Ministarstvo kulture i medija dalo je zeleno svjetlo Gradu Zadru za osnivanjem javne ustanove Dvije palače. Odluka u osnivanjem javne ustanove, koja bi trebala voditi brigu o Providurovoj i Kneževoj palači, mora potvrditi politika, odnosno Gradsko vijeće. Ako je potvrdi, Grad Zadar će u svome vlasništvu imati novu ustanovu s najmanje pet zaposlenika čija će zadaća biti upravljanje i održavanje povijesnih zgrada, obnovljenima uz pomoć europskih sredstava, te njihovim tehničkim sustavima.

- Mislima da je javna ustanova odlična platforma za uvođenje palača u život odnosno za privođenje svrsi. U tijeku su radovi na opremanju unutrašnjosti Providurove palače za što smo kroz proračun gradskog odjela za kulturu i sport izdvojili oko 1,2 milijuna kuna. Opremili smo polivalentnu dvoranu u vrijednosti 487 tisuća kuna od čega smo 300 tisuća kuna dobili od Ministarstva kulture i medija. Uskoro dovršavamo cjelokupnu opremu u čitaonici, ogranku ”Grad” Gradske knjižnice Zadar. Za police, ugradbeni namještaj, stolove, sjedalice i pult izdvojili smo 358 tisuća kuna, a za opremanje multimedijalnom opremom još 736 tisuće kuna – kaže Dina Bušić, pročelnica gradskog odjela za kulturu i šport.

Cijeli posao opremanja i stavljanja Providurove palače u funkcionalno stanje trebao bi biti dovršen do početka svibnja, moguće i prije, ovisno o brzini izvođenja radova i brojnim problemima koje stvara pandemija. 

U međuvremenu, naglašava Bušić, traju pregovori oko modela suradnje s Narodnim muzejem u cilju postizanja dogovora oko programske suradnju kako bi nova Providurova palača dobila i svoj sadržaj. To znači da je politika najvjerojatnije odustala od najavljenog cijepanja Narodnog muzeja kojem je osnivač Zadarska županija.

Podsjetimo, stručno vijeće Narodnog muzeja jednoglasno je odbilo mogućnost da se muzej podijeli između Grada Zadra i Zadarske županije. Prema zadnjem prijedlogu gradonačelnika Branka Dukića Grad Zadar je htio sebi, odnosno novoj javnoj ustanovi Dvije palače, pripojiti Galeriju umjetnina i Muzej grada, zajedno s zaposlenicima, a ostali odjeli (Prirodoslovna i Etnografska zbirka, izložbeni prostori Gradska straža, Gradska loža i Mali arsenal), trebali su ostati u vlasništvu osnivača, Zadarske županija. Od toga se međutim odustalo i sad se traži model programske suradnje s Narodnim muzejem koji bi zapravo bio nositelj programa Providurove palače.

- Prirodno je da Narodni muzej, koji već koristi Kneževu palaču, bude taj s kojim dogovaramo programsku suradnju i za Providurovu palaču. Naravno, govorimo o mogućnostima, a ne o konačnom rješenjima. O tome će odlučiti politika na razini gradonačelnik-župan, odnosno na razini gradskih i županijskih vijeća. Također, svaku odluku koja se odnosi na eventualno cijepanje Narodnog muzeja, mora potvrditi Hrvatsko muzejsko vijeće. Oni o tome, koliko znam, još nisu odlučivali. Bez obzira na njihovu odluku, mislim da je ovo dobar početak. Osnivanjem javne ustanove otvaraju nam se brojne mogućnosti, stvara se platforma za fleksibilnije funkcioniranje i odnos prema nositeljima programskih sadržaja. Zato sam jako optimistična – kaže Dina Bušić.

Znači li to da će glavnu (programsku) riječ i za Providurovu palaču imati Renata Peroš, ravnateljica Narodnog muzeja, ostaje za vidjeti. Mandat koji je dobila 2019. istječe joj 2023. godine, a hoće li joj to biti i posljednji, odlučit će naravno politika.

