Na ovogodišnji poziv Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost za provedbu mjera prilagodbe klimatskim promjenama Grad Zadar prijavio je dva projekta. Jedan se odnosi na parterno uređenje Rive ukupne vrijednosti 7,5 milijuna kuna, a drugi na zelene otoke na 24 lokacije od čega 7 na otocima koji se planiraju realizirati u sljedećoj godini. Planira se sadnja pojedinačnih stabala i drvoreda kao doprinos razvoju „zelene infrastrukture“ u Zadru.
- Ovi projekti, kao komunalni zahvati, usporedivi su s projektima uređenja obalnog pojasa, odnosno gradskih plaža. Dakle, novi funkcionalni i uređeni javni prostori za boravak građana, ali i ljepšu sliku Zadra - istaknuo je gradonačelnik Branko Dukić.
Stefani Mikulec Perković, v.d. pročelnice Upravnog odjela za EU fondove dodala je kako je Fond za energetsku učinkovitost u rujnu otvorio specifičan natječaj usmjeren na provedbu mjera za prilagodbu klimatskim promjenama. Taj poziv ima za cilj povećati otpornost lokalne i regionalne zajednice prema klimatskim promjenama. Zadar je podložan toplinskim valovima u ljetnim mjesecima, a jedna od "protumjera" je sadnja novoga zelenila i stvaranje novih zelenih površina u urbanim područjima.

- Bilo je važno pronaći podlogu u strateškim dokumentima koje ima jedinica lokalne samouprave. Mi smo je pronašli u Akcijskom planu energetskog i klimatskog održivog razvitka Grada Zadra kroz mjeru 12. koja se odnosi na razvoj zelene i plave infrastrukture. U sklopu poziva prijavili smo maksimalna dva projekta, prvi u suradnji s Upravnim odjelom za graditeljstvo i odnosi se parterno uređenje rive "Uređenje i rekonstrukcija pješačko-biciklističkih i zelenih površina na Krešimirovoj obali" vrijednosti nešto više od 7,5 milijuna kuna, koje obuhvaća građevinske radove, hortikulturalno uređenje i obnovu infrastrukture.
Drugi projekt su zeleni otoci, ozelenjivane površina grada i prijavljen je u u suradnji s tvrtkom Nasadi i Društvom istraživača mora 20.000 milja, u vrijednosti 4,2 milijuna kuna, a odnosi se prvenstveno na sadnju pojedinačnih stabala i raznih drvoreda diljem grada, te provođenje edukativnih radionice za stanovništvo. Obuhvaćene su 24 lokacije na području grada, 17 u Zadru, te sedam na otocima u obuhvatu grada - izvijestila je Mikulec Perković, navodeći lokacije: Ulica Akcije Maslenica, Ulica Ante Starčevića, Crno, Gaženička cesta, Biogradska cesta, Punta Bajlo, uvala Bregdetti, Kolovare, Ulica Benka Benkovića, Perivoj Vrulje, Ulica Miroslava Krleže, Vidilica Bunker, Kožino, Petrčane, Bokanjac, Novi Bokanjac, Žmirići, Ulica Hrvatskog sabora, Molat, Mali i Veli Iž, Olib, Silba, Ist i Premuda. Rezultati natječaja očekuju se uskoro.

Pročelnik Darko Kasap naglasio je s obzirom da se radi o projektu rive vrijednom više od 7 milijuna kuna, napravljene su i pripremne radnje u smislu osiguranju sredstava Vodovodu za rekonstrukciju cjevovoda uzduž rive i pripremu za nove priključke za navodnjavanje u suglasnosti s Nasadima prema projektu za navodnjavanje. Pripremljena je i rekonstrukcija elektromreže s previđenim potrebama za održavanje raznih manifestacija na rivi.
- Pripremnim radnjama već sad počinje realizacija ovoga projekta, a sve to treba uskladiti i s radovima na obalnom zidu i popločenjem rive koji idu odličnom dinamikom. U ovom se trenutku rekonstruira sam mul i očekujem da će naši građani i posjetitelji dobiti prekrasan dio grada što će značiti i ukupan završetak uređenja obalnog pojasa Poluotoka - zaključio je pročelnik Kasap.

