Broj oboljele djece od koronavirusa u Indoneziji se gotovo utrostučio od svibnja, a smrtnost novorođenčadi od bolesti covid-19 je naglo porasla u zemlji koja se bori s najtežim valom zaraze do sada, rekao je u srijedu vodeći pedijatar.

Indonezija je u lipnju zabilježila nagli porast zaraženih koronavirusom, uključujući nove rekorde u razdoblju od 6 dana, od 21. lipnja. U srijedu je broj novooboljelih iznosio više od 21.807, što je dnevni maksimum. Od vlade se očekuje uvođenje strožih mjera.

Predsjednik Indonezijskog pedijatrijskog udruženja Aman Pulungan kazao je da se tjedni broj smrtnih slučajeva od covida-19 kod djece prošli tjedan povećao na 24 s 13, koliko je iznosila tjedan prije toga, a mnoge žrtve su mlađe od 5 godina. 

To je veća stopa rasta od ukupnog porasta broja preminulih od koronavirusa u istome razdoblju, kada je u zemlji sa 1.783 smrtnih slučajeva broj narastao do 2.476.  

Aman je izjavio da se zaraza brzo širi među maloljetnicima. 

"Infekcija se širi. Sredinom svibnja bilo je oko 2.000 do 2.500 slučajeva tjedno", rekao je Aman. "Prošli tjedan smo zabilježili više od 6.000 novozaraženih."

Po službenim podacima, postotak ukupnog broja oboljelih mlađih od 18 godina u lipnju se popeo na 12,6 posto u usporedbi sa srpnjem prošle godine kada je bio 5 posto. Aman je, međutim, primijetio da se djeca sada više testiraju. 

Predsjednik Indonezije Joko Widodo ovog tjedna je objavio da su vlasti odobrile cijepljenje djece od 12 do 17 godina kineskim cjepivom Sinovac. 

Aman je rekao da pedijatri već uočavaju slučajeve "dugog COVID-a"; iscrpljujuće i dugotrajne simptome koji traju mjesecima.

Porast broja novozaražene djece Aman pripisuje više umoru od pandemije i nedostatku znanja nego utjecaju prenosivih varijanti virusa. 

"Ne radi se o delta soju, već o sustavu", rekao je misleći na varijantu koja je prvi put otkrivena u Indiji.

"Manje testiranja, manje praćenja. Ljudi još uvijek smatraju da djeca ne mogu patiti i umrijeti od covida. Razina svijesti je niska'', upozorio je indonezijski pedijatar.

Broj oboljele djece od koronavirusa u Indoneziji se gotovo utrostučio od svibnja, a smrtnost novorođenčadi od bolesti covid-19 je naglo porasla u zemlji koja se bori s najtežim valom zaraze do sada, rekao je u srijedu vodeći pedijatar.

Indonezija je u lipnju zabilježila nagli porast zaraženih koronavirusom, uključujući nove rekorde u razdoblju od 6 dana, od 21. lipnja. U srijedu je broj novooboljelih iznosio više od 21.807, što je dnevni maksimum. Od vlade se očekuje uvođenje strožih mjera.

Predsjednik Indonezijskog pedijatrijskog udruženja Aman Pulungan kazao je da se tjedni broj smrtnih slučajeva od covida-19 kod djece prošli tjedan povećao na 24 s 13, koliko je iznosila tjedan prije toga, a mnoge žrtve su mlađe od 5 godina. 

To je veća stopa rasta od ukupnog porasta broja preminulih od koronavirusa u istome razdoblju, kada je u zemlji sa 1.783 smrtnih slučajeva broj narastao do 2.476.  

Aman je izjavio da se zaraza brzo širi među maloljetnicima. 

"Infekcija se širi. Sredinom svibnja bilo je oko 2.000 do 2.500 slučajeva tjedno", rekao je Aman. "Prošli tjedan smo zabilježili više od 6.000 novozaraženih."

Po službenim podacima, postotak ukupnog broja oboljelih mlađih od 18 godina u lipnju se popeo na 12,6 posto u usporedbi sa srpnjem prošle godine kada je bio 5 posto. Aman je, međutim, primijetio da se djeca sada više testiraju. 

Predsjednik Indonezije Joko Widodo ovog tjedna je objavio da su vlasti odobrile cijepljenje djece od 12 do 17 godina kineskim cjepivom Sinovac. 

Aman je rekao da pedijatri već uočavaju slučajeve "dugog COVID-a"; iscrpljujuće i dugotrajne simptome koji traju mjesecima.

Porast broja novozaražene djece Aman pripisuje više umoru od pandemije i nedostatku znanja nego utjecaju prenosivih varijanti virusa. 

"Ne radi se o delta soju, već o sustavu", rekao je misleći na varijantu koja je prvi put otkrivena u Indiji.

"Manje testiranja, manje praćenja. Ljudi još uvijek smatraju da djeca ne mogu patiti i umrijeti od covida. Razina svijesti je niska'', upozorio je indonezijski pedijatar.

Zabrinjavajuće vijesti iz Indonezije: broj djece oboljele od Covida-19 gotovo se udvostručio, smrtnost novorođenčadi u naglom porastu

Broj oboljele djece od koronavirusa u Indoneziji se gotovo utrostučio od svibnja, a smrtnost novorođenčadi od bolesti covid-19 je naglo porasla u zemlji koja se bori s najtežim valom zaraze do sada, rekao je u srijedu vodeći pedijatar.

Indonezija je u lipnju zabilježila nagli porast zaraženih koronavirusom, uključujući nove rekorde u razdoblju od 6 dana, od 21. lipnja. U srijedu je broj novooboljelih iznosio više od 21.807, što je dnevni maksimum. Od vlade se očekuje uvođenje strožih mjera.

Predsjednik Indonezijskog pedijatrijskog udruženja Aman Pulungan kazao je da se tjedni broj smrtnih slučajeva od covida-19 kod djece prošli tjedan povećao na 24 s 13, koliko je iznosila tjedan prije toga, a mnoge žrtve su mlađe od 5 godina. 

To je veća stopa rasta od ukupnog pora...
