Pobjedom Joea Bidena promijenit će se u mnogome i američka vanjska politika te uglavnom vratiti u okvire kakva je bila u vrijeme prije Trumpove administracije. Glavni prioritet bit će normalizacija savezničkih i partnerskih odnosa s EU, pogotovo glavnim njenim državama Njemačkom i Francuskom. U sklopu toga, treba promatrati i promjene koje će to donijeti na ove naše, balkanske prostore. Većina analitičara smatra kako Balkan neće, barem u prvo vrijeme, biti prioritet Bidenova tima, ali neće biti ni zanemaren i pazit će se, dok se ostale stvari ne srede, da stanje ne izmakne kontroli.

No mogu se očekivati zaokreti u američkoj balkanskoj politici, koji se nekim ovdašnjim igračima neće baš svidjeti, pogotovo Vučiću, Dodiku i prosrpskim snagama u Crnoj Gori. Prvo, za vjerovati je da se Balkanu neće pristupati nepredvidivo, voluntaristički, po potrebi i bizarno, kao kad je Srbiji i Kosovu pod rješenje njihovih međusobnih odnosa "uvaljeno" premještanje ambasada u Jeruzalem, nego će se time pozabaviti ljudi koji poznaju ove prostore i naravno, u sklopu američkih interesa, ali i u dogovoru s Bruxellesom.

Drugo, i Joe Biden je političar koji zna ove krajeve, konačno ponovimo da je on još 1979. godine kao mladi senator razgovarao s Titom te da je 90-ih shvatio što se događa ovdje na terenu i među prvima govorio da je Slobodan Milošević zločinac koji treba odgovarati za svoja nedjela, a podržao je i NATO-vu intervenciju 1999. godine na Srbiju zbog rata na Kosovu i progona gotovo milijun Albanaca s tog područja. Stalno ponavlja kako podržava neovisno Kosovo. Upravo zato je kod Vučića zavladala određena panika zbog odlaska Trumpa te je suzdržano među zadnjima čestitao Bidenu, uz poruku, za unutarnje potrebe, da "mu se neće uvlačiti".

Biden je iskazivao podršku cjelovitosti BiH, pa neki analitičari smatraju da je njegovim dolaskom započeo zalazak Milorada Dodika. Možda u vezi s tim možemo očekivati ili pretpostaviti i zaokret Dragana Čovića od Dodika. Čović mu je prvi u BiH čestitao na pobjedi. Biden će za razliku od Trumpa ojačati NATO i njegovu ulogu na ovim prostorima, što će ići na ruku euroatlantskim prioritetima i željama BiH.

Upravo na jačanje NATO-a računaju i procrnogorske snage u Podgorici. Naime, promjenom vlasti u Crnoj Gori (Vlada još nije sastavljena), počelo se govoriti da bi se kroz neko vrijeme mogao pojaviti zahtjev za izlaskom Crne Gore iz NATO-a, ali kako će Biden ponovno u središte globalne sigurnosno-političke agende SAD-a staviti jačanje NATO-a, to svakako neće biti lako napraviti.

Vjerojatno će i Sjeverna Makedonija osjetiti benefit od pozicije jačanja NATO-a te se može očekivati da i Washington utječe na bugarski stav oko prijama Skoplja u EU (podsjetimo da je Sofija već sada najavila blokadu početka pregovora EU s Makedonijom).

Osim toga, Bidenov dolazak na vlast poremetio je i pozicioniranje Rusije na ovim prostorima, na što su se posebno oslanjali Srbija i Republika Srpska. To što je Biden ponovno Rusiju stavio na "čelnu" poziciju glavnog "neprijatelja" Zapada, mijenja i mjesto te zemlje u vezi s problemima na Balkanu te je za očekivati da će nastojati smanjiti utjecaj Moskve.

Pobjedom Joea Bidena promijenit će se u mnogome i američka vanjska politika te uglavnom vratiti u okvire kakva je bila u vrijeme prije Trumpove administracije. Glavni prioritet bit će normalizacija savezničkih i partnerskih odnosa s EU, pogotovo glavnim njenim državama Njemačkom i Francuskom. U sklopu toga, treba promatrati i promjene koje će to donijeti na ove naše, balkanske prostore. Većina analitičara smatra kako Balkan neće, barem u prvo vrijeme, biti prioritet Bidenova tima, ali neće biti ni zanemaren i pazit će se, dok se ostale stvari ne srede, da stanje ne izmakne kontroli.

No mogu se očekivati zaokreti u američkoj balkanskoj politici, koji se nekim ovdašnjim igračima neće baš svidjeti, pogotovo Vučiću, Dodiku i prosrpskim snagama u Crnoj Gori. Prvo, za vjerovati je da se Balkanu neće pristupati nepredvidivo, voluntaristički, po potrebi i bizarno, kao kad je Srbiji i Kosovu pod rješenje njihovih međusobnih odnosa "uvaljeno" premještanje ambasada u Jeruzalem, nego će se time pozabaviti ljudi koji poznaju ove prostore i naravno, u sklopu američkih interesa, ali i u dogovoru s Bruxellesom.

