Nakon što je na prošloj sjednici Općinskog vijeća Vira postalo jasno da dosadašnja opozicijska većina više nema dovoljan broj glasova, sljedećeg će tjedna biti sazvana nova sjednica na kojoj će načelnik Marino Radović još jednom predložiti usvajanje proračuna. Ionako heterogenu opozicijsku većinu napustila je Jadranka Okreša predlažući smjenu svog dojučerašnjeg saveznika, aktualnog predsjednika OV-a Josipa Bašića, a njene su kolege onda predložile da svi vijećnici i općinski načelnik  podnesu ostavke i da se ide na nove izbore.

Dosadašnju je većinu činilo sedam vijećnika inicijalno okupljenih oko Udruge „Vir bez podjela”, ali iz nekoliko različitih stranaka, od Domovinskog pokreta, preko prebjeglih članova SDP-a, pa do HDZ-a koji je od izbora do danas „narastao” s jednog na tri vijećnika.

Okreša je predsjedniku OV-a Josipu Bašiću zamjerila kasnu dostavu vijećničkih materijala, neuvrštavanje nekih točaka na dnevni red, nesuradnju s načelnikom i stručnim službama. Agoniju treba prekinuti za dobrobit mještana, poručila je Okreša optužujući i načelnika Radovića za niz nezakonitih odluka i blokadu odluka dosadašnje većine vijećnika i predlažući smjenu predsjednika Bašića.

-Ja sam za rad i ostajem pri tome prijedlogu, a vas 12 koji izazivate izbore da bi prikrili nerad i javašluk – evo vam prilike da svih 12 potpišete ostavke i steknete uvjete za nove izbore kad ih već žarko želite. Ja sam protiv njih i za rad na dobrobit stanovnika Vira, poručila je Jadranka Okreša.

-Ta većina je heterogena grupa ljudi koja nikada nije imala nekakav kohezivni faktor osim stvaranja cirkusa za destabilizaciju sustava lokalne samouprave. Nismo razgovarali s vijećnicom Okrešom, a ubrzo ćemo predložiti usvajanje proračuna i sve točke dnevnog reda čije neizglasavanje je dovelo da zastoja niza općinskih projekata. Mi imamo i plan i ciljeve i ako nas netko od tih vijećnika želi podržati i ako su spremni za suradnju – tu smo, kaže Antonio Vučetić.

Načelnik Marino Radović podsjeća da se aktualna pat pozicija oko proračuna itekako može odraziti na neke strateške virske projekte, prvenstveno na obveze Općine u sufinanciranju „projekta stoljeća” - aglomeracije Vir, što je zahvat težak preko milijardu kuna.

-Za taj izuzetno važan projekt mi imamo spremnih 15 građevinskih dozvola, rješavali smo imovinsko-pravne odnose i spremni ćemo dočekati raspisivanje javnog natječaja za sredstva za koja ćemo aplicirati s velikim izgledima da ih i dobijemo. Međutim, nije to jedini virski projekt koji je u prethodnom razdoblju praktično bio zaustavljen. Tu je i izgradnja virskog groblja sa stotinjak novih grobnica, a ljudi se nemaju gdje sahraniti. Blokiran je i projekt izgradnje nove zgrade škole za koju je još preostalo otkupiti oko 1.500 kvadrata. I na kraju u zastoju nam je i procedura oko izmjena i dopuna Prostornog plana, ističe načelnik Marino Radović.

Iza brda: ukidanjem UPU-a bi se na tržištu pojavilo 2,7 milijuna kvadrata građevinskog zemljišta!

Među različitim mišljenjima na temu „što se to iza brda valja” je i procjena da se sve događa zbog Prostornog plana.

-Dosadašnja većina je predložila ukidanje svih urbanističkih planova uređenja, što je zakonski nemoguće. Osim toga, time bi se preko noći na tržištu našlo 2,7 milijuna kvadratnih metara građevinskog područja, a na Viru bismo imali situaciju koja bi jako podsjećala na nekadašnju „divlju gradnju” na našem otoku. To bi izazvalo veliki pad vrijednosti nekretnina koje više ne bi dosezale cijene od nekoliko stotina eura za kvadratni metar, ali bi pojedincima omogućilo prodaju zemljišta, smatra jedan naš sugovornik.

Nakon što je na prošloj sjednici Općinskog vijeća Vira postalo jasno da dosadašnja opozicijska većina više nema dovoljan broj glasova, sljedećeg će tjedna biti sazvana nova sjednica na kojoj će načelnik Marino Radović još jednom predložiti usvajanje proračuna. Ionako heterogenu opozicijsku većinu napustila je Jadranka Okreša predlažući smjenu svog dojučerašnjeg saveznika, aktualnog predsjednika OV-a Josipa Bašića, a njene su kolege onda predložile da svi vijećnici i općinski načelnik  podnesu ostavke i da se ide na nove izbore.

