Gradski vijećnici nisu izglasali poskupljenje odvoza otpada. Glavni argumenti su bili ti da za takvu odluku neće glasati dok se u pogon ne stavi CGO u Biljanima Donjim te dok se ne zatvori odlagalište Diklo.
Gradski vijećnik Burno Milin je kazao kako HDZ podržava ovakvu odluku.
- Svjesni situacije što će se događati, ali opet podržavamo ovu odluku. Svjesni smo da grad treba biti čist, a čistoća zahtijeva novac. Ovog puta ne vidim ni jedan suvisli razlog da se ne podrži odluka. Zatvaranjem deponija na Diklu, gradska tvrtka ostaje bez 10-ak milijuna kuna na godišnjoj razini. Proradit će CGO i ubrzo će određene količine putovati prema Biljanima Donjim zbog čega će neke prijevozničke usluge Čistoći biti veće, kazao je Milin.
- Točno 30 godina gledam i slušam kako će se taj deponij izmjestiti. Već 30 godina govore kako će se to sigurno napraviti “ove godine”. Bokanjani i Dikljani trpe smeće cijele županije već 30 godina. Ne možemo ljeti od plinova izaći na terase. Iz principa nećemo glasovati za poskupljenje. Ljudi jesu zaslužili veće plaće i sve što nije izvršeno od amandmana dajte njima, ali ne da građani opet plaćaju dok god Biljane ne krenu raditi, kazao je nezavisni Enio Meštrović dodajući kako će tek onda dobiti njihovu podršku.
Klub SDP nije podržao odluku.
- Žalosti me kada vijećnik Milin dođe i kaže da su Biljane gotove i da se Diklo zatvara, a nitko ne zna kad će sanacija započeti. Pitanje je kad će do toga svega doći. Kada govorimo o odvajanju otpada,pada da odvajamo 80 posto, a ne 30. Mi 15 godina otvaramo Biljane, ironično je kazala Irena Dragić
- Dok god ne vidimo da kamioni ne krenu za Biljane, nećemo biti za nju. Nismo se pomakli s mrtve točke te ne možemo i ne želimo donijeti odluku da građani skuplje plaćaju otpad, zaključila je Dragić.
- Nije kriva Čistoća Zadar što je sustav gospodarenja otpadom u cijeloj državi u kolapsu. Kad prorade Biljane Donje, naplatit će tonu otpada 80 eura plus troškove prijevoz. Sve ove godine nismo smanjili količinu otpada jer ne recikliramo, a kamoli da pratimo zakon. Predlažem prijenosno rješenje, direktore probajte po uzoru na stanovnike Jakuševca da Čistoća ne poskupljuje stanovnicima Dikla i Bokanjca, kazala je Marjana Botić (Akcija mladih) dodajući kako nitko nikad nije preuzeo stvarnu borbu gospodarenja otpadom.
Adela Frank (nezavisna) je komentirala “ispljuvak”, kako ga je nazvala, da će, ako ne prođe ova odluka, radnici ići u štrajk.
- Izuzetno cijenim rad i muku djelatnika Čistoće. Ne želim da se u javnosti manipulira radnicima niti jedne tvrtke jer to nisu zaslužili, kazala je Frank.
Ante Rubeša (Akcija mladih) kazao je kako je krucijalni problem 400 zaposlenika.
- Imate više djelatnika nego splitska, šibenska i dubrovačka čistoća zajedno. Kada potjerate uhljebe, onda ćete imati za bar približne plaće koju ovi ljudi zaslužuju, kazao je Rubeša dodajući kako je CGO zastarjela tehnologija te govoreći direktoru kako treba reorganizirati tvrtku.
- Jeftin potez Mate Lukića, prijetnja štrajkom je dno dna. Plaće zaposlenika ne ovise samo o Čistoći već i Grad može uskočiti kad god treba. Ne možemo varati narod govoreći da radnici neće dobiti plaće ako se ne izglasa ova odluka, rekao je Daniel Radeta hvaleći Čistoću jer je prvo gradsko poduzeće koje je uvelo aplikaciju za transparentan proračun.
- Čistoća će poskupiti kada krenu kamioni za CGO, a već prvu sljedeću sjednicu, ako se to dogodi, mi ćemo glasati za ovakvu odluku, dodao je Radeta.
- Ja već tri ljeta gasim štrajk i nije moja ideja da takvi članci izlaze van, kazao je direktor Čistoće Ivan John Krstičević dodajući kako o njemu ne ovisi kad će Biljane Donje početi raditi.
- Jasno je svima da su troškovi porasli. Bio sam na sastanku s direktorom Perovićem, 15. ili 18. prosinca kreće pokusni rad u Biljanima. Mi odvozimo smeće od Marije Magdalene do juga, pokrivamo i otoke i imamo troškove prijevoza, kazao je Krstičević govoreći koliki opseg posla obavljaju djelatnici Čistoće.
Iako je glasanje bilo tijesno, (11-11) glas predsjednika Marka Vučetića odlučio je kako do poskupljenja otpada još neće doći.