Ministarstvo kulture i medija dalo je zeleno svjetlo Gradu Zadru za osnivanjem javne ustanove Dvije palače. Odluka u osnivanjem javne ustanove, koja bi trebala voditi brigu o Providurovoj i Kneževoj palači, mora potvrditi politika, odnosno Gradsko vijeće. Ako je potvrdi, Grad Zadar će u svome vlasništvu imati novu ustanovu s najmanje pet zaposlenika čija će zadaća biti upravljanje i održavanje povijesnih zgrada, obnovljenima uz pomoć europskih sredstava, te njihovim tehničkim sustavima.

- Mislima da je javna ustanova odlična platforma za uvođenje palača u život odnosno za privođenje svrsi. U tijeku su radovi na opremanju unutrašnjosti Providurove palače za što smo kroz proračun gradskog odjela za kulturu i sport izdvojili oko 1,2 milijuna kuna. Opremili smo polivalentnu dvoranu u vrijednosti 487 tisuća kuna od čega smo 300 tisuća kuna dobili od Ministarstva kulture i medija. Uskoro dovršavamo cjelokupnu opremu u čitaonici, ogranku ”Grad” Gradske knjižnice Zadar. Za police, ugradbeni namještaj, stolove, sjedalice i pult izdvojili smo 358 tisuća kuna, a za opremanje multimedijalnom opremom još 736 tisuće kuna – kaže Dina Bušić, pročelnica gradskog odjela za kulturu i šport.

Cijeli posao opremanja i stavljanja Providurove palače u funkcionalno stanje trebao bi biti dovršen do početka svibnja, moguće i prije, ovisno o brzini izvođenja radova i brojnim problemima koje stvara pandemija. 

U međuvremenu, naglašava Bušić, traju pregovori oko modela suradnje s Narodnim muzejem u cilju postizanja dogovora oko programske suradnju kako bi nova Providurova palača dobila i svoj sadržaj. To znači da je politika najvjerojatnije odustala od najavljenog cijepanja Narodnog muzeja kojem je osnivač Zadarska županija.

Podsjetimo, stručno vijeće Narodnog muzeja jednoglasno je odbilo mogućnost da se muzej podijeli između Grada Zadra i Zadarske županije. Prema zadnjem prijedlogu gradonačelnika Branka Dukića Grad Zadar je htio sebi, odnosno novoj javnoj ustanovi Dvije palače, pripojiti Galeriju umjetnina i Muzej grada, zajedno s zaposlenicima, a ostali odjeli (Prirodoslovna i Etnografska zbirka, izložbeni prostori Gradska straža, Gradska loža i Mali arsenal), trebali su ostati u vlasništvu osnivača, Zadarske županija. Od toga se međutim odustalo i sad se traži model programske suradnje s Narodnim muzejem koji bi zapravo bio nositelj programa Providurove palače.

- Prirodno je da Narodni muzej, koji već koristi Kneževu palaču, bude taj s kojim dogovaramo programsku suradnju i za Providurovu palaču. Naravno, govorimo o mogućnostima, a ne o konačnom rješenjima. O tome će odlučiti politika na razini gradonačelnik-župan, odnosno na razini gradskih i županijskih vijeća. Također, svaku odluku koja se odnosi na eventualno cijepanje Narodnog muzeja, mora potvrditi Hrvatsko muzejsko vijeće. Oni o tome, koliko znam, još nisu odlučivali. Bez obzira na njihovu odluku, mislim da je ovo dobar početak. Osnivanjem javne ustanove otvaraju nam se brojne mogućnosti, stvara se platforma za fleksibilnije funkcioniranje i odnos prema nositeljima programskih sadržaja. Zato sam jako optimistična – kaže Dina Bušić.

Znači li to da će glavnu (programsku) riječ i za Providurovu palaču imati Renata Peroš, ravnateljica Narodnog muzeja, ostaje za vidjeti. Mandat koji je dobila 2019. istječe joj 2023. godine, a hoće li joj to biti i posljednji, odlučit će naravno politika.
