Zadrane na proljeće sigurno očekuje poskupljenje računa za vodu, potvrdio nam je Tomislav Matek direktor Vodovoda Zadar. Za koji iznos će računi biti uvećani, još uvijek nije poznato, a moguća su, ne samo jedan već dva vala poskupljenja. Građani će tako na proljeće, iako točan datum još uvijek nije poznat, dobiti uvećane račune na kojima će skuplji biti fiksni dio cijena vodne usluge.

- Obzirom na primjedbe kontrolnih tijela da se trenutnom cijenom vodne usluge ne pokrivaju troškovi za koje je propisano da cijena vodne usluge mora pokrivati, Vodovod Zadar priprema korekciju fiksnog dijela cijene vodne usluge. Sukladno odredbama Zakona o vodnim uslugama sredstva cijene vodne usluge javne vodoopskrbe prihod su isporučitelja vodne usluge, a obveznik plaćanja je korisnik vodnih usluga. Cijena vodne usluge sastoji se od fiksnog i varijabilnog dijela. Osnovica varijabilnog dijela cijene vodne usluge javne vodoopskrbe je količina (kubni metar) vode isporučene korisnicima, objašnjava Matek dodajući kako se fiksni dio cijene vodne usluge plaća u fiksnom iznosu i mora pokriti fiksne troškove pružanja vodne usluge propisane Uredbom o najnižoj osnovnoj cijeni vodnih usluga i vrsti troškova koje pokriva cijena vodnih usluga te propisuje i vrste troškova koji se nadoknađuju iz cijene vodne usluge, a sve sukladno načelu povrata troškova vodnih aktivnosti.

- Trenutno je fiskni dio cijene vodne usluge javne vodoopskrbe određen u kategorijama za fizičke osobe 1,78 eura (13,38 kuna) i pravne osobe 2,64 eura (19,89 kuna), dok je u pripremi model određivanja fisknog dijela cijene vodne usluge prema profilima cijevi, kakvo određenje već imaju Vodovodi Splita, Šibenika, Rijeke... - govori direktor Matek.

Poskupljenje fiksnog dijela za domaćinstva, odnosno po satu, najvjerojatnije će iznositi oko dva eura, a kako će taj dio za pravne osobe iznositi daleko više od sadašnje cijene, ovisno o veličini profila cijevi koje su kod nekih hotelskih usluga puno veće od standardnih.

Uz povećanje fiksnog dijela cijene vodne usluge koja će se ubuduće računati prema profilu cijevi, poskupljenje računa za vodu se može dogoditi i zbog mogućeg povećanja cijene električne energije. Naime, ta cijena je trenutno odlukom Vlade RH limitirana, a ako Vlada ne produži mjere na tržištu energije, punu cijenu će platiti građani.

- U veljači 2020. godine sklopljen je Okvirni sporazum za razdoblje od dvije godine na ukupni iznos cijene u visini 2.773.105,94 eura (20.893.966,69 kuna) te je na snazi do 18. veljače 2023. godine. Početkom prosinca 2022. godine pokrenut je novi postupak nabave za nabavu električne energije za razdoblje od jedne godine, procijenjene vrijednosti nabave 5.308.912,34 eura (40.000.000 kuna). Na natječaj je pristigla jedna ponuda na iznos od 5.596.066,10 eura (42.163.560,03 kuna) što je za 287.153,78 eura (2.163.560,03 kuna) više od procijenjene vrijednosti. Ugovor po provedenom postupku još nije sklopljen s obzirom na to da je do 31. ožujka 2023. na snazi Uredba o otklanjanju poremećaja na tržištu energije. Stoga ukoliko Vlada RH ne produži mjere na tržištu energije, Vodovod Zadar će biti prisiljen potpisati ugovor o opskrbi električnom energijom na navedeni iznos, što će se reflektirati na cijenu vode, zaključuje Matek.

Zadrane na proljeće sigurno očekuje poskupljenje računa za vodu, potvrdio nam je Tomislav Matek direktor Vodovoda Zadar. Za koji iznos će računi biti uvećani, još uvijek nije poznato, a moguća su, ne samo jedan već dva vala poskupljenja. Građani će tako na proljeće, iako točan datum još uvijek nije poznat, dobiti uvećane račune na kojima će skuplji biti fiksni dio cijena vodne usluge.

