Početkom prosinca zadarska je gradska uprava objavila javni natječaj za iznajmljivanje 14 poslovnih prostora od kojih je većina na Poluotoku. Na koncu, u najam ide šest poslovnih prostora za koje je Grad dobio ponude, a s obzirom na politički kompliciranu priču s gradskim proračunom, pitanje je kada će biti ponovljen javni natječaj za preostalih osam poslovnih prostora.
U Upravnom odjelu za gradsku imovinu su zadovoljni prvenstveno zbog sadržaja koji će ubrzo ući u gradske prostore.
- Kod određivanja namjene poslovnih prostora, pokušavamo ići s onim što sadržajno nedostaje Poluotoku i širem centru grada. Zato smo, primjerice, zadovoljni što smo konačno u prilici jedan od naših prostora iznajmiti tradicijskom obrtu koji već dugo nije otvoren na Poluotoku. Radi se o obrtu za šivanje ženskih i muških odijela po mjeri, kaže Tomislav Korona, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za gradsku imovinu, po čijoj procjeni ugostiteljskih sadržaja na Poluotoku ne nedostaje.
Korona govori o poslovnom prostoru u Ulici braće Vranjanina za čijih je 58 četvornih metara nedavno osnovani zadarski obrt MV Tailoring Adria dao ponudu od 18,01 eura po kvadratu.
Čak su četiri ponude stigle za mali prostor od svega pet kvadrata u Ulici Mihovila Klaića u kojemu će, nakon ponude od 52,49 eura, prodajnu galeriju voditi ‘Batela‘.
‘Batela‘ se javila i za galerijski prostor od osam kvadrata u Ulici Špire Brusine 8, ali će u njega s najmom od 28,50 eura po kvadratu, useliti Ana Kolega, zadarska slikarica sa zagrebačkom adresom.
Još jedan galerijski prostor iznajmljen je „Viberu 22” i to u Ulici Špire Brusine 10 gdje je gradski prostor od 19 četvornih metara dosegnuo cijenu od 12,10 eura.
U prostor nekadašnjeg „Foto Vjeke” u Ulici Jurja Barakovića 7, uselit će ‘Solana Nin‘ koja će u tom prostoru prodavati svoje proizvode i za 68 četvornih metara plaćati najamninu od 20 eura po kvadratu.
„Topaz” će u Ulici Madijevaca 3 otvoriti cvjećarnicu u 15 kvadrata i uz najam od 18,50 eura.

Početkom prosinca zadarska je gradska uprava objavila javni natječaj za iznajmljivanje 14 poslovnih prostora od kojih je većina na Poluotoku. Na koncu, u najam ide šest poslovnih prostora za koje je Grad dobio ponude, a s obzirom na politički kompliciranu priču s gradskim proračunom, pitanje je kada će biti ponovljen javni natječaj za preostalih osam poslovnih prostora.
U Upravnom odjelu za gradsku imovinu su zadovoljni prvenstveno zbog sadržaja koji će ubrzo ući u gradske prostore.
- Kod određivanja namjene poslovnih prostora, pokušavamo ići s onim što sadržajno nedostaje Poluotoku i širem centru grada. Zato smo, primjerice, zadovoljni što smo konačno u prilici jedan od naših prostora iznajmiti tradicijskom obrtu koji već dugo nije otvoren na Poluotoku. Radi se o obrtu za šivanje ženskih i muških odijela po mjeri, kaže Tomislav Korona, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za gradsku imovinu, po čijoj procjeni ugostiteljskih sadržaja na Poluotoku ne nedostaje.
Korona govori o poslovnom prostoru u Ulici braće Vranjanina za čijih je 58 četvornih metara nedavno osnovani zadarski obrt MV Tailoring Adria dao ponudu od 18,01 eura po kvadratu.
Čak su četiri ponude stigle za mali prostor od svega pet kvadrata u Ulici Mihovila Klaića u kojemu će, nakon ponude od 52,49 eura, prodajnu galeriju voditi ‘Batela‘.
‘Batela‘ se javila i za galerijski prostor od osam kvadrata u Ulici Špire Brusine 8, ali će u njega s najmom od 28,50 eura po kvadratu, useliti Ana Kolega, zadarska slikarica sa zagrebačkom adresom.
Još jedan galerijski prostor iznajmljen je „Viberu 22” i to u Ulici Špire Brusine 10 gdje je gradski prostor od 19 četvornih metara dosegnuo cijenu od 12,10 eura.
U prostor nekadašnjeg „Foto Vjeke” u Ulici Jurja Barakovića 7, uselit će ‘Solana Nin‘ koja će u tom prostoru prodavati svoje proizvode i za 68 četvornih metara plaćati najamninu od 20 eura po kvadratu.
„Topaz” će u Ulici Madijevaca 3 otvoriti cvjećarnicu u 15 kvadrata i uz najam od 18,50 eura.
