju unaprijed, a domaći turisti moći će uživati u moru - odgovorio je Capak.