Gradski vijećnici nisu izglasali poskupljenje odvoza otpada. Glavni argumenti su bili ti da za takvu odluku neće glasati dok se u pogon ne stavi CGO u Biljanima Donjim te dok se ne zatvori odlagalište Diklo.
Gradski vijećnik Burno Milin je kazao kako HDZ podržava ovakvu odluku.
- Svjesni situacije što će se događati, ali opet podržavamo ovu odluku. Svjesni smo da grad treba biti čist, a čistoća zahtijeva novac. Ovog puta ne vidim ni jedan suvisli razlog da se ne podrži odluka. Zatvaranjem deponija na Diklu, gradska tvrtka ostaje bez 10-ak milijuna kuna na godišnjoj razini. Proradit će CGO i ubrzo će određene količine putovati prema Biljanima Donjim zbog čega će neke prijevozničke usluge Čistoći biti veće, kazao je Milin.
- Točno 30 godina gledam i slušam kako će se taj deponij izmjestiti. Već 30 godina govore kako će se to sigurno napraviti “ove godine”. Bokanjani i Dikljani trpe smeće cijele županije već 30 godina. Ne možemo ljeti od plinova izaći na terase. Iz principa nećemo glasovati za poskupljenje. Ljudi jesu zaslužili veće plaće i sve što nije izvršeno od amandmana dajte njima, ali ne da građani opet plaćaju dok god Biljane ne krenu raditi, kazao je nezavisni Enio Meštrović dodajući kako će tek onda dobiti njihovu podršku.
Klub SDP nije podržao odluku.
- Žalosti me kada vijećnik Milin dođe i kaže da su Biljane gotove i da se Diklo zatvara, a nitko ne zna kad će sanacija započeti. Pitanje je kad će do toga svega doći. Kada govorimo o odvajanju otpada,pada da odvajamo 80 posto, a ne 30. Mi 15 godina otvaramo Biljane, ironično je kazala Irena Dragić
- Dok god ne vidimo da kamioni ne krenu za Biljane, nećemo biti za nju. Nismo se pomakli s mrtve točke te ne možemo i ne želimo donijeti odluku da građani skuplje plaćaju otpad, zaključila je Dragić.
- Nije kriva Čistoća Zadar što je sustav gospodarenja otpadom u cijeloj državi u kolapsu. Kad prorade Biljane Donje, naplatit će tonu otpada 80 eura plus troškove prijevoz. Sve ove godine nismo smanjili količinu otpada jer ne recikliramo, a kamoli da pratimo zakon. Predlažem prijenosno rješenje, direktore probajte po uzoru na stanovnike Jakuševca da Čistoća ne poskupljuje stanovnicima Dikla i Bokanjca, kazala je Marjana Botić (Akcija mladih) dodajući kako nitko nikad nije preuzeo stvarnu borbu gospodarenja otpadom.
Adela Frank (nezavisna) je komentirala “ispljuvak”, kako ga je nazvala, da će, ako ne prođe ova odluka, radnici ići u štrajk.
- Izuzetno cijenim rad i muku djelatnika Čistoće. Ne želim da se u javnosti manipulira radnicima niti jedne tvrtke jer to nisu zaslužili, kazala je Frank.
Ante Rubeša (Akcija mladih) kazao je kako je krucijalni problem 400 zaposlenika.
- Imate više djelatnika nego splitska, šibenska i dubrovačka čistoća zajedno. Kada potjerate uhljebe, onda ćete imati za bar približne plaće koju ovi ljudi zaslužuju, kazao je Rubeša dodajući kako je CGO zastarjela tehnologija te govoreći direktoru kako treba reorganizirati tvrtku.
- Jeftin potez Mate Lukića, prijetnja štrajkom je dno dna. Plaće zaposlenika ne ovise samo o Čistoći već i Grad može uskočiti kad god treba. Ne možemo varati narod govoreći da radnici neće dobiti plaće ako se ne izglasa ova odluka, rekao je Daniel Radeta hvaleći Čistoću jer je prvo gradsko poduzeće koje je uvelo aplikaciju za transparentan proračun.
- Čistoća će poskupiti kada krenu kamioni za CGO, a već prvu sljedeću sjednicu, ako se to dogodi, mi ćemo glasati za ovakvu odluku, dodao je Radeta.
- Ja već tri ljeta gasim štrajk i nije moja ideja da takvi članci izlaze van, kazao je direktor Čistoće Ivan John Krstičević dodajući kako o njemu ne ovisi kad će Biljane Donje početi raditi.
- Jasno je svima da su troškovi porasli. Bio sam na sastanku s direktorom Perovićem, 15. ili 18. prosinca kreće pokusni rad u Biljanima. Mi odvozimo smeće od Marije Magdalene do juga, pokrivamo i otoke i imamo troškove prijevoza, kazao je Krstičević govoreći koliki opseg posla obavljaju djelatnici Čistoće.
Iako je glasanje bilo tijesno, (11-11) glas predsjednika Marka Vučetića odlučio je kako do poskupljenja otpada još neće doći.