Dosadašnju je većinu činilo sedam vijećnika inicijalno okupljenih oko Udruge „Vir bez podjela”, ali iz nekoliko različitih stranaka, od Domovinskog pokreta, preko prebjeglih članova SDP-a, pa do HDZ-a koji je od izbora do danas „narastao” s jednog na tri vijećnika.

Okreša je predsjedniku OV-a Josipu Bašiću zamjerila kasnu dostavu vijećničkih materijala, neuvrštavanje nekih točaka na dnevni red, nesuradnju s načelnikom i stručnim službama. Agoniju treba prekinuti za dobrobit mještana, poručila je Okreša optužujući i načelnika Radovića za niz nezakonitih odluka i blokadu odluka dosadašnje većine vijećnika i predlažući smjenu predsjednika Bašića.

-Ja sam za rad i ostajem pri tome prijedlogu, a vas 12 koji izazivate izbore da bi prikrili nerad i javašluk – evo vam prilike da svih 12 potpišete ostavke i steknete uvjete za nove izbore kad ih već žarko želite. Ja sam protiv njih i za rad na dobrobit stanovnika Vira, poručila je Jadranka Okreša.

-Ta većina je heterogena grupa ljudi koja nikada nije imala nekakav kohezivni faktor osim stvaranja cirkusa za destabilizaciju sustava lokalne samouprave. Nismo razgovarali s vijećnicom Okrešom, a ubrzo ćemo predložiti usvajanje proračuna i sve točke dnevnog reda čije neizglasavanje je dovelo da zastoja niza općinskih projekata. Mi imamo i plan i ciljeve i ako nas netko od tih vijećnika želi podržati i ako su spremni za suradnju – tu smo, kaže Antonio Vučetić.

Načelnik Marino Radović podsjeća da se aktualna pat pozicija oko proračuna itekako može odraziti na neke strateške virske projekte, prvenstveno na obveze Općine u sufinanciranju „projekta stoljeća” - aglomeracije Vir, što je zahvat težak preko milijardu kuna.

-Za taj izuzetno važan projekt mi imamo spremnih 15 građevinskih dozvola, rješavali smo imovinsko-pravne odnose i spremni ćemo dočekati raspisivanje javnog natječaja za sredstva za koja ćemo aplicirati s velikim izgledima da ih i dobijemo. Međutim, nije to jedini virski projekt koji je u prethodnom razdoblju praktično bio zaustavljen. Tu je i izgradnja virskog groblja sa stotinjak novih grobnica, a ljudi se nemaju gdje sahraniti. Blokiran je i projekt izgradnje nove zgrade škole za koju je još preostalo otkupiti oko 1.500 kvadrata. I na kraju u zastoju nam je i procedura oko izmjena i dopuna Prostornog plana, ističe načelnik Marino Radović.

Iza brda: ukidanjem UPU-a bi se na tržištu pojavilo 2,7 milijuna kvadrata građevinskog zemljišta!

Među različitim mišljenjima na temu „što se to iza brda valja” je i procjena da se sve događa zbog Prostornog plana.

-Dosadašnja većina je predložila ukidanje svih urbanističkih planova uređenja, što je zakonski nemoguće. Osim toga, time bi se preko noći na tržištu našlo 2,7 milijuna kvadratnih metara građevinskog područja, a na Viru bismo imali situaciju koja bi jako podsjećala na nekadašnju „divlju gradnju” na našem otoku. To bi izazvalo veliki pad vrijednosti nekretnina koje više ne bi dosezale cijene od nekoliko stotina eura za kvadratni metar, ali bi pojedincima omogućilo prodaju zemljišta, smatra jedan naš sugovornik.

Zašto se raspala opozicijska većina u Viru i vodi li se tihi rat oko 2,7 milijuna kvadrata građevinskog zemljišta?

Nakon što je na prošloj sjednici Općinskog vijeća Vira postalo jasno da dosadašnja opozicijska većina više nema dovoljan broj glasova, sljedećeg će tjedna biti sazvana nova sjednica na kojoj će načelnik Marino Radović još jednom predložiti usvajanje proračuna. Ionako heterogenu opozicijsku većinu napustila je Jadranka Okreša predlažući smjenu svog dojučerašnjeg saveznika, aktualnog predsjednika OV-a Josipa Bašića, a njene su kolege onda predložile da svi vijećnici i općinski načelnik  podnesu ostavke i da se ide na nove izbore.

Dosadašnju je većinu činilo sedam vijećnika inicijalno okupljenih oko Udruge „Vir bez podjela”, ali iz nekoliko različitih stranaka, od Domovinskog pokreta, preko prebjeglih članova SDP-a, pa do HDZ-a koji je od izbora do danas „narastao” s jednog na tri vijećnika.
