- Definirana je cijena kvadrata u Poduzetničkoj zoni Crno čija je izgradnja u završetku, kazao je gradonačelnik Branko Dukić na kolegiju održanom u četvrtak ujutro.
- Gospodarski pokazatelji zadarskih poslovnih subjekata u prošloj su godini premašili i neka optimistična očekivanja. Istovremeno s rastom gospodarstva završili smo sve radove na infrastrukturnom opremanju prve faze naše gospodarske zone. Čekamo izdavanje uporabne dozvole i radimo na poslovima vezanim za buduće korištenje i priprema se natječaj za prodaju zemljišta. Definirana je procjena vrijednosti zemljišta, izrađeni su i prijedlozi modela korištenja, kazao je gradonačelnik nadajući se konstruktivnoj raspravi u Vijeću kako bi dali najbolje moguće uvjete svima onima koji žele svoje poslovanje započeti ili nastaviti širiti u Crnom.
V.d. pročelnik UO za gospodarstvo, obrtništvo i razvitak otoka, Mate Pinčić, istaknuo je kako su završeni radovi na izgradnji prve faze komunalne infrastukture PZ Crno te kako se sada čeka polaganje elektrokabela iz smjera Bibinja do zone kako bi se nakon toga mogla zatražđiti uporabna dozvola za zonu.
- Izrađena je studija modela upravljanja zonom koja je temelj za donošenje svih budućih odluka koje se odnose na upravljanje. Trenutno se provodi javni poziv za iskaz interesa poduzetnika za poslovanje u PZ Crno, a za sada su 42 poduzetnika iskazala interes i to u najvećoj mjeri za kupnju parcela u zoni. To su zemljišta veličine između 2500 i 5000 kvadrata, kazao je Pinčić dodajući kako su poduzetnici najviše isticali kako žele graditi proizvodne hale i skladišta.
Pročelnik za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom, Tomislav Korona, kazao je kako je izrađen elaborat o procjeni vrijednosti zemljišta kojom je utvrđena početna cijena zemljišta u slučaju prodaje.
- Minimalna cijena kvadrata za kupnju iznosi 29,48 eura. Površina svih pet kaeta u zoni crno je 240.852 kvadrata, što znači da je ukupna vrijednost zemljišta u svih pet kaseta će 7.188.160,00 eura, zaključio je Korona.
Grad je prodajom zemljišta, odnosno prihodom od prodaje obvezan daljnje ulagati u komunalnu infrastukturu. Moguće je da će Grad od prodaje zemljišta dobiti i više novaca, a sve ovisi o tome kolika će se cijena postići na javnim natječajima.

- Definirana je cijena kvadrata u Poduzetničkoj zoni Crno čija je izgradnja u završetku, kazao je gradonačelnik Branko Dukić na kolegiju održanom u četvrtak ujutro.
- Gospodarski pokazatelji zadarskih poslovnih subjekata u prošloj su godini premašili i neka optimistična očekivanja. Istovremeno s rastom gospodarstva završili smo sve radove na infrastrukturnom opremanju prve faze naše gospodarske zone. Čekamo izdavanje uporabne dozvole i radimo na poslovima vezanim za buduće korištenje i priprema se natječaj za prodaju zemljišta. Definirana je procjena vrijednosti zemljišta, izrađeni su i prijedlozi modela korištenja, kazao je gradonačelnik nadajući se konstruktivnoj raspravi u Vijeću kako bi dali najbolje moguće uvjete svima onima koji žele svoje poslovanje započeti ili nastaviti širiti u Crnom.
V.d. pročelnik UO za gospodarstvo, obrtništvo i razvitak otoka, Mate Pinčić, istaknuo je kako su završeni radovi na izgradnji prve faze komunalne infrastukture PZ Crno te kako se sada čeka polaganje elektrokabela iz smjera Bibinja do zone kako bi se nakon toga mogla zatražđiti uporabna dozvola za zonu.
- Izrađena je studija modela upravljanja zonom koja je temelj za donošenje svih budućih odluka koje se odnose na upravljanje. Trenutno se provodi javni poziv za iskaz interesa poduzetnika za poslovanje u PZ Crno, a za sada su 42 poduzetnika iskazala interes i to u najvećoj mjeri za kupnju parcela u zoni. To su zemljišta veličine između 2500 i 5000 kvadrata, kazao je Pinčić dodajući kako su poduzetnici najviše isticali kako žele graditi proizvodne hale i skladišta.
Pročelnik za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom, Tomislav Korona, kazao je kako je izrađen elaborat o procjeni vrijednosti zemljišta kojom je utvrđena početna cijena zemljišta u slučaju prodaje.
- Minimalna cijena kvadrata za kupnju iznosi 29,48 eura. Površina svih pet kaeta u zoni crno je 240.852 kvadrata, što znači da je ukupna vrijednost zemljišta u svih pet kaseta će 7.188.160,00 eura, zaključio je Korona.
Grad je prodajom zemljišta, odnosno prihodom od prodaje obvezan daljnje ulagati u komunalnu infrastukturu. Moguće je da će Grad od prodaje zemljišta dobiti i više novaca, a sve ovisi o tome kolika će se cijena postići na javnim natječajima.
