Iz Ministarstva zdravstva poručili su u nedjelju da bolničkim liječnicima koji rade i privatno i pritom ne ispunjavaju svoje radne obaveze, prijete sankcije, nakon što je ministar Vili Beroš ove jeseni zatražio strože vođenje evidencije o radnom vremenu u bolnicama.

"Za utvrđene nepravilnosti pokrenuti su postupci utvrđivanja odgovornosti, a nadležna tijela sustava odlučit će o sankcijama u skladu s važećim propisima”, ističe ministar Beroš u priopćenju.

U studenom je ravnateljima bolnica stigao dopis iz Ministarstva u kojemu je zatraženo strože vođenje evidencije o radnom vremenu pomoću bolničkog informacijskog sustava koji prati ispunjavanje obveza iz radnog odnosa za svakog djelatnika. Poslano je i upozorenje poslodavcima koji ne vode evidenciju o radnom vremenu, da će biti prekršajno odgovorni.

“Nažalost, naši inspektori utvrdili su da ima i liječnika koji nisu poštivali svoje radne obveze neopravdanim izostancima u radno vrijeme, radom u privatnim ustanovama bez odgovarajućih odobrenja ravnatelja ili neispunjavanjem svojih radnih obveza. Inspekcijski nadzori nastavit će se i ubuduće", poručuje ministar.

Inspekcija je utvrdila i da se najveći dio zaposlenika odgovorno odnosi prema obvezama, od pridržavanja propisanog radnog vremena do ispunjavanja radnih obveza i pružanja usluga pacijentima.

"Liječnici iz javnog zdravstvenog sustava moći će i nadalje u svoje slobodno vrijeme dodatno raditi u privatnoj praksi po propisanim uvjetima i uz odobrenja ravnatelja ako su prethodno ispunili sve svoje radne obveze i odradili propisano radno vrijeme", poručuje ministar.

Ministar se u priopćenju osvrnuo i na  preventivne zdravstvene preglede koje će se provoditi od ove godine i poručio da će oni donijeti višestruku korist građanima, poslodavcima i zdravstvenom sustavu.

Naglasak je na kontroli zdravstvenog stanja, sprječavanju oboljenja ili što ranijem otkrivanju bolesti, posebno zloćudnih, čime se povećava mogućnost njihova uspješnog liječenja.

Time se želimo priključiti razvijenim zemljama koje preventivnim pregledima postižu puno bolje rezultate u zaštiti zdravlja svojih građana i učinkovitije liječenje bolesti.

“Mnogostruke su koristi preventive, prvenstveno za pojedinca i zdravstveni sustav, a nije zanemariva ni dobrobit poslodavcima kao i zdravstvenom i državnom proračunu“, kaže ministar zdravstva u najavi sveobuhvatnih priprema zdravstvenog sustava za početak primjene preventivnih pregleda u našoj zemlji.

Kako bi se uspješno provodili ovi preventivni pregledi, potrebna je bolja organiziranost i učinkovitost zdravstvenog sustava.

Stoga je ministar uputio krajem prošle godine svim ravnateljima javnih zdravstvenih ustanova zahtjev da se odgovorno posvete prilagodbi organizacije rada ustanova, korištenju radnog vremena i ispunjavanju svih radnih obveza, a od inspekcijskih službi Ministarstva zdravstva zatražio da nadziru njihovo provođenje.

Iz Ministarstva zdravstva poručili su u nedjelju da bolničkim liječnicima koji rade i privatno i pritom ne ispunjavaju svoje radne obaveze, prijete sankcije, nakon što je ministar Vili Beroš ove jeseni zatražio strože vođenje evidencije o radnom vremenu u bolnicama.

"Za utvrđene nepravilnosti pokrenuti su postupci utvrđivanja odgovornosti, a nadležna tijela sustava odlučit će o sankcijama u skladu s važećim propisima”, ističe ministar Beroš u priopćenju.

U studenom je ravnateljima bolnica stigao dopis iz Ministarstva u kojemu je zatraženo strože vođenje evidencije o radnom vremenu pomoću bolničkog informacijskog sustava koji prati ispunjavanje obveza iz radnog odnosa za svakog djelatnika. Poslano je i upozorenje poslodavcima koji ne vode evidenciju o radnom vremenu, da će biti prekršajno odgovorni.

“Nažalost, naši inspektori utvrdili su da ima i liječnika koji nisu poštivali svoje radne obveze neopravdanim izostancima u radno vrijeme, radom u privatnim ustanovama bez odgovarajućih odobrenja ravnatelja ili neispunjavanjem svojih radnih obveza. Inspekcijski nadzori nastavit će se i ubuduće", poručuje ministar.

Inspekcija je utvrdila i da se najveći dio zaposlenika odgovorno odnosi prema obvezama, od pridržavanja propisanog radnog vremena do ispunjavanja radnih obveza i pružanja usluga pacijentima.

"Liječnici iz javnog zdravstvenog sustava moći će i nadalje u svoje slobodno vrijeme dodatno raditi u privatnoj praksi po propisanim uvjetima i uz odobrenja ravnatelja ako su prethodno ispunili sve svoje radne obveze i odradili propisano radno vrijeme", poručuje ministar.

Ministar se u priopćenju osvrnuo i na  preventivne zdravstvene preglede koje će se provoditi od ove godine i poručio da će oni donijeti višestruku korist građanima, poslodavcima i zdravstvenom sustavu.

Naglasak je na kontroli zdravstvenog stanja, sprječavanju oboljenja ili što ranijem otkrivanju bolesti, posebno zloćudnih, čime se povećava mogućnost njihova uspješnog liječenja.

Time se želimo priključiti razvijenim zemljama koje preventivnim pregledima postižu puno bolje rezultate u zaštiti zdravlja svojih građana i učinkovitije liječenje bolesti.

“Mnogostruke su koristi preventive, prvenstveno za pojedinca i zdravstveni sustav, a nije zanemariva ni dobrobit poslodavcima kao i zdravstvenom i državnom proračunu“, kaže ministar zdravstva u najavi sveobuhvatnih priprema zdravstvenog sustava za početak primjene preventivnih pregleda u našoj zemlji.

Kako bi se uspješno provodili ovi preventivni pregledi, potrebna je bolja organiziranost i učinkovitost zdravstvenog sustava.

Stoga je ministar uputio krajem prošle godine svim ravnateljima javnih zdravstvenih ustanova zahtjev da se odgovorno posvete prilagodbi organizacije rada ustanova, korištenju radnog vremena i ispunjavanju svih radnih obveza, a od inspekcijskih službi Ministarstva zdravstva zatražio da nadziru njihovo provođenje.