- Obzirom na primjedbe kontrolnih tijela da se trenutnom cijenom vodne usluge ne pokrivaju troškovi za koje je propisano da cijena vodne usluge mora pokrivati, Vodovod Zadar priprema korekciju fiksnog dijela cijene vodne usluge. Sukladno odredbama Zakona o vodnim uslugama sredstva cijene vodne usluge javne vodoopskrbe prihod su isporučitelja vodne usluge, a obveznik plaćanja je korisnik vodnih usluga. Cijena vodne usluge sastoji se od fiksnog i varijabilnog dijela. Osnovica varijabilnog dijela cijene vodne usluge javne vodoopskrbe je količina (kubni metar) vode isporučene korisnicima, objašnjava Matek dodajući kako se fiksni dio cijene vodne usluge plaća u fiksnom iznosu i mora pokriti fiksne troškove pružanja vodne usluge propisane Uredbom o najnižoj osnovnoj cijeni vodnih usluga i vrsti troškova koje pokriva cijena vodnih usluga te propisuje i vrste troškova koji se nadoknađuju iz cijene vodne usluge, a sve sukladno načelu povrata troškova vodnih aktivnosti.

- Trenutno je fiskni dio cijene vodne usluge javne vodoopskrbe određen u kategorijama za fizičke osobe 1,78 eura (13,38 kuna) i pravne osobe 2,64 eura (19,89 kuna), dok je u pripremi model određivanja fisknog dijela cijene vodne usluge prema profilima cijevi, kakvo određenje već imaju Vodovodi Splita, Šibenika, Rijeke... - govori direktor Matek.

Poskupljenje fiksnog dijela za domaćinstva, odnosno po satu, najvjerojatnije će iznositi oko dva eura, a kako će taj dio za pravne osobe iznositi daleko više od sadašnje cijene, ovisno o veličini profila cijevi koje su kod nekih hotelskih usluga puno veće od standardnih.

Uz povećanje fiksnog dijela cijene vodne usluge koja će se ubuduće računati prema profilu cijevi, poskupljenje računa za vodu se može dogoditi i zbog mogućeg povećanja cijene električne energije. Naime, ta cijena je trenutno odlukom Vlade RH limitirana, a ako Vlada ne produži mjere na tržištu energije, punu cijenu će platiti građani.

- U veljači 2020. godine sklopljen je Okvirni sporazum za razdoblje od dvije godine na ukupni iznos cijene u visini 2.773.105,94 eura (20.893.966,69 kuna) te je na snazi do 18. veljače 2023. godine. Početkom prosinca 2022. godine pokrenut je novi postupak nabave za nabavu električne energije za razdoblje od jedne godine, procijenjene vrijednosti nabave 5.308.912,34 eura (40.000.000 kuna). Na natječaj je pristigla jedna ponuda na iznos od 5.596.066,10 eura (42.163.560,03 kuna) što je za 287.153,78 eura (2.163.560,03 kuna) više od procijenjene vrijednosti. Ugovor po provedenom postupku još nije sklopljen s obzirom na to da je do 31. ožujka 2023. na snazi Uredba o otklanjanju poremećaja na tržištu energije. Stoga ukoliko Vlada RH ne produži mjere na tržištu energije, Vodovod Zadar će biti prisiljen potpisati ugovor o opskrbi električnom energijom na navedeni iznos, što će se reflektirati na cijenu vode, zaključuje Matek.

Zadrane na proljeće sigurno očekuje poskupljenje računa za vodu, potvrdio nam je Tomislav Matek direktor Vodovoda Zadar. Za koji iznos će računi biti uvećani, još uvijek nije poznato, a moguća su, ne samo jedan već dva vala poskupljenja. Građani će tako na proljeće, iako točan datum još uvijek nije poznat, dobiti uvećane račune na kojima će skuplji biti fiksni dio cijena vodne usluge.

- Obzirom na primjedbe kontrolnih tijela da se trenutnom cijenom vodne usluge ne pokrivaju troškovi za koje je propisano da cijena vodne usluge mora pokrivati, Vodovod Zadar priprema korekciju fiksnog dijela cijene vodne usluge. Sukladno odredbama Zakona o vodnim uslugama sredstva cijene vodne usluge javne vodoopskrbe prihod su isporučitelja vodne usluge, a obveznik plaćanja je korisnik vodnih usluga. Cijena vodne usluge sastoji se od fiksnog i varijabilnog dijela. Osnovica varijabilnog dijela cijene vodne usluge javne vodoopskrbe je količina (kubni metar) vode isporučene korisnicima, objašnjava Matek dodajući kako se fiksni dio cijene vodne usluge plaća u fiksnom iznosu i mora pokriti fiksne troškove pružanja vodne usluge propisane Uredbom o najnižoj osnovnoj cijeni vodnih usluga i vrsti troškova koje pokriva cijena vodnih usluga te propisuje i vrste troškova koji se nadoknađuju iz cijene vodne usluge, a sve sukladno načelu povrata troškova vodnih aktivnosti.