Drugo, i Joe Biden je političar koji zna ove krajeve, konačno ponovimo da je on još 1979. godine kao mladi senator razgovarao s Titom te da je 90-ih shvatio što se događa ovdje na terenu i među prvima govorio da je Slobodan Milošević zločinac koji treba odgovarati za svoja nedjela, a podržao je i NATO-vu intervenciju 1999. godine na Srbiju zbog rata na Kosovu i progona gotovo milijun Albanaca s tog područja. Stalno ponavlja kako podržava neovisno Kosovo. Upravo zato je kod Vučića zavladala određena panika zbog odlaska Trumpa te je suzdržano među zadnjima čestitao Bidenu, uz poruku, za unutarnje potrebe, da "mu se neće uvlačiti".

Biden je iskazivao podršku cjelovitosti BiH, pa neki analitičari smatraju da je njegovim dolaskom započeo zalazak Milorada Dodika. Možda u vezi s tim možemo očekivati ili pretpostaviti i zaokret Dragana Čovića od Dodika. Čović mu je prvi u BiH čestitao na pobjedi. Biden će za razliku od Trumpa ojačati NATO i njegovu ulogu na ovim prostorima, što će ići na ruku euroatlantskim prioritetima i željama BiH.

Upravo na jačanje NATO-a računaju i procrnogorske snage u Podgorici. Naime, promjenom vlasti u Crnoj Gori (Vlada još nije sastavljena), počelo se govoriti da bi se kroz neko vrijeme mogao pojaviti zahtjev za izlaskom Crne Gore iz NATO-a, ali kako će Biden ponovno u središte globalne sigurnosno-političke agende SAD-a staviti jačanje NATO-a, to svakako neće biti lako napraviti.

Vjerojatno će i Sjeverna Makedonija osjetiti benefit od pozicije jačanja NATO-a te se može očekivati da i Washington utječe na bugarski stav oko prijama Skoplja u EU (podsjetimo da je Sofija već sada najavila blokadu početka pregovora EU s Makedonijom).

Osim toga, Bidenov dolazak na vlast poremetio je i pozicioniranje Rusije na ovim prostorima, na što su se posebno oslanjali Srbija i Republika Srpska. To što je Biden ponovno Rusiju stavio na "čelnu" poziciju glavnog "neprijatelja" Zapada, mijenja i mjesto te zemlje u vezi s problemima na Balkanu te je za očekivati da će nastojati smanjiti utjecaj Moskve.

Biden će promijeniti politiku SAD-a u regiji: Otkrivamo tko će profitirati, a tko je u panici...

Pobjedom Joea Bidena promijenit će se u mnogome i američka vanjska politika te uglavnom vratiti u okvire kakva je bila u vrijeme prije Trumpove administracije. Glavni prioritet bit će normalizacija savezničkih i partnerskih odnosa s EU, pogotovo glavnim njenim državama Njemačkom i Francuskom. U sklopu toga, treba promatrati i promjene koje će to donijeti na ove naše, balkanske prostore. Većina analitičara smatra kako Balkan neće, barem u prvo vrijeme, biti prioritet Bidenova tima, ali neće biti ni zanemaren i pazit će se, dok se ostale stvari ne srede, da stanje ne izmakne kontroli.

No mogu se očekivati zaokreti u američkoj balkanskoj politici, koji se nekim ovdašnjim igračima neće baš svidjeti, pogotovo Vučiću, Dodiku i prosrpskim snagama u Crnoj Gori. Prvo, za vjerovati je da se Balkanu neće pristupati nepredvidivo, voluntaristički, po potrebi i bizarno, kao kad je Srbiji i Kosovu pod rješenje njihovih međusobnih odnosa "uvaljeno" premještanje ambasada u Jeruzalem, nego će se time pozabaviti ljudi koji poznaju ove prostore i naravno, u sklopu američkih interesa, ali i u dogovoru s Bruxellesom.

Drugo, i Joe Biden je političar koji zna ove krajeve, konačno ponovimo da je on još 1979. godine kao mladi senator razgovarao s Titom te da je 90-ih shvatio što se događa ovdje na terenu i među prvima govorio da je Slobodan Milošević zločinac koji treba odgovarati za svoja nedjela, a podržao je i NATO-vu intervenciju 1999. godine na Srbiju zbog rata na Kosovu i progona gotovo milijun Albanaca s tog područja. Stalno ponavlja kako podržava neovisno Kosovo. Upravo zato je kod Vučića zavladala određena panika zbog odlaska Trumpa te je suzdržano među zadnjima čestitao Bidenu, uz poruku, za unutarnje potrebe, da "mu se neće uvlačiti".

Biden je iskazivao podršku cjelovitosti BiH, pa neki analitičari smatraju da je njegovim dolaskom započeo zalazak Milorada Dodika. Možda u vezi s tim možemo očekivati ili pretpostaviti i zaokret Dragana Čovića od Dodika. Čović mu je prvi u BiH čestitao na pobjedi. Biden će za razliku od Trumpa ojačati NATO i njegovu ulogu na ovim prostorima, što će ići na ruku euroatlantskim prioritetima i željama BiH.

Upravo na jačanje NATO-a računaju i procrnogorske snage u Podgorici. Naime, promjenom vlasti u Crnoj Gori (Vlada još nije sastavljena), počelo se govoriti da bi se kroz neko vrijeme mogao pojaviti zahtjev za izlaskom Crne Gore iz NATO-a, ali kako će Biden ponovno u središte globalne sigurnosno-političke agende SAD-a staviti jačanje NATO-a, to svakako neće biti lako napraviti.
