Dvije velike zdravstvene ustanove u Zadarskoj županiji trenutno su opterećene isplatom visokih odšteta zbog nezakonitih otkaza svojim djelatnicima. 

U oba slučaja donesene su pravomoćne sudske presude zbog kojih Specijalna bolnica za ortopediju u Biogradu te Zavod za hitnu medicinu Zadarske županije ukupno moraju isplatiti preko dva milijuna kuna zbog otkaza koje je sud kasnije proglasio nezakonitima.

Prvi i stariji slučaj je onaj Milene Milić, nekadašnje rukovoditeljice pravne službe biogradske bolnice te bivše zamjenice ravnatelje te ustanove koja je izvanredni otkaz dobila svega nekoliko nekoliko dana prije nego je ostvarila uvjete za odlazak u mirovinu. Otkaz joj je zbog navodne povrede radne dužnosti, koju je Vrhovni sud kasnije odbacio kao neutemeljenu, dao bivši ravnatelj biogradske bolnice, ujedno i bivši županijski pročelnik za zdravstvo, Andrija Marcelić.

Nakon otkaza, Milena Milić otišla je u prijevremenu mirovinu te tužila bolnicu zbog načina na koji je otpuštena. Sudski postupak trajao je godinama: prvo je odluka o izvanrednom otkazu pala na Općinskom sudu, potom je Županijski prihvatio žalbu bolnice i proglasio je valjanom, da bi Vrhovni sud na kraju presudio u korist pravnice Milić. Biogradska bolnica dobila je rok od osam dana da je vrati na posao, na mjesto s kojeg je nezakonito otpuštena, a nakon toga bili su dužni platiti i odštetni zahjev u brutto iznosu od 1,289.000 kuna za sve vrijeme koje nije dobivala plaću i doprinose, kada joj je uskraćeno pravo na rad i plaću, i to uz kamatu.

Odluka Vrhovnog suda te odštetni zahtjev dočekali su sadašnjeg ravnatelja Specijalne bolnice za ortopediju Matu Kutlešu koji je uspio sanirati dug bez velikog šoka za bolnički proračun.

- Točno tako. Temeljem sudske presude gospođa Milić se vratila na posao, na svoje radno mjesto šefice pravne službe, i odradila kratko vrijeme koliko je imala do mirovine. Uspjeli smo s njom dogovoriti obročnu otplatu tog dugovanja u pet rata i sa zadovoljstvom mogu reći da smo već isplatili tri četvrtine tog duga- kazao nam je sadašnji ravnatelj Mate Kutleša.

Drugi otkaz koji je proglašen nezakonitim koštao je Zavod za hitnu medicinu Zadarske županije preko 800 tisuća kuna odštete. Bivši zamjenik ravnatelja Mirko Erstić pravomoćno je dobio sudski spor s ovom zdravstvenom ustanovom zbog nezakonitog otkaza. Erstić je 1. srpnja vraćen na posao sukladno svojoj školskoj spremi, i to na mjesto savjetnika, a dug prema njemu će se podmiriti obročno u tri rate, potvrdila nam je sadašnja ravnateljica Zavoda za hitnu medicinu Ivana Šimić.

U Zavodu, inače, još uvijek čekaju ishod drugog postupka u kojemu Erstić optužen da je time Zavod za hitnu medicinu oštetio za gotovo 40 tisuća kuna. Riječ je o slučaju iz veljače 2020. godine kada je optužen da, kao djelatnik Zavoda 2018. godine, na ime troškova sanitetskog prijevoza, nije na račun Zavoda polagao novac, niti ga je dostavljao u blagajnu.

Dvije velike zdravstvene ustanove u Zadarskoj županiji trenutno su opterećene isplatom visokih odšteta zbog nezakonitih otkaza svojim djelatnicima. 

U oba slučaja donesene su pravomoćne sudske presude zbog kojih Specijalna bolnica za ortopediju u Biogradu te Zavod za hitnu medicinu Zadarske županije ukupno moraju isplatiti preko dva milijuna kuna zbog otkaza koje je sud kasnije proglasio nezakonitima.

Prvi i stariji slučaj je onaj Milene Milić, nekadašnje rukovoditeljice pravne službe biogradske bolnice te bivše zamjenice ravnatelje te ustanove koja je izvanredni otkaz dobila svega nekoliko nekoliko dana prije nego je ostvarila uvjete za odlazak u mirovinu. Otkaz joj je zbog navodne povrede radne dužnosti, koju je Vrhovni sud kasnije odbacio kao neutemeljenu, dao bivši ravnatelj biogradske bolnice, ujedno i bivši županijski pročelnik za zdravstvo, Andrija Marcelić.

Nakon otkaza, Milena Milić otišla je u prijevremenu mirovinu te tužila bolnicu zbog načina na koji je otpuštena. Sudski postupak trajao je godinama: prvo je odluka o izvanrednom otkazu pala na Općinskom sudu, potom je Županijski prihvatio žalbu bolnice i proglasio je valjanom, da bi Vrhovni sud na kraju presudio u korist pravnice Milić. Biogradska bolnica dobila je rok od osam dana da je vrati na posao, na mjesto s kojeg je nezakonito otpuštena, a nakon toga bili su dužni platiti i odštetni zahjev u brutto iznosu od 1,289.000 kuna za sve vrijeme koje nije dobivala plaću i doprinose, kada joj je uskraćeno pravo na rad i plaću, i to uz kamatu.

Odluka Vrhovnog suda te odštetni zahtjev dočekali su sadašnjeg ravnatelja Specijalne bolnice za ortopediju Matu Kutlešu koji je uspio sanirati dug bez velikog šoka za bolnički proračun.

- Točno tako. Temeljem sudske presude gospođa Milić se vratila na posao, na svoje radno mjesto šefice pravne službe, i odradila kratko vrijeme koliko je imala do mirovine. Uspjeli smo s njom dogovoriti obročnu otplatu tog dugovanja u pet rata i sa zadovoljstvom mogu reći da smo već isplatili tri četvrtine tog duga- kazao nam je sadašnji ravnatelj Mate Kutleša.

Drugi otkaz koji je proglašen nezakonitim koštao je Zavod za hitnu medicinu Zadarske županije preko 800 tisuća kuna odštete. Bivši zamjenik ravnatelja Mirko Erstić pravomoćno je dobio sudski spor s ovom zdravstvenom ustanovom zbog nezakonitog otkaza. Erstić je 1. srpnja vraćen na posao sukladno svojoj školskoj spremi, i to na mjesto savjetnika, a dug prema njemu će se podmiriti obročno u tri rate, potvrdila nam je sadašnja ravnateljica Zavoda za hitnu medicinu Ivana Šimić.

U Zavodu, inače, još uvijek čekaju ishod drugog postupka u kojemu Erstić optužen da je time Zavod za hitnu medicinu oštetio za gotovo 40 tisuća kuna. Riječ je o slučaju iz veljače 2020. godine kada je optužen da, kao djelatnik Zavoda 2018. godine, na ime troškova sanitetskog prijevoza, nije na račun Zavoda polagao novac, niti ga je dostavljao u blagajnu.
