Policijski službenici organiziranog kriminaliteta Službe kriminalističke policije Policijske uprave zadarske u suradnji s policijskim službenicima Policijske uprave zagrebačke dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje u svezi kaznenih djela nedozvoljene uporabe osobnih podataka, te prijevare nad dvoje hrvatskih i dvoje stranih državljana.

Sumnja se kako su 35-godišnji hrvatski državljanin, 29-godišnja hrvatska državljanka, 44-godišnji državljanin i 46-godišnja državljanka Srbije, prema prethodnom međusobnom dogovoru, a u cilju stjecanja znatne protupravne imovinske koristi, lažnim prikazivanjem činjenica, te koristeći tuđe osobne podatke prodavali nekretnine dovodeći u zabludu zainteresirane kupce zemljišta na biogradskom području.

Naime, početkom kolovoza mjeseca na internetskom portalu objavili su oglas za prodaju građevinskog zemljišta vrijednog 200 tisuća eura na biogradskom području, neovlašteno koristeći osobne podatke dvoje vlasnika.

Potom su nakon što su se javili na oglas, dvojicu hrvatskih državljana doveli u zabludu lažnim prikazivanjem činjenica, tako da se 35-godišnjak lažno predstavljao kao opunomoćenik stvarnih vlasnika, dok mu je u tome pomagala 29-godišnjakinja.

Dvoje stranih državljana su se trebali lažno predstaviti zainteresiranim kupcima kao stvarni vlasnici zemljišta, navodeći ih pri tom da s istima sklope kupoprodajni ugovor o kupnji nekretnine.

Po dovršetku kriminalističkog istraživanja, četvero osumnjičenih su uz kaznenu prijavu zbog kaznenih djela Neovlaštena uporaba osobnih podataka, te kaznenog djela prijevare u pokušaju u zakonskom roku predani pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave zadarske.

Policijski službenici organiziranog kriminaliteta Službe kriminalističke policije Policijske uprave zadarske u suradnji s policijskim službenicima Policijske uprave zagrebačke dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje u svezi kaznenih djela nedozvoljene uporabe osobnih podataka, te prijevare nad dvoje hrvatskih i dvoje stranih državljana.

Sumnja se kako su 35-godišnji hrvatski državljanin, 29-godišnja hrvatska državljanka, 44-godišnji državljanin i 46-godišnja državljanka Srbije, prema prethodnom međusobnom dogovoru, a u cilju stjecanja znatne protupravne imovinske koristi, lažnim prikazivanjem činjenica, te koristeći tuđe osobne podatke prodavali nekretnine dovodeći u zabludu zainteresirane kupce zemljišta na biogradskom području.

Naime, početkom kolovoza mjeseca na internetskom portalu objavili su oglas za prodaju građevinskog zemljišta vrijednog 200 tisuća eura na biogradskom području, neovlašteno koristeći osobne podatke dvoje vlasnika.

Potom su nakon što su se javili na oglas, dvojicu hrvatskih državljana doveli u zabludu lažnim prikazivanjem činjenica, tako da se 35-godišnjak lažno predstavljao kao opunomoćenik stvarnih vlasnika, dok mu je u tome pomagala 29-godišnjakinja.

Dvoje stranih državljana su se trebali lažno predstaviti zainteresiranim kupcima kao stvarni vlasnici zemljišta, navodeći ih pri tom da s istima sklope kupoprodajni ugovor o kupnji nekretnine.

Po dovršetku kriminalističkog istraživanja, četvero osumnjičenih su uz kaznenu prijavu zbog kaznenih djela Neovlaštena uporaba osobnih podataka, te kaznenog djela prijevare u pokušaju u zakonskom roku predani pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave zadarske.

Par iz Hrvatske i Srbije pokušao prevariti strane državljane u kupnji 200 tisuća eura vrijednog zemljišta u Biogradu!

Policijski službenici organiziranog kriminaliteta Službe kriminalističke policije Policijske uprave zadarske u suradnji s policijskim službenicima Policijske uprave zagrebačke dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje u svezi kaznenih djela nedozvoljene uporabe osobnih podataka, te prijevare nad dvoje hrvatskih i dvoje stranih državljana.

Sumnja se kako su 35-godišnji hrvatski državljanin, 29-godišnja hrvatska državljanka, 44-godišnji državljanin i 46-godišnja državljanka Srbije, prema prethodnom međusobnom dogovoru, a u cilju stjecanja znatne protupravne imovinske koristi, lažnim prikazivanjem činjenica, te koristeći tuđe osobne podatke prodavali nekretnine dovodeći u zabludu zainteresirane kupce zemljišta na biogradskom području.

Naime, početkom kolovoza mjeseca na internetskom portalu objavili su oglas za prodaju građevinskog zemljišta vrijednog 200 tisuća eura na biogradskom području, neovlašteno koristeći osobne podatke dvoje vlasnika.

Potom su nakon što su se javili na oglas, dvojicu hrvatskih državljana doveli u zabludu lažnim prikazivanjem činjenica, tako da se 35-godišnjak lažno predstavljao kao opunomoćenik stvarnih vlasnika, dok mu je u tome pomagala 29-godišnjakinja.

Dvoje stranih državljana su se trebali lažno predstaviti zainteresiranim kupcima kao stvarni vlasnici zemljišta, navodeći ih pri tom da s istima sklope kupoprodajni ugovor o kupnji nekretnine.

Po dovršetku kriminalističkog istraživanja, četvero osumnjičenih su uz kaznenu prijavu zbog kaznenih djela Neovlaštena uporaba osobnih podataka, te kaznenog djela prijevare u pokušaju u zakonskom roku predani pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave zadarske.
