Županijski vijećnik Đani Bunja (MOST) problematizirao je plaće pomoćnika u nastavi, ali i istaknuo kako po ovom pitanju stranke ne bi trebale biti bitne jer su u pitanju djeca.

- Satnica asistenata iznosi 25 kuna, a njihova osnovna plaća 2300 kuna u osnovnoj razrednoj nastavi. U višim razredima dobivaju nešto veći iznos dok u strukovnim školama njihova plaća ne prelazi 2000 kuna, a razlog tome je što strukovna škola dva dana u tjednu imaju praksu. Zaposleni su samo za vrijeme trajanja školske godine, a pohvalno je što dobiju božićnicu u iznosu od 1500 kuna kao i regres u istom iznosu. Ipak, ne cijeni se dovoljno doprinos ove skupine ljude, zaostajemo za mnogim drugim sredinama. U izmjenama i dopunama proračuna razvidno je da je planirano smanjenje za ovu stavku u iznosu od 36.441 kuna. Za pretpostaviti je da imamo manji zaposlenih nego planiranih, a s druge strane planira se povećanje plaće za 25 posto. Međutim to nije dovoljno, inflacija u Hrvatskoj iznosi 12,3 posto. Iako nominalno satnica pomoćnika iznosi 25 kuna, njihova realna cijena je 22 kune, kazao je Bunja predlažući da se cijena satnice podigne s 25 na 33 kuna.

- To bi onda bio realni rast od pet kuna, a plaća bi im prelazila 3000 kuna što bi predstavljalo 300 tisuća kuna godišnje. To je 0,0002 posto proračuna, rekao je Bunja dodajući kako bi ovo trebala biti nadstranačka inicijativa.

- Treba nam biti stalo do interesa djece i do tih ljudi, istaknuo je Bunja.

Župan Božidar Longin je kazao kako je to dobra inicijativa i kako će ustrajati na tome, ali je podsjetio i kako iznos minimalne satnice utvrđuje Ministarstvo znanosti.

Bunja je na to dodao kako se Županija ne treba držati minimalne satnice koju je odobrilo resorno ministarstvo već sama može povećati cijenu satnice.

Županijski vijećnik Đani Bunja (MOST) problematizirao je plaće pomoćnika u nastavi, ali i istaknuo kako po ovom pitanju stranke ne bi trebale biti bitne jer su u pitanju djeca.

- Satnica asistenata iznosi 25 kuna, a njihova osnovna plaća 2300 kuna u osnovnoj razrednoj nastavi. U višim razredima dobivaju nešto veći iznos dok u strukovnim školama njihova plaća ne prelazi 2000 kuna, a razlog tome je što strukovna škola dva dana u tjednu imaju praksu. Zaposleni su samo za vrijeme trajanja školske godine, a pohvalno je što dobiju božićnicu u iznosu od 1500 kuna kao i regres u istom iznosu. Ipak, ne cijeni se dovoljno doprinos ove skupine ljude, zaostajemo za mnogim drugim sredinama. U izmjenama i dopunama proračuna razvidno je da je planirano smanjenje za ovu stavku u iznosu od 36.441 kuna. Za pretpostaviti je da imamo manji zaposlenih nego planiranih, a s druge strane planira se povećanje plaće za 25 posto. Međutim to nije dovoljno, inflacija u Hrvatskoj iznosi 12,3 posto. Iako nominalno satnica pomoćnika iznosi 25 kuna, njihova realna cijena je 22 kune, kazao je Bunja predlažući da se cijena satnice podigne s 25 na 33 kuna.

- To bi onda bio realni rast od pet kuna, a plaća bi im prelazila 3000 kuna što bi predstavljalo 300 tisuća kuna godišnje. To je 0,0002 posto proračuna, rekao je Bunja dodajući kako bi ovo trebala biti nadstranačka inicijativa.

- Treba nam biti stalo do interesa djece i do tih ljudi, istaknuo je Bunja.

Župan Božidar Longin je kazao kako je to dobra inicijativa i kako će ustrajati na tome, ali je podsjetio i kako iznos minimalne satnice utvrđuje Ministarstvo znanosti.

Bunja je na to dodao kako se Županija ne treba držati minimalne satnice koju je odobrilo resorno ministarstvo već sama može povećati cijenu satnice.

Bunja traži povećanje satnice za asistente u nastavi u osnovnim školama. ‘Županiju bi to koštalo 0,0002 posto proračuna!‘ Longin: ‘Dobro, ali...‘

Županijski vijećnik Đani Bunja (MOST) problematizirao je plaće pomoćnika u nastavi, ali i istaknuo kako po ovom pitanju stranke ne bi trebale biti bitne jer su u pitanju djeca.

- Satnica asistenata iznosi 25 kuna, a njihova osnovna plaća 2300 kuna u osnovnoj razrednoj nastavi. U višim razredima dobivaju nešto veći iznos dok u strukovnim školama njihova plaća ne prelazi 2000 kuna, a razlog tome je što strukovna škola dva dana u tjednu imaju praksu. Zaposleni su samo za vrijeme trajanja školske godine, a pohvalno je što dobiju božićnicu u iznosu od 1500 kuna kao i regres u istom iznosu. Ipak, ne cijeni se dovoljno doprinos ove skupine ljude, zaostajemo za mnogim drugim sredinama. U izmjenama i dopunama proračuna razvidno je da je planirano smanjenje za ovu stavku u iznosu od 36.441 kuna. Za pretpostaviti je da imamo manji zaposlenih nego planiranih, a s druge strane planira se povećanje plaće za 25 posto. Međutim to nije dovoljno, inflacija u Hrvatskoj iznosi 12,3 posto. Iako nominalno satnica pomoćnika iznosi 25 kuna, njihova realna cijena je 22 kune, kazao je Bunja predlažući da se cijena satnice podigne s 25 na 33 kuna.

- To bi onda bio realni rast od pet kuna, a plaća bi im prelazila 3000 kuna što bi predstavljalo 300 tisuća kuna godišnje. To je 0,0002 posto proračuna, rekao je Bunja dodajući kako bi ovo trebala biti nadstranačka inicijativa.

- Treba nam biti stalo do interesa djece i do tih ljudi, istaknuo je Bunja.

Župan Božidar Longin je kazao kako je to dobra inicijativa i kako će ustrajati na tome, ali je podsjetio i kako iznos minimalne satnice utvrđuje Ministarstvo znanosti.

Bunja je na to dodao kako se Županija ne treba držati minimalne satnice koju je odobrilo resorno ministarstvo već sama može povećati cijenu satnice.