Na ovogodišnji poziv Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost za provedbu mjera prilagodbe klimatskim promjenama Grad Zadar prijavio je dva projekta. Jedan se odnosi na parterno uređenje Rive ukupne vrijednosti 7,5 milijuna kuna, a drugi na zelene otoke na 24 lokacije od čega 7 na otocima koji se planiraju realizirati u sljedećoj godini. Planira se sadnja pojedinačnih stabala i drvoreda kao doprinos razvoju „zelene infrastrukture“ u Zadru.
- Ovi projekti, kao komunalni zahvati, usporedivi su s projektima uređenja obalnog pojasa, odnosno gradskih plaža. Dakle, novi funkcionalni i uređeni javni prostori za boravak građana, ali i ljepšu sliku Zadra - istaknuo je gradonačelnik Branko Dukić.
Stefani Mikulec Perković, v.d. pročelnice Upravnog odjela za EU fondove dodala je kako je Fond za energetsku učinkovitost u rujnu otvorio specifičan natječaj usmjeren na provedbu mjera za prilagodbu klimatskim promjenama. Taj poziv ima za cilj povećati otpornost lokalne i regionalne zajednice prema klimatskim promjenama. Zadar je podložan toplinskim valovima u ljetnim mjesecima, a jedna od "protumjera" je sadnja novoga zelenila i stvaranje novih zelenih površina u urbanim područjima.

- Bilo je važno pronaći podlogu u strateškim dokumentima koje ima jedinica lokalne samouprave. Mi smo je pronašli u Akcijskom planu energetskog i klimatskog održivog razvitka Grada Zadra kroz mjeru 12. koja se odnosi na razvoj zelene i plave infrastrukture. U sklopu poziva prijavili smo maksimalna dva projekta, prvi u suradnji s Upravnim odjelom za graditeljstvo i odnosi se parterno uređenje rive "Uređenje i rekonstrukcija pješačko-biciklističkih i zelenih površina na Krešimirovoj obali" vrijednosti nešto više od 7,5 milijuna kuna, koje obuhvaća građevinske radove, hortikulturalno uređenje i obnovu infrastrukture.
Drugi projekt su zeleni otoci, ozelenjivane površina grada i prijavljen je u u suradnji s tvrtkom Nasadi i Društvom istraživača mora 20.000 milja, u vrijednosti 4,2 milijuna kuna, a odnosi se prvenstveno na sadnju pojedinačnih stabala i raznih drvoreda diljem grada, te provođenje edukativnih radionice za stanovništvo. Obuhvaćene su 24 lokacije na području grada, 17 u Zadru, te sedam na otocima u obuhvatu grada - izvijestila je Mikulec Perković, navodeći lokacije: Ulica Akcije Maslenica, Ulica Ante Starčevića, Crno, Gaženička cesta, Biogradska cesta, Punta Bajlo, uvala Bregdetti, Kolovare, Ulica Benka Benkovića, Perivoj Vrulje, Ulica Miroslava Krleže, Vidilica Bunker, Kožino, Petrčane, Bokanjac, Novi Bokanjac, Žmirići, Ulica Hrvatskog sabora, Molat, Mali i Veli Iž, Olib, Silba, Ist i Premuda. Pročelnik Darko Kasap naglasio je s obzirom da se radi o projektu rive vrijednom više od 7 milijuna kuna, napravljene su i pripremne radnje u smislu osiguranju sredstava Vodovodu za rekonstrukciju cjevovoda uzduž rive i pripremu za nove priključke za navodnjavanje u suglasnosti s Nasadima prema projektu za navodnjavanje. Pripremljena je i rekonstrukcija elektromreže s previđenim potrebama za održavanje raznih manifestacija na rivi.
- Pripremnim radnjama već sad počinje realizacija ovoga projekta, a sve to treba uskladiti i s radovima na obalnom zidu i popločenjem rive koji idu odličnom dinamikom. U ovom se trenutku rekonstruira sam mul i očekujem da će naši građani i posjetitelji dobiti prekrasan dio grada što će značiti i ukupan završetak uređenja obalnog pojasa Poluotoka - zaključio je pročelnik Kasap.
