Pola posla napravljeno je na rekonstrukciji raskrižja državne ceste DC306 poznatije kao Ulica Hrvatskog sabora s Putom Biliga u Zadru. Posao izvođenja radova kojima će ovo raskrižje postati semaforizirano odrađuju tvrtke Kruševo-put, zagrebačka Ingra i Mežnar građevinske usluge iz Duge Rese, za 6.416.369,50 kuna (bez PDV-a), a radove nadziru tvrtke Civil engineering Zadar i Terestrika Split za 257.003,00 kuna (bez PDV-a).

- Kada govorimo o financijskom smislu, utrošeno je gotovo 40 posto sredstava, a kada su u pitanju odrađeni radovi, napravljena je glavnina posla, odnosno 50 posto. Do kraja ovog tjedna će se postaviti prvi sloj asfalta u Putu Biliga. Uz Ulicu Hrvatskog sabora se čisti teren kako bi se napravio potporni zid, govori nam Mario Pinčić iz Hrvatskih cesta koji je voditelj Tehničke ispostave Zadar. Dodaje i kako bi se na izradi potpornog zida mogli dogoditi i određeni problemi.

- Tek kada radnici otklone beton i zemlju vidjet će se hoće li biti problema ili ne. Ako je taj dio odrađen prema pravilima struke kada je u pitanju odvodnja, vodovod i ostala infrastruktura, onda ne vjerujem da ćemo imati problema. Ali više o tome ćemo znati tek kad se vidi kakva je situacija ispod zemlje, ističe Pinčić dodajući kako na tom dijelu ipak ne bi trebali imati problema kakve su imali u Putu Biliga. Naime, na Putu Biliga su imali velike probleme s ilegalnim priključcima na odvodnju  

Još jedan mogući problem mogao bi nastati i kada se bude spuštao dio ceste u Ulici Hrvatskog sabora.

-  Zavoj Hrvatskog sabora je, kada se gleda od zapada prema istoku nagnut na lijevu stranu. Potrebno je odraditi spuštanje desne strane ceste, pa je na tom mjestu zbog brojne podzemne infrastrukture moguć problem, kazao je Pinčić.

Unatoč mogućim problemima, Pinčić vjeruje kako će dovršetak radova na rekonstrukciji raskrižja biti na vrijeme gotov, ako ne i prije krajnjeg datuma, jer je rok za dovršetak radova do ožujka iduće godine.  

Križanje dvaju ulica Hrvatskog Sabora i Put Biliga je planirano kao klasično „T“ raskrižje s lijevim skretačima. Postojeće raskrižje će se semaforizirati te će se izvesti dodatni skretači kako bi se povećala protočnost vozila. Karakteristično je da će prometni trak odvoza s križanja u Put Biliga zbog dvorišnih ulaza maksimalno pratiti niveletu postojeće prometnice dok će se trakovi privoza denivelirati da bi se smanjio postojeći uzdužni nagib na samom križanju.

Pola posla napravljeno je na rekonstrukciji raskrižja državne ceste DC306 poznatije kao Ulica Hrvatskog sabora s Putom Biliga u Zadru. Posao izvođenja radova kojima će ovo raskrižje postati semaforizirano odrađuju tvrtke Kruševo-put, zagrebačka Ingra i Mežnar građevinske usluge iz Duge Rese, za 6.416.369,50 kuna (bez PDV-a), a radove nadziru tvrtke Civil engineering Zadar i Terestrika Split za 257.003,00 kuna (bez PDV-a).

- Kada govorimo o financijskom smislu, utrošeno je gotovo 40 posto sredstava, a kada su u pitanju odrađeni radovi, napravljena je glavnina posla, odnosno 50 posto. Do kraja ovog tjedna će se postaviti prvi sloj asfalta u Putu Biliga. Uz Ulicu Hrvatskog sabora se čisti teren kako bi se napravio potporni zid, govori nam Mario Pinčić iz Hrvatskih cesta koji je voditelj Tehničke ispostave Zadar. Dodaje i kako bi se na izradi potpornog zida mogli dogoditi i određeni problemi.

- Tek kada radnici otklone beton i zemlju vidjet će se hoće li biti problema ili ne. Ako je taj dio odrađen prema pravilima struke kada je u pitanju odvodnja, vodovod i ostala infrastruktura, onda ne vjerujem da ćemo imati problema. Ali više o tome ćemo znati tek kad se vidi kakva je situacija ispod zemlje, ističe Pinčić dodajući kako na tom dijelu ipak ne bi trebali imati problema kakve su imali u Putu Biliga. Naime, na Putu Biliga su imali velike probleme s ilegalnim priključcima na odvodnju  

Još jedan mogući problem mogao bi nastati i kada se bude spuštao dio ceste u Ulici Hrvatskog sabora.

-  Zavoj Hrvatskog sabora je, kada se gleda od zapada prema istoku nagnut na lijevu stranu. Potrebno je odraditi spuštanje desne strane ceste, pa je na tom mjestu zbog brojne podzemne infrastrukture moguć problem, kazao je Pinčić.

Unatoč mogućim problemima, Pinčić vjeruje kako će dovršetak radova na rekonstrukciji raskrižja biti na vrijeme gotov, ako ne i prije krajnjeg datuma, jer je rok za dovršetak radova do ožujka iduće godine.  

Križanje dvaju ulica Hrvatskog Sabora i Put Biliga je planirano kao klasično „T“ raskrižje s lijevim skretačima. Postojeće raskrižje će se semaforizirati te će se izvesti dodatni skretači kako bi se povećala protočnost vozila. Karakteristično je da će prometni trak odvoza s križanja u Put Biliga zbog dvorišnih ulaza maksimalno pratiti niveletu postojeće prometnice dok će se trakovi privoza denivelirati da bi se smanjio postojeći uzdužni nagib na samom križanju.
