Krajem kolovoza prošle godine na raskrižju cesta D27 i D59, kod industrijske zone u Stankovcima, poginuo je jedan 50-godišnjak, a nekoliko dana nakon toga mještani su mirnim okupljanjem u bijelim majicama s natpisom "ruski rulet" i slikom raskrižja poslali upozorenje vlastima na crnu točku na kojoj se u posljednjih petnaestak godina dogodilo više od 50 nesreća, u kojima je četvero ljudi poginulo, dok je njih 53 teže ili lakše ozlijeđeno. Mada su Stankovčani nakon prosvjeda dobili uvjeravanja da će problem biti riješen, ta tragična statistika uvećana je prije nekoliko dana kada je na famoznom raskrižju došlo do nove prometne nesreće u kojoj su lakše ozlijeđene tri osobe.
Zašto u proteklih godinu dana ništa nije napravljeno?
-Jutros sam razgovarao s ljudima iz Hrvatskih cesta koji su mi rekli da je rekonstrukcija ovog raskrižja u fazi izdavanja građevinske dozvole. Projektna je dokumentacija plaćena 300.000 kuna i sada se čeka građevinsku dozvolu kako bi se moglo raspisati javni natječaj, a sredstva su osigurana iz EU fondova, kaže Željko Baradić, načelnik Stankovaca, ali i sam sumnja da će to biti dovoljno da bi se nesreće u cijelosti izbjegle:
-Nema tog prometnog znaka koji može u potpunosti spriječiti nesreće, uvijek preostaje ljudski faktor. Pa ovdje se gotovo svakodnevno događaju lake ili teške prometne nesreće, ali one lakše ne dospijevaju do medija, pa ih nitko ni registrira. Ono što me zbunjuje je da već postoje usporivači, trepćuće svjetlo i znak „STOP”, ali ljudi jednostavno ne staju! I to kako oni koji dolaze s auto ceste, tako i oni koji dolaze s mora, navodi Baradić.
Načelnik dodaje da će na raskrižju biti izgrađen rotor jer za to ima dovoljno mjesta, ali nije siguran da će to definitivno riješiti problem.
Zašto se godinu dana od prosvjeda mještana nije dogodilo ništa? Je li toliko vremena trebalo za izradu projektne dokumentacije i raspisivanje natječaja?
-Da budem iskren, i mene živcira ta sporost u izradi projektne dokumentacije! Jutros sam kontaktirao ljude iz Hrvatskih cesta da vidim što je s tim, izjavio nam je Josip Bilaver, državni tajnik u Ministarstvu mora, prometa i infrastrukture.
Bilaver objašnjava da su Hrvatske ceste u suradnji s Ministarstvom unutarnjih poslova evidentirale 28 crnih točaka u prometu na području cijele Hrvatske. Te su crne točke podijeljene u pet grupa, ali...
-Dok ne riješe svaku od njih u grupi, ne mogu ići u raspisivanje javnih natječaja! A dosada je realizirano samo šest projekata, ali ni jedna od grupa nije u cijelosti riješena, pa to usporava stvari s raspisivanjem natječaja. Ovog tjedna bismo se u Ministarstvu mora, prometa i infrastrukture trebali sastati s ljudima iz Hrvatskih cesta i porazgovarati o tome da se, ako već neki od projekata nisu ni blizu dovršavanja projektne dokumentacije, jednostavno promijene te grupe u koje su svrstani. Tako bismo ubrzali postupak, brže raspisivali javne natječaje i sanirali crne rupe u prometu, najavljuje državni tajnik Josip Bilaver.

Krajem kolovoza prošle godine na raskrižju cesta D27 i D59, kod industrijske zone u Stankovcima, poginuo je jedan 50-godišnjak, a nekoliko dana nakon toga mještani su mirnim okupljanjem u bijelim majicama s natpisom "ruski rulet" i slikom raskrižja poslali upozorenje vlastima na crnu točku na kojoj se u posljednjih petnaestak godina dogodilo više od 50 nesreća, u kojima je četvero ljudi poginulo, dok je njih 53 teže ili lakše ozlijeđeno. Mada su Stankovčani nakon prosvjeda dobili uvjeravanja da će problem biti riješen, ta tragična statistika uvećana je prije nekoliko dana kada je na famoznom raskrižju došlo do nove prometne nesreće u kojoj su lakše ozlijeđene tri osobe.
Zašto u proteklih godinu dana ništa nije napravljeno?
-Jutros sam razgovarao s ljudima iz Hrvatskih cesta koji su mi rekli da je rekonstrukcija ovog raskrižja u fazi izdavanja građevinske dozvole. Projektna je dokumentacija plaćena 300.000 kuna i sada se čeka građevinsku dozvolu kako bi se moglo raspisati javni natječaj, a sredstva su osigurana iz EU fondova, kaže Željko Baradić, načelnik Stankovaca, ali i sam sumnja da će to biti dovoljno da bi se nesreće u cijelosti izbjegle:
-Nema tog prometnog znaka koji može u potpunosti spriječiti nesreće, uvijek preostaje ljudski faktor. Pa ovdje se gotovo svakodnevno događaju lake ili teške prometne nesreće, ali one lakše ne dospijevaju do medija, pa ih nitko ni registrira. Ono što me zbunjuje je da već postoje usporivači, trepćuće svjetlo i znak „STOP”, ali ljudi jednostavno ne staju! I to kako oni koji dolaze s auto ceste, tako i oni koji dolaze s mora, navodi Baradić.
Načelnik dodaje da će na raskrižju biti izgrađen rotor jer za to ima dovoljno mjesta, ali nije siguran da će to definitivno riješiti problem.
Zašto se godinu dana od prosvjeda mještana nije dogodilo ništa? Je li toliko vremena trebalo za izradu projektne dokumentacije i raspisivanje natječaja?
-Da budem iskren, i mene živcira ta sporost u izradi projektne dokumentacije! Jutros sam kontaktirao ljude iz Hrvatskih cesta da vidim što je s tim, izjavio nam je Josip Bilaver, državni tajnik u Ministarstvu mora, prometa i infrastrukture.
Bilaver objašnjava da su Hrvatske ceste u suradnji s Ministarstvom unutarnjih poslova evidentirale 28 crnih točaka u prometu na području cijele Hrvatske. Te su crne točke podijeljene u pet grupa, ali...
-Dok ne riješe svaku od njih u grupi, ne mogu ići u raspisivanje javnih natječaja! A dosada je realizirano samo šest projekata, ali ni jedna od grupa nije u cijelosti riješena, pa to usporava stvari s raspisivanjem natječaja. Ovog tjedna bismo se u Ministarstvu mora, prometa i infrastrukture trebali sastati s ljudima iz Hrvatskih cesta i porazgovarati o tome da se, ako već neki od projekata nisu ni blizu dovršavanja projektne dokumentacije, jednostavno promijene te grupe u koje su svrstani. Tako bismo ubrzali postupak, brže raspisivali javne natječaje i sanirali crne rupe u prometu, najavljuje državni tajnik Josip Bilaver.
