U zadarskom „Vodovodu” se priprema dokumentacija za projekt vrijedan milijardu i 752 milijuna kuna! Riječ je o „EU projektu Voda Zadar” kojim bi se riješilo pitanje snabdijevanja svih zadarskih otoka i cijelog Podvelebitskog područja, a trenutni je plan dovesti vodu u najudaljenije dijelove Zadarske županije do 2028. godine.

-Krajem prošle godine izrađena je Studija izvodljivosti i od tada se priprema dokumentacija za projektiranje koju do 15. rujna moramo na pregled poslati Hrvatskim vodama. Kada dokumentacija bude vraćena, slijedi raspisivanje javnog natječaja za projektiranje, kaže direktor „Vodovoda” Tomislav Matek.

Tek nakon toga, navodi direktor Matek, krenut će se u ishodovanje svih potrebnih dozvola i rješavanje imovinsko-pravnih odnosa na trasi budućih radova, nakon čega bi uslijedila aplikacija prema EU fondovima. U „Vodovodu” procjenjuju da će za „papirnati” dio projekta biti potrebno tri godine i da će sve biti gotovo do 2024. godine, a jednako toliko vremena trebat će i za odobrenje i realizaciju ovog EU projekta.

U razmatranju su bile tri opcije: dovođenje vode do otoka i do podvelebitskih mjesta s kopna ili kroz izgradnju desalinizatora, a na kraju se kao najoptimalnija pokazala opcija po kojoj bi voda na otoke i u Podvelebitski kraj stigla s kopna, dok bi desalinizatori trebali biti izgrađeni samo za tri zadarska pučinska otoka.

Što se otočnog dijela Zadarske županije tiče, radi se o investiciji od 635 milijuna kuna, a kroz projekt je planirana izgradnja 257,5 kilometara cjevovoda, od čega se 107,5 kilometara odnosi na transportne kopnene i podmorske cjevovode, te oko 150 kilometara opskrbnih cjevovoda. Planirana je izgradnja 11 vodosprema i 13 crpnih stanica. Dugi otok, Zverinac, Brbinj – Savar, Rava, Ist i Molat bi se opskrbljivali vodom iz pravca Zadra, odnosno crpne stanice Borik odakle bi podmorski cjevovod bio doveden do otoka Ugljana. Efekt bi bio 2.300 novih kućnih priključaka ili 5.200 novopriključenih stanovnika. Desalinizatori bi bili izgrađeni na Premudi, Silbi i Olibu čije su godišnje potrebe za vodom 7.058, 22.069 i 9.253 kubika.

U Podvelebitskom području bi investicija dosegla 121 milijun kuna, a izgradilo bi se ukupno 62,5 kilometara cjevovoda, pri čemu bi se zbog dotrajalosti, puknuća cijevi ili problema s tlakom rekonstruiralo 4,3 kilometra postojećeg cjevovoda. Od objekata planirane su dvije vodospreme i pet crpnih stanica.

Završetkom cijelog projekta priključenost na vodu bi s 85 porasla na 96 posto, a očekuje se da će sredstvima EU biti pokriveno skoro 70 posto investicije dok bi se preostalih 30 posto osiguralo unutar Hrvatske.

Za sanaciju gubitaka – 25 milijuna kuna

„Vodovod” priprema i javni natječaj za izvođenje radona na smanjivanju gubitaka u cjevovodima na području Zadra, Bibinja i Sukošana, dakle na području najveće gustoće naseljenosti, ali i najvećih gubitaka u mreži. Natječajem će biti izabran izvođač radova na snimanju gubitaka, te ugradnji mjerno-regulacijske opreme i zamjeni cjevovoda.

Radovi vrijedni oko 25 milijuna kuna trebali bi biti završeni u roku od dvije godine, 80 posto sredstava osiguravaju Hrvatske vode, a 20 posto otpada na „Vodovod”.

"Ovo je pitanje opstanka"

-Nikada u povijesti u vrijeme Božića nije bilo toliko vode na Žmanskom blatu, ali unatoč tome, nikada u povijesti vodonosci nisu u Sali morali doći već krajem lipnja! Nikad nismo imali više turista nego ove godine i nikad nismo imali manje vode. Iz toga je jasno da je izgradnja cjevovoda od kopna do Dugog otoka životno pitanje za sve otočane, jer bez toga niti ima opstanka niti razvoja, kaže Zoran Morović, općinski načelnik Sali.

U zadarskom „Vodovodu” se priprema dokumentacija za projekt vrijedan milijardu i 752 milijuna kuna! Riječ je o „EU projektu Voda Zadar” kojim bi se riješilo pitanje snabdijevanja svih zadarskih otoka i cijelog Podvelebitskog područja, a trenutni je plan dovesti vodu u najudaljenije dijelove Zadarske županije do 2028. godine.

-Krajem prošle godine izrađena je Studija izvodljivosti i od tada se priprema dokumentacija za projektiranje koju do 15. rujna moramo na pregled poslati Hrvatskim vodama. Kada dokumentacija bude vraćena, slijedi raspisivanje javnog natječaja za projektiranje, kaže direktor „Vodovoda” Tomislav Matek.

Tek nakon toga, navodi direktor Matek, krenut će se u ishodovanje svih potrebnih dozvola i rješavanje imovinsko-pravnih odnosa na trasi budućih radova, nakon čega bi uslijedila aplikacija prema EU fondovima. U „Vodovodu” procjenjuju da će za „papirnati” dio projekta biti potrebno tri godine i da će sve biti gotovo do 2024. godine, a jednako toliko vremena trebat će i za odobrenje i realizaciju ovog EU projekta.

U razmatranju su bile tri opcije: dovođenje vode do otoka i do podvelebitskih mjesta s kopna ili kroz izgradnju desalinizatora, a na kraju se kao najoptimalnija pokazala opcija po kojoj bi voda na otoke i u Podvelebitski kraj stigla s kopna, dok bi desalinizatori trebali biti izgrađeni samo za tri zadarska pučinska otoka.

Što se otočnog dijela Zadarske županije tiče, radi se o investiciji od 635 milijuna kuna, a kroz projekt je planirana izgradnja 257,5 kilometara cjevovoda, od čega se 107,5 kilometara odnosi na transportne kopnene i podmorske cjevovode, te oko 150 kilometara opskrbnih cjevovoda. Planirana je izgradnja 11 vodosprema i 13 crpnih stanica. Dugi otok, Zverinac, Brbinj – Savar, Rava, Ist i Molat bi se opskrbljivali vodom iz pravca Zadra, odnosno crpne stanice Borik odakle bi podmorski cjevovod bio doveden do otoka Ugljana. Efekt bi bio 2.300 novih kućnih priključaka ili 5.200 novopriključenih stanovnika. Desalinizatori bi bili izgrađeni na Premudi, Silbi i Olibu čije su godišnje potrebe za vodom 7.058, 22.069 i 9.253 kubika.

U Podvelebitskom području bi investicija dosegla 121 milijun kuna, a izgradilo bi se ukupno 62,5 kilometara cjevovoda, pri čemu bi se zbog dotrajalosti, puknuća cijevi ili problema s tlakom rekonstruiralo 4,3 kilometra postojećeg cjevovoda. Od objekata planirane su dvije vodospreme i pet crpnih stanica.

Završetkom cijelog projekta priključenost na vodu bi s 85 porasla na 96 posto, a očekuje se da će sredstvima EU biti pokriveno skoro 70 posto investicije dok bi se preostalih 30 posto osiguralo unutar Hrvatske.

Za sanaciju gubitaka – 25 milijuna kuna

„Vodovod” priprema i javni natječaj za izvođenje radona na smanjivanju gubitaka u cjevovodima na području Zadra, Bibinja i Sukošana, dakle na području najveće gustoće naseljenosti, ali i najvećih gubitaka u mreži. Natječajem će biti izabran izvođač radova na snimanju gubitaka, te ugradnji mjerno-regulacijske opreme i zamjeni cjevovoda.

Radovi vrijedni oko 25 milijuna kuna trebali bi biti završeni u roku od dvije godine, 80 posto sredstava osiguravaju Hrvatske vode, a 20 posto otpada na „Vodovod”.

"Ovo je pitanje opstanka"

-Nikada u povijesti u vrijeme Božića nije bilo toliko vode na Žmanskom blatu, ali unatoč tome, nikada u povijesti vodonosci nisu u Sali morali doći već krajem lipnja! Nikad nismo imali više turista nego ove godine i nikad nismo imali manje vode. Iz toga je jasno da je izgradnja cjevovoda od kopna do Dugog otoka životno pitanje za sve otočane, jer bez toga niti ima opstanka niti razvoja, kaže Zoran Morović, općinski načelnik Sali.
